I went in because my wheel was making a weird noise. Ryan told me I needed new tires even though I just bought my tires there back in April. I took my car to another les schwab and I was told my tires were fine and it was actually my wheel bearing.

I bought 4 NEW tires today at 95.00 a piece at the Rancho Cordova shop the Rep. Joe gave me a quote of 5 items on it. One was for $59.96 which I disputed because Joe never explained the charge it was for putting cuts, grooves in the NEW tires? Really new tires when I called him on it he offered half off on the price of the charge not cool. All in all I spent $712.23 on a complete service new tires, alignment, wheel balancing $67.96? Shouldnt wheel balancing be a part of the package if you bring in a flat tire they balance it for free. I can live with the awful communication and the balancing charges but that SIPING cutting of the tires is a unlawful charge that was called an added perk for the salesman and company if they can get the customer to agree to it. Key words agree to it. I did not! Cuts in brand new tires ridiculous.

Went in to see if I could swap out some wheels I had in the trunk for the ones I had installed and I believe the worker that assisted me was named Ceasar helped me out as soon as I walked in and got me set up with the services within seconds 👍 great service

I brought my car in with no appointment needing all new tires, breaks and a couple sensors replaced. They made it happen that afternoon. It was a little late getting it out cause they couldnt do multiple things to my car at once (the sensors) so I feel like they stayed a little late to make sure my car left that day.

Not a fan, took my car in for an alignment, paid, left, ended up a month later buying new front tires for the car and doing a rotation, took it back for a second alignment. They stated my cars alignment isnt adjustable and they cannot align it.... Then why did I pay for it the first time? Showed the receipt to the lady at the counter which got mad, told me I didnt have to pay and just to leave, me and my family will not return. Very dishonest.

After leaving my truck for a full day Friday 8/14 to diagnose a sound in the front end I made an appointment for additional investigation/repairs that Hailey chose not to put in the system. I could tell she was not interested in helping me so I called back the following day and spoke to someone more qualified. The manager (Joe) was able to get me an appointment for the following Friday but did not know the full scope of the previous investigation and did $955 in work that did not necessarily need to be done. No fault of his, but the problem is still there.....

When my mother and I came in to get two new tires put on the front of our car the man that help us could not find my mothers history on her previous cars. My mother has been using Les Schwab tires for five of her vehicles in the past. I dont think that guy hade a clue of what he was doing. We have to go back to the original Les Schwab when we lived in the South area on Florin Road to get the service that we needed and we live in Rancho Cordova we dont live out South anymore thats why we were using the sunrise Les Schwab. But from now on we will go to the Florin Road Les Schwab because we know were going to get excellent service there.

These guys are so great! I had a slowly leaking tire and called to get an appointment but they told me to just come right over. They got me in immediately, and I waited barely 30 minutes before they were done! It was patched up so fast and I was on my way for $0. Love you guys, see you soon for my next purchase!

Brought a single rim in with new tire to be mounted and balanced. Rim was brand new and black of all colors. So I asked that the please be careful and not scratch the wheel. Technician change the head on tire machine and then put my tire on wheel. Did a great job and didnt damage or scratch wheel. Thanks guys very satisfied customer!

Great job to Eric and the rest of the team. Was worried I wouldn’t make it there on re-inflated tire. Eric took it straight into bay before it went flat again. Very efficient process. I replaced all four tires, which were from 2006 on a low mileage vehicle that we inherited from my dad and they gave me a great price. They kept me informed and took a reasonable amount of time to do the job right without too much waiting. I take all my cars here when they need new tires or when I need a repair. I have a Costco membership but prefer Les Schwab for the overall experience. Kudos to the whole team.

Rented a car and on our way out of town found there was a screw in the tire and it was leaking air. Eric offered to fix it for free while we waited. Although the rental company wouldn’t let it be repaired there, I appreciate the amazing customer service. I will definitely come here for tires in the future.

This place is clean and professional. Staff are friendly and fix a bolt in your tire in no time. Big parking lot with plenty of parking. There is a comfortable waiting area inside with popcorn to snack on. Plus several restaurants and stores nearby if you have a wait.

WARNING . They do Not stand by the tire warrantee . Bought tires In April & Tires went bald. Took them back and they said there’s nothing they can do. Even though They gave me a Receipt that has a Warrantee on it . It’s total BS . They don’t stand by the Tires they sell .You failed to stand by your warranty. You want another chance to fail. No thank you. There are many other choices out there.

Gotta to give a shout out to Eric at the Rancho Cordova location. I didnt go to this location but thats precisely why Im leaving this review.I called and Eric picked up. I explained to Eric that my tires were exposing the metal wires. However, I work before and pass their normal business hours. I also commute long distance from Rancho to work. Eric prioritized my safety over his bottom line. He scheduled my tire change at a place right down the street from my office.It was zero stress and I felt well taken care of (before even coming in!) Thats customer service! Although, I didnt see anyone at the Rancho location, theyve gained me as a customer from here on out. Thank you, Eric and Les Schwab!

Convenient location, very friendly staff, clean shop, repair completed within estimated time frame. Appointments not required for tire repair. Theres a Home Depot in the same parking lot and a couple places to grab a quick bite within walking distance if you dont feel like waiting in the store. If you do, they have complimentary popcorn and coffee and a couple tables with chairs that have nice thick, padding so youre a** doesnt hurt when you get up if youve been sitting for a while.

Brought my navigator in for a fix it flat. No charge. Have to bring it back tomorrow to do a deeper dive on what made it flat, but solid guys.

I went in due to a nail in one of my tires. Never been to a Les Schwab before. The employees were SUPER friendly and fast...until...I botched it and forgot my other nut key at home. They fixed the tire and put it back on the spare tire rack. I figured I wouldnt be able to make it back in time but I took a chance with about 15 minutes to spare and got back. One of the guys recognized me, jogged out to get my keys and swapped out my tires for. KUDOS to the whole evening crew!!I highly recommend this location.

Im not an automotive expert; therefore, my post is mostly based on customer service. I went in for a brake inspection. I spoke with a member of staff and left my car during my lunch break. Not long afterwards I was called and told work was needed on my brakes and could be completed before 430pm. Its been a few weeks and havent had any break issues or sounds. Im satisfied with the service I received and the staff was professional and polite.

Great service here at the Rancho location! I arrived mid week first thing in the morning with a screw in my tire. They repaired it, evened out my tire pressure, and had me in and out the door including paper work in 20 minutes! You guys rock!

Went in to get my tires checked they said I needed two new tires. I asked two people while working on my pick up if they would take the time to clean my inside wheels because I am particular. I was told by both people absolutely no problem we will take care of it. Upon picking up my truck I noticed that they had not cleaned the wheels as promised would never go back because I cannot trust people that tell me they will do something and dont do it I feel like I was scammed. They also recommend alignment and front brakes on my truck and if they think Im coming back after that experience very wrong

My First...and last visit to Les Schwab.Booked an 11am appointment for rebalancing, being told the balance and alignment check would take an hour. At 12.20 my car was still in the same parking space I left it in.They confirmed the alignment was fine but now needed to do the balancing. When I asked how much longer that would take I was told an hour or maybe more, he couldnt give me a firm answer.I asked for my keys to be returned and cancelled the work.I drove to American Tire just down the road. As a walk in they completed the balance within an hour...and for $5 less a tire!Unacceptable service in my view. In future Ill let American Tire deal with all my on going business.

Always amazing and it doesnt matter what location you go to. I wanted an opinion on my brand new Mercedes brake pads and they got me in and out super fast with an honest opinion that helped me find a solution. I had a flat tire repaired, everytime I have gone to them for service Ive had someone jog out to my car meeting me as soon as I park. They have always gone out of their way to help fix any need Ive had without any hassle or third degree questioning. Then, after doing the work in a reasonable time frame they have thanked me for coming to them for the work. Im a customer for life and I make sure my family members all know where to go for any tire needs. They should be putting on a clinic for all other companies to learn what it means to be in the service industry.

They are always so nice to prospective customers, but its a different story after they get your money. They make mistakes constantly that affect your warranty, then tell you there is no way to correct it after it is entered into the computer. They lost one of my hub caps, and they are always so nice when they promise to replace it, but they never follow through. They lost my business. I went to Costco to buy my last set of tires. They were able to special order the tires I wanted. Les Schwab could not.

Very professional and clean! I normally go to another Les Schwab in the Bay area but circumstances forced me here. Had a flat tire fixed and tires rotated, the estimated time they gave was very accurate.

Went in for some minimal repair (stripped stud) with low expectations, because previous quotes from Honda and other service centers were exorbitant. This Les Schwab fixed my issue for--no joke--10% of what the dealership was going to charge. This is because a). their labor is much cheaper and b). they figured out how to fix the issue without having to take apart my entire car.Great rate, great service, honest people. Will definitely look here first next time I have an issue.

Got my car looked at, they assessed my car and got me estimates like within the hour. They didnt have all the parts I needed but we rescheduled and I was in and out. Super fast. Super friendly staff. Also very knowledgeable and showed me simulations of what was wrong with my car. So that I could actually see where the damage was happening.

Disappointed in the lack of competency displayed. I told them my steering wheel was upside down, and my car needed an alignment, so they said to bring it in anyways. Then, they wouldnt do an alignment on my car because they were afraid theyd break the clock spring in the steering wheel. They knew the risk going in, then refused to do the work, and wasted my time. Whats an alignment shop good for if theyre too afraid to do the work right? Terrible.

Excellent Car Service.. since I am a customer I was able to get my tire fix ( screw removed from my tire) patched the tire free of charge anywhere else would have charged me ..Les Schwab is awesome great customer service great mechanics I recommend it to anyone.

True story, I came in for a slow leak. A colleague picked me up after dropping off the vehicle, I commented, Im sure Ill get a call saying Ill need 4 new tires. Sure enough..... Call came in recommending I get 4 new tires. Well according to the dealer, my tires are good for about another 10k miles.

We read reviews and often makes decisions based on those. I tend to remember good reviews more than bad ones. Don’t know if that’s normal or not but here’s my Les Schwab story. I took a flat tire from my wife’s car in, like 3 years ago to get it plugged. The guy grabbed it out of the trunk and 30 minutes later put it back. Went in to pay and the gal said “ no charge, happy to help”Who wouldn’t be happy with that? That was a pretty lasting impression as 3 years later- 3 years later I took my car in for a set of new tires. Unbelievably they told me I only needed two new ones. In this me, me, me world the old values of honesty and integrity still matter. Just sayin!

I’ve purchased a set of wheels and tires through les Schwab and on my first rotation I take it to this location. I told them to please be careful with the wheels in my online appointment notes and verbally at the front counter.They finish the work in about 30 minutes and I did a brief check of the wheels. They look ok so I leave. I then get home and find that they screwed up the wheels on rotation!So I call them and and they asked me to come back. I do, and Eric proceeds to lie to me that the damage was already there and that I must have known about it... He offers to cover $50 of a repair.$50 dollars worth? This is a brand new wheel! I’m done with les schwab. Never ever trust them! Inspect everything on site! I’ll never ever use these guys! Overcharged and they don’t stand behind there work!

My husband and I took his truck there, spent $2,000 just to have to bring it back because it was still having the same issue! I am in the truck with him and it is clearly not the road! When brought back a 3rd time, we were told again it was loose, they said they tightened it and yet the same problem is still continuing.

With all due respect what kind of brake inspection is that!! I had a sensor on the dash and squeal showing that my front brakes needs replacement and the mechanic told me that, there is nothing to worry about! Thankfully I went to the shop across the street and showed me how worn out the brakes were! That is on the motorhome guys!! Putting whole family at danger! Excellent service, but the TWO tires I needed for my car they wanted $848.out the door. I said No thanks. I went down the street to Costco tire center and got the same two tires, (driveflat), same brand, same size for $462.00 out the door!
