Over the last 15 years or so, I have purchased several vehicles from Tom at Auto Werke and each one has been reliable, safe and mechanically sound. When it was time for a new to me truck, once again, Tom came through and had just the vehicle that i was looking for... I appreciate having the local sales and service that goes waaaay beyond the sale, thanks Tom!! Another sweet ride!!

I bought a Rav4 from Tom just recently and am very pleased with the vehicle. It runs great and the few little things that needed fixing were done with no problem at all and in record time. I appreciate the honesty shown by Tom and the fact that he gets right back to you if you contact him. Carey at the desk as you come in is really fun and gets things done and I hear tell that the mechanic in that same building is the best in the state. I bought a used car here several years ago and based on that experience Im surprised this place is still in business. The car had multiple issues that they had to be aware of before the sale. For example, the steering rack was shot. When I brought it back they offered replace it at 50% of cost. When I picked it up there was clearly something else wrong, engine was very loud. The technician looked it over and said it was fine, just my imagination. I took it straight to another shop...turns out they didnt put the fire wall back together, and the new steering rack was not new, had to be replaced a couple years later. Turned out the whole front end was full of cheap, worn parts. Too many to list, but my favorite example, a control arm snapped in half and the front axle popped loose. Thank God I was only going 10mph. My mechanic had never even heard of a Volvo control arm snapping. Turns out it was cheap knockoff

Have been going here for ~10-12 years. Fantastic service. Think the car goes in 1 or 2 times a year (inspection and if anything is needed). Tom, the owner, is amazing. Very good at making sure the issues are addressed, at a reasonable price, and very quick turn around time. He doesnt nickel and dime you like some places. Always a great experience.

I’ve bought many cars over many years from Tom at Auto Werke. I use them for all my repairs and service and am very thankful to have have someone local that I can trust and who gets the job done as it should be. Can’t thank you enough Tom.

This place is a total hack job. Owner loves ripping off unsuspecting old people.
