Bobos was great. I needed to find color for my hair because Im a woman of a particular age and starting to grey around the edges. The young lady that helped me was attentive and extremely helpful in assisting me (and it didnt hurt that she also complimented that I didnt look my age)

Nope! Never buying a wig here again! My boyfriend was nice enough to buy me a $500 wig because it was my first one. Just for them to lie and sell me a fake synthetic wig when they kept telling me it was human hair! NEVER AGAIN!!

My wife loved this store. Huge space with just about any beauty supply my wife could ask for, and at good prices. Eyelashes galore, hair extensions/wigs of just about any color and length. Went to several different places that didnt have any eyebrow gel for my wife, but this place had plenty of them. They also had plenty of beard care products for me and my beard

Wow! This is the equivalent of the beauty supply Super Store! It is huge! Seriously - almost warehouse sized. Because of this, they carry most anything you could want. No need to go from store to store to find your items - everything is here in one location! They carry well stocked variety of inventory and have lots of knowledgeable, friendly staff. Very helpful. Store is clean, well organized, and has decent prices. Lots of parking right out front. Easy to get in and out of the location.

I have been going to Bobos Beauty Supply since they first opened this store and Ive always had the best experience. They offer a huge variety, they are always helpful, and have good quality products. They are always interested in your experience with their hair companies they supply from and help you find the right products that you need to obtain the look or hair care needs your desire. Their customer service and satisfaction has always been above and beyond compared to all the other hair places I have been to when Im not in the area. I used to live down the street from them and always referred my clients,friend and family to them. Since moving to San Diego (which has a huge selection of beauty suppliers) I find it difficult to find their equal so I still make my once a month stock up trip. Its always more than with it😘

Staff is friendly and knowledgeable if you can catch someone. They usually hang out behind the counter and not on the floor. Lots of hair but not much variety. Was looking for short to medium curly blone-ish hair but everything was long, dark and straight. Would love to support this store. Maybe they should offer an in-store online ordering option where they can assist a shopper with picking the right products for their next hair project.

I usually go visit this beauty supply twice a month. I buy hair extensions from here because I like the quantity of price. I usually spend $12 -$20 in one visit when I shop here. I have spent almost $120 in one visit. I will get hair creme and hair spray conditioners. This place has a lot of variety so I get to buy exactly what I want. I bought the Ebin hair edge tamer and Ebin braid sheen. I was very happy with the price and availability. It works fine for a little and then I dont break up my routine shampoo, conditioner and hair leave in spray or creme. I recommend this beauty supply.

Selection is vast

I am really disappointed with Bobos and so was my hair dresser for selling human hair of such poor quality for the amount I was charged. It tangled and matted up after a few days. I purchased two packs of human hair luckily, I only used the one pack. And It was supposed to be 100% human hair. I couldn’t afford to lose my money and didn’t want to be stuck with the other pack. So, I returned the packaged hair after reading Bobos a few reviews the store manager’s response. She responded, “ No refunds No Exchanges, management may only exchange if in good condition & purchase receipt is within 2 weeks of purchase”. Nevertheless, I returned the Poor quality of the hair. However, she didn’t want to exchange the packaged human hair because of its condition and the condition was why my hair dresser refused to install the second pack due to its quality the hair was dry and course as well as the weft had kinks of slight tangles. Anywho, the exchange approved but, reiterated how the hair couldnt be resold again.....I’m kinda glad that after opening the pack of hair and completely unrolling it from the roll it was very noticeable to be bad quality of hair and unable to be resold to anyone else. I write this review to say, I question the cutting of 1/2 pack hair and reselling as well wetting the versatile hair and put it back I the packaging to be sold, it should just be tuned into a tester for customers to visually and physically test out since it was already opened and possible damage. The reasonings above may have something to do with the hair shedding badly from the wefts? Don’t pay a dime for the so called human hair (Fire & Water).

The customer service is good, staff is very friendly. However, I am giving two stars for some of the pricing of the wigs. I had a gut feeling to check online before I bought the wig. The price was 50 for a 30 dollar wig you can find on amazon. I am so disappointed and prob will not be coming back to shop here. Beware, do your research before buying here. Other than that I like the people.

The staff was very kind. One employee specifically, I didnt get her name but I came in for a brand of hair I couldnt remember so I described and she found it. I wanted to purchase the 10 length hair and she went to get it but she realized they were out so she allowed me to purchase the 12 hair for the 10 price which was about $10 less.
