Artificial Grass Liquidators is doing a great service to our community. They are helping the environment by recycling artificial turf. I had never heard about this before. I was so happy when I found out that I could install artificial turf in my backyard to conserve water and help keep perfectly good artificial turf from being burden to the earth. I highly recommend this company. They are very professional and have great customer service.

Went to their grand opening event last Saturday and was impressed by their selection and low prices.Tony helped me out and guided me throughout the whole process of installing it in my backyard and couldnt have been nicer.I went with their recycled grass and it was a great value compared to the new stuff, and like he explained, it can be made to look just as good with a bit of work.Will definitely come back for when I want to add some more grass to my sideyard.

All my grass died because of the drought. I had to cut back on watering and the grass did not survive. For months, I had to look at the ugly brown dead grass. I couldnt take it anymore and decided to find out more about artificial grass. I came across a company called Artificial Grass Liquidators. They were so helpful. The best part is that they have recycled turf. How awesome it that! Not only do I now get to help with conserving water but I also did something else that was good for the planet. Recycled artificial turf! This company is really doing something special. Check them out!

I had Artificial Grass Liquidators install turf at my house. I was surprised how smoothly the whole process went down. I was able to purchase and get it installed with one company. The turf looks great. I dont know why I waited so long to do this.

These guys rock! I was looking to install artificial grass in my backyard. Luckily I found Travis and Tony and they were a huge help. They had all kinds of turf, new stuff and recycled. They explained all of the options that were available. These guys also did the installation. Everything went great. The yard looks fantastic.If you are looking for artificial grass and a place that will install it, give these guys a call. This is new store and I am glad I found them. Thanks guys!

If you’re interested in the crumb rubber that Dawn Dawson was pitching on Facebook for horse arenas, don’t ask too many questions or she’ll blacklist you like she did me. Especially don’t ask her where the rubber is located. She initially posted an ad for crumb rubber from recycled artificial turf on the Northern California Horses and Tack for Sale group on Jan. 17, 2018. It’s the same ad she has on Craigslist. She posted it under her own name, implying she was the seller, and did not reveal until I asked that the seller was Northern California Landscape Store (NCLS), formerly Artificial Grass Liquidators (AGL). Several people commented that they hadn’t received what they had ordered from AGL, and never got a refund of the loading fees they paid. This implies trucks arrived and were not loaded. I couldn’t afford to take that chance, because I’d be out the money I paid the trucker if that happened. But she initially tried to escape responsibility by saying she was just an employee, first of AGL, and now of NCLS. She said NCLS had purchased AGL and was a “startup” company trying to “get out of the shadow of AGL.” But according to the NCLS web site, and information readily available on the Internet, AGL simply changed its name. Even if NCLS had purchased AGL, there was no excuse not to make good on the complaints from customers she referred to as “disgruntled.” Later she told me she was not “just an employee,” but was the “General Sales Manager” with “the authority to refuse service to anyone.”After the negative comments on her Facebook post, Dawn deleted the post and posted a new one, identical to the first. But later she deleted the second post and deactivated or deleted her entire Facebook profile.She was evasive when I asked the actual location of the plant where she said the rubber was located, as though she were hiding something, like maybe the product didn’t exist. It did not show on satellite images, aerial photos, or street views on Google, Mapquest, Bing, or Yahoo Maps at the address she finally gave me. It’s in a restricted area behind locked gates near the McClellan airport, but she wouldn’t even meet me at the gate when I wanted to pick up a sample after she reneged on a promise to ship one to me, even at my expense. Prying information out of her was like squeezing blood out of a stone. She either ignored my questions or changed the subject whenever I pointed out her answers didn’t make sense.Even after showing her an aerial photo of the building at the address she gave, she still denied that was the correct location. I had to call McClellan Real Estate at McClellan Business Park to confirm that NCLS did indeed rent space in the parking lot of that building. It was as if Dawn is so accustomed to dodging questions and giving wrong answers that she is unable to give a correct answer even when it’s handed to her on a platter.I never did get the sample I requested, because she refused to even bring one to the showroom where I would have been willing to drive 2 ½ hr to pick it up. Neither she nor the office manager would allow me to speak to the owner(s) when I called. Instead she decided “we dont feel that we are the right business fit for you.” No kidding. The “right business” for me is one that is trustworthy and reliable.Dawn said I was “problematic before becoming a customer.” If she and her employers are terrified I would be “problematic” AFTER becoming a customer, what are they hiding? What about their services or product would cause me to be another “disgruntled” customer?Now NCLS isn’t even answering the phone. If you call you just get voicemail. Maybe they’re just taking a long vacation, or maybe Dawn’s salesmanship skills have driven them out of business. In any case, it’s just one more mystery in a long string of odd happenings that collectively do not inspire confidence in the business.

Extremely happy with out artificial Lawn. We now have a safe and clean place for our daughter to play on!
