He is friendly, honest, professional, and incredibly talented as an auto mechanic. Jim has always been sensitive to the cost of repairs and schedule and has been willing to refer me to a specialist when called for if that specialist could do the particular job more efficiently. I took my 1994 Toyota pickup to Jim since it was making some unusual noises. He promptly diagnosed the problem, recommended a fix, and helped me avoid a more costly engine replacement. Even though I was able to avoid the engine replacement, Jim had thoroughly discussed with me that possibility so I could make informed decisions. I highly recommend Ferguson Automotive for any car or truck repairs.
