Ordered my flooring two months ago and was told there were NO delays. They said I needed to pay for EVERYTHING up front which seemed odd and I said so (CA law states that you can only be charged 10@% of a total bill before project completion). I mentioned this CA law and the sales rep Ashley said, No, we have a deal with the state of CA that all projects must be paid in full before completion. I paid $5000 for all the materials and I have received none of them, I have contacted the store numerous times, they keep telling me theyll get back to me and they dont.

I cant really speak of the product that LL Flooring has to offer because we never got that far since the service was terrible. My husband and I went in with an idea of what we wanted but you can tell the service rep was not interested in helping. Sure we were in sweat clothes and probably was judge as not serious buyers but that was his loss on a really big expensive job.

Got amazing floors at a great price! Jerry & Alvic were so nice & knowledgeable. I highly recommend. I almost got the Lifeproof line at Home Depot but, everything was better at LL flooring.

I needed some flooring to cover a little alcove area in my house. Went to Home Depot first and was disheartened at how much they wanted to charge me. Decided to check out Lumber Liquidators just in case. Thank God I did, because store manager Matt found me the flooring I was looking for, in the same exact color, for an extremely reasonable price. My jaw honestly dropped when he came back with my order total. He was so great! I’m never looking anywhere else for flooring.

Bryan and his team did an amazing job. I was ESPECIALLY impressed with the contractors that did the installation and measurements. They were zero pressure. After measuring Mickey said, I know this is a big investment. Call us when you are ready. That is what sold me on these guys. They treated me like family and you should see my floors. Just wow. Everything is lined up beautifully. I have already recommended them twice to friends.

We chose Lumber Liquidators because the price was right, and will continue to go because of the quality and service. We will be replacing all the flooring in our house, and plan to purchase it all from these guys. The showroom is a bit hard to find (its around the back of the building, facing the highway), and there is often a waiting line. Once its your turn, you have the full attention of the salesperson. They know their stuff, and work to get you everything you need as quickly as possible. On one order, two of the boxes were slightly damaged, and they gave us those at half price and another at no cost. In the end, only 3 or 4 boards were bad, so we ended up with plenty to finish the job.

Customer service here is not very good. I went in and had measumrnets that was done by an individual who knew how to do the correct measurements. I was told multiple times by the gal upfront in an unprofessional manner that we cant use the correct measurements and that they insisted to do their own. We still have renters in our house and cant just barge in on them to do the mearusments. I felt that I was just turned away because not a lot of money would be made because it was a small area to have carpeted. Would not recommend for anyone to shop here unless they like short unprofessional answers.

Came in to buy flooring for our home last friday, we were not greeted, werent even asked if we needed help with anything, my husband and I walked around looked at everything and found something we wanted to purchase, stood there for awhile waiting for help. The man working continues to ignore us and answers the phone and promptly helps them with all there questions. My husband leaves, and I stand by the counter to get help, he gets off the phone and helps another customer. Its alright though, we went to Floors and Decor and spent afew thosand on our flooring, that were exrextremly happy with. As house Flippers, we will definitely not be doing business with you.

Went 2 stores, the Rancho Cordova store purchased floor there not in stock had go to Concord hour 10 minute drive. Store closed at 5 but salesman stayed until 525 until I got there he could have left at 5. He was the only person left in the store. Good looking out young man at Concord Store.WE APPRECIATE YOU BRU!!!!!!!
