Service was great! The girl that took our order was super nice and was patient with my son and I. It was our first time there so it took us a bit to figure out what we wanted. We ended up getting a create your own snow with oreos and a chocolate sauce. He loved it BTW. And I got 2 different drinks because I am incapable of cooking just one apparently. I got a Tiger(thai tea) and a Brown sugar matcha. Would definitely recommend and we will be back.

I used to go here every day before work and decided to introduce my mom to this place. The owner is so lovely. Hes down-to-earth and is a hard worker. The drinks are refreshing, and the maroons are delightful. 10/10

I have been going here for a year now. This is now my favorite drink/ boba/ shaved ice dessert shop. All the drinks and teas are delicious. Prices are reasonable and the drinks are not too sweet and it is easy to reduce the sugar if needed. The owners are nice and the working staff is wonderful.

It was our first time at Arctic Fox and the whole family was delighted by the shaved snow! We had California Gold snow, More Smores and Affogato. Everything was absolutely delicious! The snow is soooo light, its like eating a frozen cloud with delicious fresh fruits!My husband said that his Affogato was the BEST coffee he ever had in the US!

Bobo is not the best what I ever try. I feel plastic than real bobo. Customer service is exemplary. Not recommend.

As a person who loves good boba tea, this may just be the best in town. Not only is their fresh tea and high quality ingredients apparent when you suck down your tea like you havent had liquids in 3 days(the Thai tea is that good) Youre greeted by friendly staff that obviously cares about consistent quality. Thank you Christian for the great experience. Will be back and would definitely recommend.

The shaved ice in itself is very nice. That said, I didnt like their pricing structure which included free fruit/topping and sauce. The cashier at point of sale wasnt friendly either.

I love this place! The owner personally served us and made us feel welcome and told us he would serve anyone food that he wouldnt serve to himself or his family. I really appreciate that the ingredients and all natural and very tasty selection. The ice cream and bubba tea had just the right amount of sweetness and was very light. The customer service was awesome and the space was clean, including the bathroom. For parents, theres also a few board games on the small shelf to keep your children entertained if youre staying and conversing. Ill be back without a doubt.

The snow here is amazing! So light and fluffy! The boba options are great too. There are more types of tea than many places and some unique toppings like fresh fruit. Definitely some place Id take a friend from out of town to have something sweet. The people behind the counter are very friendly and helpful as well. They seem knowledgable about their ingredients which is important for someone with dietary restrictions like myself and my partner. New favorite.

Was on the hunt for boba and found this spot. Located in a pretty busy shipping center, this cute little spot is a gem. I love a good aesthetically pleasing drink.I usually want to try the specialty drinks or best sellers at shops. The one that caught my eye was the purple crush, however Im not a huge fan on lavender. I ended up getting the wonderful rosa and my friend got the sunrise.We both were thinking the drinks would be crazy sweet, but were pleasantly surprised when it wasnt. They were just the right amount of sweet! Staff was friendly and drinks were made in a timely fashion.Ill definitely hit up this place Im in the area again.

First time walking in, we were greeted warmly by a gentleman that seemed to be the owner. While waiting for our order, the round of drinks that came out before ours, looked beautiful and delicious. I wish I would have got a pic. But we just got the shaved ice with all sorts of fun toppings!!! The fruit was very Fresh - and Delicious. 🤗🍨🍧🍓

This place is delectable! We had the s’mores and California gold shaved snow. The snow was so flavorful and the service is excellent. I recommend the mango snow! It’s perfection!My pictures were taken after a few bites because we couldn’t wait since it looked so good.

Great little store! Good location, affordable prices, isnt too cold, music is at the right volume, nice staff, the list goes on.I was going to give four stars because I came for taro snow and they were out of that flavor, but I got thai tea flavor instead and it was great.Moral of the story: try new flavors (and if you havent tried taro then do so immediately because youre missing out on greatest thing ever)

Great presentation, very delicious. Got a thai tea with boba, Good size for the price, the boba were just the right amount of chewy and not too sticky, good proportion of tea to boba and the tea was excellent as well. Will definitely be back.

They close at 9, but remained open till at least 9:15 to serve everyone on a hot day. When you get customer service like this.. You come back again.. The flavor I chose was tooty-fruity decent to have once..who has shaved ice everyday anyway..

Best Earl Grey tea Ive had in a boba. Boba texture was just right. An excellent boba experience overall.

We love the lemonades and Taro milk. Very friendly service, can get busy and take 10-15 minutes before you receive your order. Looking forward to trying some of the desserts.

First thing I noticed about this place is the smell is amazing and the boba drinks are also amazing. Me and my girl got the tiger and the sunrise and the tiger tastes like a traditional Thai tea and the sunrise was creative and really in my opinion was more unique. From what i could see on the menu they had many unique interesting options, way more than other boba places i have been to.

The young employee inside does her best to make sure everyone is served in a timely way. However I believe that artic fox needs two employees as just one is not enough and looks very stressful.

Drinks are amazing...depending on who makes it. Ive been twice where a gentleman with tattoos makes my drink (I dont know his name) and each time its been wrong.When I mentioned the drink being incorrect, he said I make things different. 😐There is a super nice girl who works there, and Ive never had any issues with her.Sooooo Im still gonna get my drinks there, but Im hoping its not him again 😅

I enjoy the little dessert place! They have soo many great selections on their menu and I cannot wait to visit here again when I am in town! They definitely need to open one up in Fresno, CA. Interesting flavors to choose from, unique and tasty

Came in last weekend with some friends and I must say, we were blown away. I ordered the Fruity Tutti, my friend JJ ordered the More Smores and Miss L ordered the California Gold. All 3 were amazing and the ingredients were all very fresh and very satisfying. The owner served us and he was good company. We probably overstayed our visit, will definitely be back. Also I must say the Strawberry Hibiscus Lancer is to die for. Thank you for running such a wonderfully put together business.

The snow is delicious. The california gold snow is probably my favorite thing on the menu. Not a crazy amount of options for the tea flavors but what they have is really good. They have a solid jasmine tea which I think is really telling for a boba place. Definitely recommend.

Such an enjoyable and upbeat place full of wonderful customer service as well as desserts and tea. With it being so close to my home, going there often makes it easier to satisfy my craving. Christian is also very helpful as well, always making some new and exciting drink for me!

We used to love this place until Arctic fox hired a new worker which started messing up our orders,but today we decided to give it another try and the girl was being so rude she cannot control her emotions and has anger issues... Today we went into the Arctic fox boba place where people were sitting without face masks and that girl was serving us and there was a glass shield between us, she said that we should put on our face masks for the entry so I gave to two of my children a mask and put on a mask on my face as well, she said that she does not accept my face mask even though I always wear this face mask everywhere and it’s fine and that it does not meet her requirements, but I said that there was a sign on the door that said that masks are required, and nowhere did it say what kind of mask it’s supposed to be. My two kids had different masks on which were cotton and she didn’t want to serve them and basically denied serving us and started calling the cops and said to leave the place immediately even though everyone else wasn’t wearing a mask. She also said that even if I would put on a different mask she will not serve me and was yelling at me.So we are very disappointed and we will never be coming back again... and keep in mind she was screaming like crazy for no reason.

This place is amazing! The atmosphere and employees are really nice! The shaved snow is unlike anything I ever tasted, its a perfect treat because the shaved snow itself isnt overpowering and the toppings can add as much or as little sweetness as you would like. I am not a big sweet eater but I enjoyed my time here very much.

Seriously the best place in Rancho by far. The menu is well varied so theres something for everyone and everything Ive had from them so far has been fantastic. The owner there is seriously the nicest guy and a blast to be around.

A great little small shaved snow and tea shop. The shop is always clean, the employees are friendly, and the dessert and drinks are hands down the best Ive ever had. And their menu continues to grow, now adding interesting new coffee (coconut latte) and waffle puffs.Their shaved ice is made a bit differently than other places such as (vampire penguin). Much fluffier and creamy in my opinion. Also non-dairy which is a plus many people I know. Its also served in a nice curved sloped Japanese style bowl which adds a nice touch. I usually get Vanilla snow with red bean, coconut strips, and white mochi toppings with condense milk. Great presentation and amazing taste. For drinks, I recommend the Hulk.They also have board games to play on the side. Not an amazing selection (Xtreme Jenga) but it is a nice bonus if your phone is low on battery or if you want to socialize with your friends. When it gets busy, it does take a bit of time for your order to come out.Overall even though this place is similar to a lot of other tea and shaved snow shops with the selection much smaller, I think their quality of dessert and drinks is far superior and Ill continue to come back.

The place is family owned and I have to admit I was skeptical of trying something here at first. Im so glad i decided to try it however as the dessert is truely unique and delicious. A common misconception is that you will find something resembling a snow cone or shaved ice here. That is not the case however, the dessert is in fact a delicately layered snow with a texture so close to ice cream, without the thickness that comes with ice cream. The flavors here are immaculate with so many options. The ice cream sandwiches are also great! Definitely recommend this place.
