The storage unit was about 10 miles closer to home and over $100 cheaper than my previous storage unit update exact same size. The staff was courteous and on point. The location is convenient. I have nothing bad to say about the unit. It was clean and well-kept. Highly recommended.

Extremely nice personnel and reasonable price. Only negative is that the main door that leads into my storage space does not close and lock. Otherwise very please with the service and the cleanliness.

I have been a resident with them for a few years. The representative at this location is awesome.. he never let me forget to make my payment... helping me to avoid thr late fee each month. They we courtesy and very nice. Also my belongings were safe and secure. No damage when I moved out.

I had the most AMAZING experience at Extra Space Storage in Randallstown. Michael and Brandon was super professional & very helpful, I’ll definitely recommend them to family and friends!!!

I have rented a parking spot at this facility for several years now and have found it to not be reliably safe and secure.Many times I get there to find the main gate is just open all the time. I have also realized that there are no security cameras for the parking area. Ive previously asked about this due to the problems I was having and requested they try and add a camera or two to which they were very receptive but clearly nothing has changed.What I was parking there has now been damaged 5 times. In addition, I repeatedly find garbage from used cooking oil and containers to lumber in my spot or on my property! Its terribly disappointing that there is no respect for other peoples property but there is also a lack of accountability because there are no security cameras and little oversight.I have spent more in repairs than a years worth of parking rent, not to mention the inability to use what I have there a number of times due to the damage. I notified the staff the first three times. The last two no one was there or answering the phone. Each of those first three times they were very responsive, reviewed the damage and were otherwise very sympathetic and kind. (They are good people working there.) Each time they said they would note my account and would speak with the renters of the neighboring spots. Twice they also said they would look into giving me a free month of rent, which never happened. The free months are not important. The lack of progress is. I think Ive given them ample opportunity to make an effort at this point and it doesnt seem to be getting any better.This facility needs to do a better job securing renters property, providing a safe environment and the proper oversight to protect everything.

I love these guys!!! Brandon is always easy to talk to and ready to help me in any way he can. I’ve had my unit for a few years with a move to Florida and then back to Maryland, from one side of town to the other, and of every storage unit I have ever used this has always been the best. Thank you for making one aspect of my life stress free.

Visited this site to rent a unit and was assisted by Michael the store manager. He was extremely helpful he made sure to ask me exactly what I needed and explained everything. When there was a slight difference in the cost previously quoted he explained why and even offered info on a less expensive option at another near my Extra Space facility. He let me view my unit prior to signing my lease and was just an overall pleasure, I’m glad I chose to rent here and would definitely recommend if you are considering!

I am so thankful to have found this location. First of all, I called a couple of places before this one, and spoke with Michael. He was so kind and answered all of my questions, and confirmed the documents/requirements for renting.Then came application and move in day during which Brandon helped with the entire process. Brandon was really helpful and I didnt feel rushed whatsoever. He answered and explained every question or policy that wasnt clear to me. He was very clear with demonstrating how the gate process worked and phone numbers to call for help. I wish the location had more rental availability.

The process to reserve a unit was super easy. Brandon did an excellent job assisting with the reservation and answering all of our questions. Great experience!

Ive only had my unit for two weeks but so far everything is great. Helpful and friendly services went I checked in. Answered all my questions (and I had a lot given my first time). The gentlemen over at extra space storage was really really helpful,I book my storage online however I was called within 2 hours to confirm it all, and go over details such as purchasing a lock which was great news because it helped me prepare, once I arrived the next day the gentlemen showed me one unit and it wasn’t quite the perfect size he upgraded me and helped me through the whole upgrading process provided me with all I needed to enter and leave the gatesI am really thankful for these men as they made my move a lot stressful.Thanks againL

The staff at the Randallstown, MD location was very knowledgeable and made sure I had a climate-controlled unit appropriate for my needs.

My boyfriend and I came in looking for a decent sized storage space to store our 2bedroom apartment, both Brandon & Michael made the experience very easy for us to find exactly what we were looking for. They are friendly and very well mannered. After choosing the perfect size, Brandon informed us of the entire process and expectations. The rates are excellent for the size space and we were in and out with no delays. I will be updating my review after move out.

I attended a funeral today and unfortunately I was running a little late. The parking lot was full so, I decided to go across the street from the funeral home and ask if I could park there. The man knew what I needed as soon as I got out of my car. He was so nice and said yes I could. I thanked him multiple times because he truly didnt have to let me park there.

The Extra Space representative I met at the site was very good and understanding in dealing with a customer he has not seen before. He explained everything to me. At the end of the day I was completely satisfied with the Braden.

I haven’t personally been to this location, BUT if this location is any resemblance of their store manager Brandon, Then I would say you are in great hands! I saw him not long ago coaching some kids in a baseball league just to keep them focused and out of trouble in this troublesome world that we live in today. So based off his integrity alone speaks volumes to the type of staff that Extra space is invested in hiring. So, do yourself a favor and store your personals with someone who ACTUALLY cares! I feel if you are going to take the price of my storage unit up every 6 or so months that you could invest in a method that is much more recognized that is in terms of mail, other than a postcard that can easily be dismissed as aa coupon or something else, this is the second time I had an unexpected rate increase with what I consider unreliable means of communication . With the money you are getting seems like you could invest in a traditional letter system that would not be discarded as junk mail or some random coupon .thank you

The customer service at this place is top notch. Everything is explained so well by the staff. The place is also kept very clean which gives a good sense that the company actually cares about your property since they care about their own. Like they say, if people cannot take care of their own, how are they going to care of others? Overall, this is a very nice storage facility.

I was very pleased with my visit. After doing a walk through, I was amazed by how clean the facility is. Michael was really nice and welcoming. He is the Assistant Manager. I believe the Manager was the other guy in the office with Michael and I prefer Michael. As stated, he was welcoming and I paid great attention to everything. Michael talked to me and not at me.

The place next door to Extra Storage tried to screw me over with a bait and switch. I decided to cross the parking lot to give Extra space storage a shot at my business. They really wanted it and proved it with their wonderful demeanor, clean business, and absolute transparency through the process of renting me a unit. I couldnt say enough great things about the staff here. Will definitely use them again in the future. Customer service like this is rare these days! 6 stars

Great facility. We have had a lot of heavy rain & my wife was nervous about our items being in an outside unit (flooding). Needless to say after every storm, I was sent to check our unit. Im happy to say, there has never been any water in our unit. Thanks Extra Space..as they say...HAPPY WIFE...HAPPY LIFE!
