Not upfront - had a coupon from a competitor which they said theyll accept beforehand. At the end, they only gave me partial of the discount because they said the competitors coupon is in Roseville. Very shady of them not to tell me that in the beginning.Dishonest - after smog check was done, technician said my filters needed to be changed and quoted me a price which I agreed to. Looked at my invoice afterwards and they charged more.Such a bad way to do business. NEVER going to go back. Stay away if you dont want to be gypped.

Just a heads up this place will scam you! They advertise cheap prices which gets you in the door but trust me your better off paying more somewhere else! Also that they will do a free tire rotation with any oil change! Well this is now my second and last time ever going here! First off they tried to say they changed my cabin air filter in my brand new van but wouldnt show me the used one and why it needed to be changed but charged me anyways then told me they dont have the proper equipment to rotate my tires on my brand new van! This is not the first time they have told me this they said it last time when I brought my other car in so I dont understand why they say that and then dont have the proper equipment to do it! This place is a complete scam all the way around go somewhere else!

So as far as Im concerned this shop is legitimately good pple . I had my struts done there. great work done same day didnt take all day either I took them in came out my car feels great. Also had them hit me with the oil change and smog it was quick fast, feels good getting good service. Choice of mechanic is like choosing your doctor Ill put my money on this shop. First of all, I dont want to be this person but Quality offered no refund, or discount but only to call the Bureau of Automotive Repair and make a claim. First day, Car #1, air filter box left completely unattached in the engine compartment, and unknown where air filters are. Found this out only after the larger problem with car #2. Two cars two different days. Unnecessary upcharge and/or over-sell of non-conforming part which we did not take. Bad oil change, oil leaked down the street. Car undrivable. Car towed to a dealer. Came back with dealership diagnosis to show proof. No responsibility taken by Quality. Just excuses for everything. Basically, tried to blame the customer for getting a second opinion, after blaming customer for declining the unnecessary upsell, which was not the proper part.

I went in for a smog test in October for them to fail me for the visual inspection and say that in order for them to tell me what it is, theyd have to charge me 120$ on top of the 70$ I had already paid to do a diagnosis. I took it to another smog place and told them what happened so they can see what it couldve been that failed. They found nothing wrong and passed it so I called B.A.R. for them to investigate. Which the agent went out just for the manager to tell him that they brought me out to show me what it is that was wrong with my vehicle which never happened even though the invoice mentioned nothing about the part they claimed to have showed me. They denied giving me a refund so just a heads up, theyll scam you.Edit: There was no repair needed and no they didnt show me anything.

No exhaust sensor insertion failed test but 120 to fix it without knowing. What it is..a rip off

Went to them for what was supposed to be an easy fix for a thermostat replacement which I happened to buy the part from autozone along with the 2 jugs of radiator 50/50 and in the process of them removing the thermostat housing after removing serp belt etc. well they told me that there would probably be more issues other than just the thermostat and that they could run a complete diagnostics on it to see if anything else is wrong with it i said nothing else is wrong with it i said no thanks i already had my mechanic use his obd2+ reader nd the thermostat was the only code it was throwing shortly after I said no they call me over to my car nd mentioned that whoever owned the vehicle prior to me either had put in a wrong size bolt/screw to hold the housing together which being charged 300+ to do the replacement for the Tstat they pointed out where it had eligidly said it was stripped out and that the only way to fix it that they would have had to pull my intire engine outta the car which would run me about 1300+$ highly not recommended for anyone who wants good work done there mechanic was upset at the fact that the only thing that I said i wanted done was for the Tstat to be replaced nd insisted just that nd only that be done they wanted me paying for a bunch of other stuff that wasnt even needed went to another place and they easily fixed the thermostat issue without removing my entire engine to do so nd it only costed me bout 437.46 $ and that was that no more check engine light car fixed

I was told there would be a 20-25 minute wait, I told them I had an hour lunch and they pulled my car in the bay right away to expedite the process. Awesome customer service!!

This place quoted that I needed my front and back rotors and front brake pads that were changed less than a month ago. They told me for labor and parts it would be $960!!! I went to USA auto repair down the street and he charged me $100 for inspection and labor and told me it only needed the front rotors replaced. I purchased the parts down the street from an auto parts shop which was $130 for 2 front rotors.It is 2020! When are auto shops going to stop scamming women?

Very friendly and courteous staff. Jason will go out of his way to help you. I went in to get the front control arms replaced and the job was done within a couple of hours for a very fair price. Now. all the clunking in my front end is gone. Very satisfied with this shop and the competent techs.

I come in to get an oil change and a tire rotation. My car hasnt been driven in a couple of weeks. (So its been sitting). I go in there and my tire pressure light isnt on then they tell me I have a nail in my tire. (Not a big deal because tire pressure was fine, Ill just get it patched up) I get my car back from them and theyre telling me the air is leaking quickly and they had to put air in it at the end. (Tire pressure light is suddenly on) First off how is it possible for the tire pressure to drop significantly from the time I got there till the time I leave? My car has been sitting for weeks. If the rate at which air is leaving the tire is the same rate as they were telling me then wouldnt my tire have been flat while it was sitting? Not to mention I drove one mile to get there from my house. The likelihood of running over a nail is slim. Did they tamper with the nail and that sped up the leak? Who knows. So sketchy. Now Im waiting 1 1/2 hours to get a new tire down the street.

I was disappointed in the facility. The cost for a simple oil change was expensive. While the technicians appear qualified they are slow as it took two hours for a simple oil change. I was told 45 minutes. The restroom was clean but junky. When my car was done it sat while the technicians socialized. Took a coupon in for an oil change only to find out it was only for conventional oil thereby paid three times what I expected. They tell you after your has rolled into the shop and the hood is open. I do not recommend this shop.

I think its pretty reasonable to have an understanding of what youre paying for. Extremely shady tactics. I wouldnt trust this company to change a tire on a childs bicycle.

Went in for an oil change, Heres my rating rollercoaster:Start at 3 stars for being decently accurate with the time estimate4 stars for good customer service3 stars for well rotate tires if we have time. It wasnt a if you have time type of thing, its what youre being paid to do.4 stars for a decent pay & go process.Then:- on the drive the next day, we notice the plastic underbody flap that covers the oil drain bolt wasnt attached properly and is flapping in the wind (either they lost the bolt, or there wasnt one and they didnt attempt to use a zip tie or for that matter, inform us.)- checked the driveway the next morning to see the attached photo of oil mess. If you cant work your way around a shop rag, you have no business changing oilWould give 0 stars as my trust factor is 0. 2 because the staff was pleasant in the process.Wont be returning and my wife is convinced now that convenience =/= quality.Update to Review after Qualitys reply:Now downgraded to 1 star - I did not bring in my car for a smog test, all of the reply is a lie/canned reply - I came in for an oil change which left the car dripping oil do to poor clean up. Losing the star because of Qualitys canned response in an attempt to look like they know what theyre doing.

Save some money and go elsewhere. I made the mistake of coming here for a smog test and vehicle inspection after Id just bought a car. This place over charges like crazy and is pretty dishonest. They charged me full price for a smog test, failed me because my readiness monitors were incomplete (they were supposed to check prior to testing) and refused to retest. Essentially screwing me over on the testing fee.If you value an honest mechanic that gives you a fair rate, look elsewhere because all youll find here is some shady techs looking to make a quick buck of people that dont know any better.

Went here because I work in the area and needed to get my truck smogged. When I went I asked the girl how long it would take, because I had a coworker there with me to give me a ride in case it was going to be a while, she told me 15-20 minutes and seemed so sure about it so I told my coworker I wouldnt need a ride. Well after an hour later I finally got my truck back only to find out it didnt pass and they were going to charge me $40 just for looking at it. When Ive gone to the shops in my hometown Ive never been charged if I dont pass. Only thing positive about this place was the guy was friendly. However, I WOULDNT recommend going here. Ive seen shorter wait times and better rates at other shops and if youre not positive youre going to pass definitely dont go here!

After checking around the area, Quality was the best price in Rancho for an oil change, especially with the internet coupon I found. Midas was close, but didnt do free tire rotation, which I wanted. They were polite, did a good job, and did it quickly. I was out of there in less than half an hour.

This has become my personal mechanic. They did quite a bit of maintenance on my 2005 Ford Escape and it drives like a new vehicle. And they did it all in one day at a fair price. Went in and asked them to do my uber inspection. They told me it would be $169.... to fill out one sheet of paper consisting of checking my horn, head lights, mileage, and other visual inspection items. Went to Jiffy Lube and paid $19.99... this place is terrible. It makes no sense that they would charge that amount. Maybe because I’m a woman... wonder what they would have charged my husband... they are crooks. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE!
