I wanted my vintage beetle lowered and put on bags. I live all the way in southern Orange County and said I was willing to come to Ontario because I heard they are great and also I can’t find anyone in oc that does bags. I had called and talked to senor and he told me he would definitely do it and get it done for me. Then he told me to call back in a few hours to talk to his son. Which I did and did not get an answer. So I called back the next day (Saturday) and talked to senor again. He told me to call back on Monday and he would order the parts, get everything worked out so he could give me pricing and info on when to bring in my car. So I call back on Monday. No answer so I leave a message. No call back all day. I call back Tuesday, no answer. I call back Wednesday no answer so I leave another message. I called back every day to try to reach someone. On Saturday I call one last time and leave a message. The least you people at konnected could do is tell me you don’t want to do it? Don’t leave a potential customer hanging for a week when YOU said you were willing and could do it. I am really angry and upset that you guys could just straight up ignore a customer like that. You guys are in the business of suspension and doing all this so why are you pushing your business away?!?! It’s really annoying and rude of you to say yes and then blatantly ignore me and never return my calls. Real professional.

Do not use these guys they do trash work they bagged my car and punctured the gas tank and tried to patch it with JB weld without telling me, completely untrustworthy

To anyone that reads this review I have been to konnected auto with 3 of my cars and have had many of my club members get their cars bagged or hydraulics done their I have always been treated with respect and any issues that I have had leak etc have always been taken care of free even after his warranty perioud..hes been in business for over 15yrs in the same location.. Witch says slot... Not sure on the other bad review I saw but sounds like another shop hateing?..anyways their good guys and they do good work.. If u want a good price and good work.. Go see them..

I went to dis-konnected koncepts thinking i would get good work and instead got the shaft. The guy was friendly and courteous. But the hack job he did to my car was uncalled for. The air tanks and compressors were NOT bolted down so they move everywhere as Im driving. My car was scratched and my upholstery was damaged. Had a bad experience with this guy. I DONT recommend you taking your vehicle there. If you do watch out cause he will make every excuse he can think of to not try and make things RIGHT. I called a few times and complained and didnt get anywhere with the vato. But KARMA is a mother if you get my drift.

I took my 1954 Ford victoria here to get air ride and I cant say anything bad about this shop they know what they are doing professional work Im a picky guy when it comes to my car but honestly if you have a classic car and want air ride this is the shop to take it too they will hook you up👍 even had my car washed and detailed before I picked it up 👌😀👍
