These people are fantastic! They carry everything from carpet to hardwood. We had them rip out our carpet and put in some good quality laminate flooring. They are very professional and provided excellent service. Lynn, the owner, helped me choose something that would match our wall colors perfectly and fit in our budget. They are also very pleasant and helpful. Until this day, we still get wonderful comments on our fabulous laminate floors from family, friends, and visitors. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I had a great experience with Ralph Opfer. Lynn, the owner, was the one that initially answered the phone and helped me set up my estimate appointment. Her husband, Greg, came out to do our estimate and answer all of our questions. When we visited the showroom, Lynn personally helped us look at options in our price point.The installation went great. We removed carpet and installed the laminate floors in practically our whole house, and the process went very smoothly. The main installer was great! Extremely experienced, knowledgeable, and personable. I have no critiques for my experience at all- they are a great family-owned business and I would refer anyone to go with Ralph Opfer.

This is the best flooring store ever! Huge inventory, very experienced and helpful and great prices! After taking several bids on our large home flooring project, I went with this company for all the reasons above and am not sorry I did. The flooring was ordered as soon as it was chosen and the competent crews installed it immediately with lightening speed. I will hire this company again for my next project!

Would give a zero if I could called two weeks ago and I was told someone would call in a few days. No call called on 11/5/18 and was told they never got in touch with you I will contact them to call you today. Again no call. If you want something done and for them to follow through what they say then stay away from this place.
