My experience at the Public Storage in Randallstown, MD was outstanding! I am not only giving them 5 Stars, they earned 5 Stars. I currently have 2 walk-in storage units at another location. So I do have a frame of reference for pricing, cleanliness and service.During the process of selecting a large 10’ by 20’ unit to rent, location was important. This Public Storage is conveniently located right on Liberty Road. I have a business partner who was with me on the initial visit. We both liked the location. We spoke to 2 employees that day, which was a Sunday. The storage facility right next door had zero employees to talk to for more information. Both Stephanie and Nova were exemplary employees. They were cordial, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. All of our questions were answered. And although most employees would not get out of their chairs on a Sunday, Nova and Stephanie gave us a tour of the facility and showed us the inside of a couple of units.Both units were very clean, as was the entire facility. Stephanie and Nova helped us by asking questions about our business. There were 4 units available at the time. But they told us that only 2 of the units would work to fit our needs. Imagine that, 2 employees thinking in advance about our storage needs and solving a problem before it happens.They even told us they would give us a heads up if they were close to running out of units. Right then and there, we decided to move forward with Public Storage. We went online and reserved a unit and move in date.Before our move in date, we called to speak to Stephanie or Nova. An employee named Brad took the call. He was every bit as friendly and professional as Stephanie and Nova. Seems like all the staff at this facility are a cohesive unit. They make an outstanding team!Move in for us was today. Nova and Brad were both on duty. Again, the same excellent customer service was displayed. Nova even recognized me and was helpful with the check-in.Take it from this business owner, who has other storage units—these employees are the cream of the crop. I wish I could award them 6 stars because that is the level of service we received on multiple occasions.Kudos to Stephanie, Nova, and Brad! These are the type of employees you would want working for you if you owned a business. I highly recommend this Public Storage for it’s convenience, cleanliness, and fair pricing. But it is the staff here that puts this Public Storage over the top!We are thankful to have found this facility and for that we are grateful.

Just rented a unit from this location today. Stephanie was very helpful and patient with my questions and concerns. I was able to look at the unit and complete the paperwork on site and quickly.

My mother rented a storage here and we had to make a nice review about the lady that worked in the office. Nice customer service and great attitude.

I was given the bait and switch by marketing rep. The dimensions of the storage unit were not as advertised. I was very upset when I saw the 5x10 was substantially smaller by with. I had to wind up getting a larger unit at a higher price. I called the local management to complain and so far no response. I wont be renting there long, God willing!

I recently spoke with Stephanie and to say she was literally the kindest individual on the phone when I was inquiring about getting a locker at the facility. My experience with them was great

I drove up from Richmond to move some items to storage. I had a reservation for my space. I found out when I arrived a PS that the space was gone. I was offered an outside space of the same size instead. Never have I ever heard of an outside space costing more to rent than an interior. I will be moving my stuff out as quickly as possible. Never again will I did with PS in Randallstown.

Nephatia is the BEST!! I’ve used storage facilities in the past but by far this was the best one hands down. Not only was she knowledgeable about the units, she also recommended other products to help me protect my belongings. She’s definitely an asset to your company. More than five star experience.

Herbert was such a lovely help. I was having trouble with opening my unit, and he patiently walked me through how to properly open and lock my unit. He also assisted me with moving several boxes to my car; when he didnt have to! I had no idea how I was going to move them all by myself, and I had no one else to call. I am just thrilled and appreciative that he came to my aid.

I understand that this location isnt her home base but that didnt deter her from doing her very best to assist me and accommodate my many questions. i didnt feel rushed or pressured. Briefly utilized public storage unit for about two weeks. The customer service was superior. My direct encounters were with AMY. Amy is a great representative for this storage facility. The only downfall was there was an unusual number of ants...... perhaps it was due to the exceptionally hot and humid weather this summer season. otherwise GREAT job AMY.!!!!

Ryan was a breath of fresh air. He made getting a unit easy and made me very comfortable about the decision I was making. He showed me my unit and went over the contract thoroughly too make sure I understood the agreement. He was friendly, really informative and down to earth. I am really big on customer service and I have to say Ryan is definitely an asset to the business. The only complaint that I have is that public storage as a company changed its access hours of this location to 6pm. As a professional mover, I have recently had too refer some off my customers to other storage facilities that have later Gaye access.

This is my second year storing my boat at this facility. One of the main reason for storing my boat here (again) is the excellent customer service that I received from Erica. Erica is very professional and knowledgeable. She makes the move-in process easy and painless.As for the facility.. it is well maintained, secured, conveniently located and easily accessible to me. The rates are comparable to other storage facilities in the area. However, unlike other storage facilities, the difference is the customer service. The customer service is/was top notch. My experience with public storage have been greatly enhance because of Erica. I actually moved from a store across the street because of Erica. She has been the shining lite in all of this for me. I would not have kept my things at this location if she were not hear as I no longer live in the area. Shes helped my family and I try to send her business when possible. Truly I would not be at this location of not for her.

Never used this type for storage before but the staff at this location was very polite, helpful and knowledgeable. They answered all questions and addressed any concerns that came to mind. I highly recommend this location to anyone who needs to store anything.

Came into liberty rd public storage and thanks to Taylor I left knowing all I needed to know about the space I would need, how to store them and some of the other things you offer to sell to help with storing my items. Will definitely be back when it’s time for me to start storing.

Had no problems at all. Public Storage was very accommodating and provided me with a great storage space for the two years that I needed it during my transition into a new home. There were no serious rodent issues or anything of that sort. Erica, the property manager, is attentive and maintains the property very well, while also exercising great responsiveness to customer needs. I would definitely recommend this location of Public Storage to other persons interested in seeking storage.

I recommend this location if your looking for quality customer service the property manager shakari is a awesome manager any concern you have she is on it and willing to help you in any way i was concerned about my door not staying up for my movers when they put my stuff in and she immediately said if your not comfortable we can transfer you to another one and i had already put some things in the 1st unit so after we did my transfer she even helped me move my things into my new unit and i greatly appreciate her for that and helping me out !

Came in to pay a bill, joe gave me excellent customer service other than the customer service everything else about the property is average at best. Be aware, they will raise your rent after 6 months (and ever year) so get in and get out.

Erica was beyond phenomenal today for me I was down on my look moving back to Randallstown and needed a storage facility that allowed me to move into quickly and have ample amount of space for my 2 bedroom apartment she helped me sort out how much stuff I actually had and placed me in big enough space. Erica has great customer service and very attentive to each and every customer needs that she interacts with if I had to get storage again I would not only choose public storage but I will choose the liberty road location in particular.
