Brought both of my cars to these guys, they broke stopped working on the same day. Craig fit me in and fixed one of the cars right away, so I had something to go to work. They are super helpful and reasonable with their prices! Defiantly recommend! The owner is super nice to the clients and Craig was super helpful just answering questions and explaining how things worked, and what needed to be done to repair the cars. Thank you guys!

Just recently purchased a used vehicle from a dealership and didnt have it more than 2 weeks before my alternator started to go bad 😡 thank God for the warranty I had ..anyways I got no help from the dealership and was recommended by warranty company Northstar who helped me get the ball rolling with getting my ride fixed and back on the road ..Naeem helped me and was so nice ..my ride is running like a champ now ..Thank you Northstar

This is a very awesome place for smog and auto care they are Very professional and did Everything they could to help me save money God bless them and there company.... I got an oil change there and at first they were struggling to get The plug from the oil pan of due to the last place that changed the oil strip the bolt. They kept me informed the whole time witch made me feel trustworthy of them. Well they got it off and changed my oil. And did not charge me for the extra labor.

Northstar smog and auto is a very professional place that is very highly recommended by my husband and I we have gone there for tire changes and for an oil change they call you and keep you posted with updates regarding what is going on with your vehicle and they are very honest and open with the communication we highly appreciate the great customer service that we received and highly recommend this place for auto needs.

I took my Mercedes into this shop to get my brakes done. Their team of mechanics did an awesome job and I saved a lot of money, by not taking it to the dealership. I definetly will use this auto repair shop from now on.

Fairly decent on the wait time for a walk in to smog. Roughly a half hr. Not sure about the pricing though, it was about $58ish. If anyone is knowledgeable of fair smog pricing, Id be glad to change to a 5 star.

Great experience, and they were honest and transparent with me, I got a diagnostic, the car thru some codes, they did some service, and opened up to me, about the issue, and were able to refer me to a shop that will handle the specific issue, I am grateful for them, and would go here again,

I only have good things to say about this shop. I’ve had my vehicle serviced here 3 or 4 times, and every time they went the distance to also top of the fluids and add air to my tires on top of changing the oil. I also had my breaks done here because of the warranty they provide (2 years or 24,000 miles). I even got my new tires from them, and they installed them and balanced them. They are very professional and honest.

I have a car which in 70 speed it start shaking I toke it to different shop I change break pad and router no change then toke it to next shop they did alignment and rotation but no change one of my friend address me North Star Smog and auto repair in Rancho Cordova it toke like 25 minutes and sayid you’re car is ready and no more shaking I really love it thanks North Star Smog And Auto repair.

I am indifferent to this place.. I like workin on cars for hobby, Z is awesome.. But the other guy has a bad attitude.. Still not sure after doing diagnostic and said repairs whether it will pass smog.. $600 in so far and he tells me not to turn off the car when I take it in...😶 Not ok if u did the work...

All i can say, honest, loyal and friendly.i am going to bring all my cars here now.

This place has always been really fast and really helpful. Ive only really ever used if for tire related situations but have always been satisfied with work and price.

Vehicle has been in to shop three times, $900 later and we still have the same problem. I can only believe they are parts changers and not the most qualified technicians.

Wost place ever . I took my car to fix my wheel bearing problem and they fix it wrong the put the part wrong way. after that abs light, Power steering and more come ON. Next day i take it back and the mechanics damage this part and the owner was rude saying that he’s not going to be responsible for that damage. and he keep my car at the shop leave me with no car to go to work tomorrow the next day, and saying thats not his problem. Worst customer service . Not a good mechanics. I will not trust this shop with any of my cars it’s not worth it. He don’t care about the customer safety.
