Ez Storage recently changed to Public Storage. So I had to stop in and update some info. As soon as I stepped in the door this Lovely and vivacious host said hi welcome to Public Storage may I help you. So we went through the process of updating my info and letting me know about a few changes. All in all I want to thank you Nova once again for the great 5 star service I received.

Nova is amazing! Though I did not rent with her I have to say she was very informative and knew exactly what I was looking for.

Good place to store that extra stuff you dont want to get rid of but dont room for in your house.

The facility is a nice yet modest size and the areas I visited were very clean (including the restroom)! Staff on duty was very attentive and personable. I only needed a 5 x 5 space which btw, are actually cube-shaped lockers stacked in rows two lockers high. Depending on the availability, you may have the option of an upper or lower locker and whether your unit can be located close to the entrance, exit or somewhere in the middle of the facility.PROs: affordable rates, decent hours of accessibility (6a-9p), free access to push carts, and an option to initiate check-in process online.CONs: received a bit too much communication from the facility confirming my check-in appt date and time (i.e. text, call, email, and Web page). Also, despite all prior touch points and my efforts to be a proactive new renter, the in-person appointment was an epic time suck for me AND the person assisting. Long story less long...I had to leave, manage the outstanding action items, and come back to complete the rental. an inordinate amount of my day. TAKEAWAYS: Bring your own lock and knowledge that your existing homeowners or rental insurance policy will cover outside storage units or else the facility must provide one or both for a fee.

Very clean and great lighting!👌I do not like the way the timed lights) will go out on you, especially when youre working in your unit in the evening.👀Also, very expensive! The prices keeps going up every 6 months. For this reason, I am in the process of moving out of my unit.😑

My belongings are well kept, no issues with bugs, mildew or dirt and dust. Keep clean.

Due to COVID 19 millions of people are without jobs, food and essential shelter. EZ storage is a multi million dollar corporation that is still preying on customers in this devastating time. Charging late fees, not accommodating their customers during a hardship like this, that we have no control over is beyond disgraceful! I will NEVER deal with this company again and I urge everyone to look elsewhere to store your items. These companies make millions of dollars of us and the one time where they can show compassion during a world crisis they choose not to. Way to go EZ Storage

Would highly recommend this facility just based off of the costumer service experience alone.The facility.....we really like the fact that the drop-off area is fully covered! Unlike most, this will allow us to be able to store our items even if it’s raining outside.
