I went in today and i been here before for past 3 1/2 years and i wanted to check out the nail shop and see if they do nails and a asian lady told me she didnt want do my nails cause she serving a customer and i asked her when she avaiable and she didnt say anything so i said you free tommrow she said maybe and i walked out i think she didnt want work with me cause im black or what but im highly disappointed i felt i got not serve cause my skin color i never been to any nail shop that said no to thier customers the lady could gave me business card or try make a appointment with me but no she look at me up and down and tectially said no im never coming back to that store again i dont support business that dont serve someone base of thier skin color!!!

They have some really beautiful wigs -long, short, colored, braided etc. I like that they allow you to try in wigs even the lace front. Limit is 5. The customer service is overall great. The girl know their stuff but they are not pushy. They lots of other hair products shampoos, gels, hair glue, relaxer etc. They have other stuff make up, lashes, nails etc. Its a one stop shop! I absolutely Love this spot

The black girl that helped me was impatient and rude. It was close to closing time, I was trying to make a decision and basically was force to purchase the merchandise and I dont like the product so I lost 26.00.

This place was so big and had so many nice things and different things I have never seen, it was just overwhelming, I bet you all will enjoy this place its worth going to take a look at.

I have been looking everywhere for a wig that’s either been out of stock or not in stock at all and they have it!!! I am so glad and the costumer service over the phone was great

1st time visitimg this store on behalf of my daughter ....i was told by tje blue eyed lady thatbthe store closes n 8 min....i repleyed ok but i need help.with some items... upon finishing up my orefer she asked me if i was a member..i asked how to.become one then i took ouy my credit card amd paid my bill.. i tjen aaked her what what about my membership she responded were closed and i dont get overtime im like you wasnt cloaed when you took my money . Eye contact lady was rude and veey unprofessional i wont visit this store again...

My first time here. Suggested by the stylist, Im so pleased with my visit!I had pictures of our granddaughter and the store assistant was very helpful. She took me to find EVERYTHING that I needed, assuring me that if the hair was not the right one (color) I could return it (as long as it was unopened in original packaging and with receipt.The shop is large and had LOTS of products. Ill be back!Very nice customer service.

The customer service is stellar. Everyone is super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. My girls and I will spend an hour or so just being overwhelmed by the amount of product in every section. So many choices and all of them are good quality alternatives. I can honestly say, this is THE best beauty supply resource Ive ever known. 10 out of 10 times, I find exactly what I was looking for or Im surprised they carry something I couldnt find anywhere else. To top it all off, the prices are perfect. My girls and I walk around feeling pretty head to toe thanks to these folks! Keep up the good work!

My daughter and a friend went to this store to buy products and my daughter who is 14, accidentally dropped a conditioner, I am a mother who raise her children RIGHT!!! My daughter quickly apologized and paid for the conditioner and the staff, owner were RUDE af and treated my daughter and her friend rudely, made these young kids feel uncomfortable. These people should take a page from my daughters book and read up on manners, my daughter certainly apologized many times and Paid for you merch....you lost nothing but a great customer and future customers with $$$$ SHAME ON YOU

I truly like this place but had a recent incident were I was sold fake / blended human hair 1/2 bundle for $60 purchased 2 weeks ago feels like carpet hair was returned for store credit .....!

The workers there seem sad, but are super helpful if you ask politely. There is one man in charge who was quite verbal with me for having my phone out by the wigs (which I hadnt seen the signs for no photography) so I immediately put it away. He continued to make me feel very uncomfortable by following me through the store and saying cross things. However, he did later apologize because he thought I was someone from another store spying on his. Very odd. I still go when I really need to, but try to get in and out as quickly as possible to avoid him.

Went into this store for a wig for my friend.. found out she has cancer. Wanted her to be ready if and when she looses her hair. Beautiful wig she found, but it was to long for her taste, but since shes a hair dresser she can shape it like she wants..

I always have a lovely experience when I go here. I travel to go here, because the beauty supply near me, the girls are rude.Here there is a nice lady that greets me Everytime I go in. She lets me know if I need anything that I dont see on the floor, shell look more thoroughly for me.The gals at the register are always friendly and remind me about using my rewards. Love the customer service here even though there is an owner whos tall skinny and looks young that literally follows you around and doesnt make it discreet that theyre watching you but I blame that on how I look. Some still judge a book by its cover I guess. But over all I love it here! They have great products at reasonable prices. Look for a short mocha colored women with curly hair and an amazing personality....shes great and will help you with whatever you may need.

Wow wow wow! I am very impressed by this store. EVERYONE is so kind and professional here. The store is a great size with so many options. I just moved to the area and Ive been looking for a Parnvu product and after a week of failed attempts this place had it and other products made by Parnvu...which is hard to come across.
