I spoke with a gentleman named Sarkis; the amount of knowledge and experience he had was truly impressive. He took the time to guide me through the show room and answer all my questions. He had all the answers! It is so refreshing to speak with someone who truly knows there stuff - a real professional. And they have top-notch installers. Sometimes it can be hard to find quality contractors who are honest and possess integrity. I am sure glad I found Floortex Design in Rancho, if you want the pros, give them a call!

We chose a high-quality carpet from their vast selection, and they installed it perfectly in 2 days in our 2-story house. Sonny, the installer, and his helper moved all the heavy furniture around without any damage, and did a great job in every room, including cutting around several built-in closet organizers. We would recommend them to anyone.

My wife and I recently had our engineered hardwood and carpet replaced by The Floor Konnection. We visited showrooms throughout the Sacramento area and got three estimates for the job. The Floor Konnection did not have the cheapest bid, but the owner, Daniel Meidinger, matched the lowest price and earned our business. Daniel is a third generation flooring guy. Believe me; you want that experience for a major job such as ours.Although you can get the same major hardwood and carpeting brands at most flooring showrooms, you cant get the same installers or customer service. Daniel hires only the best pros for all facets of the job: flooring demolition, hardwood and carpet installation, minor carpentry, painting, and moving. Our old hardwood was especially hard to remove; the guys did it at the contract price-no surprises at the end of the job. Our carpet installers worked from 9:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. to get the job done at our convenience. The painters pride and professionalism exceeded our expectations. Daniel even hired professional movers to move the heavy furniture out and back in our house.Daniel and his job supervisor, Chuck, were at our house up in El Dorado Hills daily to check on progress and attend to our concerns. We are extremely picky and wanted things done right. My take is that Daniel and Chuck cared more about the final result than even we did. Finding this level of professionalism and customer service is rare in our experience. The Floor Konnection provides that level of expertise and care.The project was completed on-time, on-budget, and the results are beautiful.
