This place will get over on you any way possible, be careful and get anything they say in writing. Very poor communication between employees and management. The manager will go back on his word and have his employees refer you to the signs in side the office regardless of if you even entered the office or not. At time of payment they will ask for cash and say their card machine is down and when asked for a receipt, will state It is written on the part. If you do, by chance, convince them to issue a refund, it will be by personal check. Something definitely wrong with this business!!!

We have purchased from this location before, and since my car needs a repair my father called to get an estimate. He asked them if we can bring it in to get an estimate and the person on the phone asks, What do you want me to do about it? After my dad just explained to him why he is calling. The person then proceeds to hang up the phone. Later I call myself and ask them politely to see what they can do, I say again to get an estimate and see if they can repair my car. He asks what kind of car I have then tells me that they dont specialize in fixing cars that I would have to take it to a body shop. Now if that was the case why would you waste time asking what kind of car I have? Horrible customer service, I really dont get how this place stays in business. Dont waste your time. I really hope you get shut down. Have a nice day!

Well, I called and checked for a 95 Civic Ex motor (d16z6) and he said yes he does and it is $600. I went and checked it out and bought the engine. When I got home I checked the block and its a d15b7! Which is the civic DX block with an EX head and valve cover! Half of it is my fault for not examining the motor properly and fell for it because it said Honda VTEC on the valve cover. Since the receipt says Honda Civic EX, I cannot return it.
