Needed to replace my timing belt, water pump and tensioner for routine maintenance. The dealership wanted $1900. Honest was less than half that and far more affordable than other local shops. My entire experience was great. I called to get a quote and Bryan got back to me within 5 minutes with the price. Scheduled a month later and guess what? The price he quoted was what I paid. When my son’s car died on the side of the road, the tow truck driver recommended Honest Auto. Bryan repaired his car quickly and at a VERY reasonable price. I started taking my cars there for maintenance (brakes, oil change, etc). They charge 1/2 of what dealers charge and the quality of work is impeccable. I would highly recommend Honest Auto for anyone needing auto repairs or maintenance.

Took my 2009 Nissan Murano to them, not knowing what the issue was. Brian figured out the issue and called quickly and was very upfront and honest about it all. Turned out being a pretty big job, being the front differential. All said and done they were very well priced and professional. Great place, great customer service. Will recommend to anyone!

Took my car in for brakes and rotors. Price was amazing and they have warranty. Its a hot day and I have 2 young kids. Out of kindness they pulled my car up with the A/C on high and left my car running to cool down while they took my payment. Ill definitely be coming back. Part failed that they installed was failed (no fault of theirs). They took care of the re-repair and paid for the tow. Zero out of pocket for me on re-repair. Couldnt be more pleased.

I had a great experience at Honest Auto.I went to Brian thinking I had a blown head gasket. I was given an estimate of a $1000- 1200.00 which wich was very comparable to other quotes I have received. Brian suggested we do a compression check first for $35.00.He called me the next day and said my car was finished and ready to be picked up. He had found a blown fuse. Brian was very honest to tell me about the fuse when most people would have charged me 1,200 and wouldnt have told me about the fuse.I am very happy with there service and will take all my work there from now on.Honest Auto has my vote!!!

Just wanted to give a huge THANK YOU to Honest Auto Service! I had to have my Chrysler minivan towed in because the brakes were so bad that a wheel had locked up. Yes, I let the brakes go for too long before getting them fixed but life happens. Bryan and Michael are great guys and I would highly recommend them. Not only was everything done perfectly but they saved me a bunch of money... I cant think of a better outcome!

Great first time experience here. I had a few issues with an older RAV4 with some unexpected difficulties. Bryan diagnosed correctly, estimated accurately, and delivered what was promised, and a bit more. Ill definitely be back.

Bryan is the only guy I trust to work on my car if I can help it. He is thorough and, like the name says, honest. He is also affordable and patient. Ive had vehicles stranded in timbuktu and Bryan has woken up in the middle of the night to meet the Tow Truck for me. He shops around for the best part pricing to cut customer cost but also get you back on the road quickly and safely. He treats all of his customers like family and gives realistic expectations for work to be done and does his best to keep pricing fair and low. Unlike other dealerships or service centers, Bryan updates customers on what he finds as he goes and will make suggestions on additional needed services or point out potential issues (ie. Youre going to need new brakes in about 3 months or such and such miles... ) and will either offer to do services now or schedule for follow up, whereas other mechanics have done work on my vehicles and SURPRISE, that original $250 service/part has turned into a $700 bill. My only con is that hes further away than Id like, but I make the trip for the peace of mind I get knowing he did the work and did it right!

Called in late on a Friday in panic. I bought a car less then 2 weeks ago and had concerns for gas leak. Brian got me in. Good news no gas leak. He took his time to explain a few things to me. He didnt even charge me. He how ever found sub frame rusted out. Answered all my questions. Ill know better next time to get car inspected before I buy.

Had these guys do several 1000s of dollars on my vehicles with no receipts on any of the parts or labor also no professional recommendations on what else needs to be done while theyre underneat your vehicle. They simply take whatever job u ask done and send u on your way. Sent my truck out with busted ball joints after having struts put on didnt say a word to me about it. Your job as a mechanic is to let ppl know whats up if youre so honest. Not everyone has the capability of getting underneath their vehicle or the knowledge of what theyre looking at. I Also asked them to change out my u joints while they were under my vehicle and he said they arent bad and dont need clreplaced less than 6 months later all my u joints are clacking on both the front and back. Had ty rod ends and struts put on my van didnt even offer me an alignment again u should know this is your job to recommend not the customers job to know they need it. I dont discredit the fact they can do good work i just think he should find another name for this company bc i dont believe theyre as honest as they claim to be. Im not satisfied at all and Id be weary about taking your vehicle to be serviced bu them if..
