My gosh! From my first phone call to them to a week later when they installed my tires they were efficient and pleasant. I got a good price, actually a tad lower than quoted. They started right on time and finished within an hour. Justin and Eric were both great! And the waiting room wasn’t bad either.

Helpful, professional, quick and fantastic comfortable waiting area. I really appreciated their help with my flat tire and swapping to winter tires.

While traveling to move our daughter home from college, we realized that we had a dangerously bad wheel bearing. After calling Tire Warehouse, they told us to come in, and worked in a repair like pros! The manager kindly transported me back to my hotel for the wait. Speedy and efficient, they took the time to find a well priced new part and did the repair the same day. We cant thank you enough for making sure we were safe to travel home!

Made a appointment got there on time for it when we came back 3 and a half hours later to get my car they still had not put the tires on because they had to honor another appointment because I guess mine didnt matter. Very disappointing and a waste of time.

I’ve had my brakes replaced, new tires, and a flat fixed (today). TW always has the best prices and I always compare. The gentlemen are so friendly and boy are they FAST. Waiting area is comfy, they seem to enjoy their work. Always happy with TW, will continue to use their services.

Ive been going to Tire Warehouse for years, always good pricing options and good service. Couple weeks ago I went in for some Tire options, ended up buying four brand new tires, they were very patient, Eric is doing a great job with the store and gave me lots of options and lots of research. Once the tires came in there was a few unexpected issues, and Eric handled it professionally and with excellent customer service. Great job, I will continue to go there for many years. A couple days later I needed four new lug nuts added to a different car that I had purchased. They immediately took me in and provided the service, at no cost as I was a regular customer, another great customer service experience!

These guys were awesome. Had a flat tire and came in 15 min before closing. I expected the worst. The guys were awesome and got a new tire put on and was in and out in under a half hour. Very much appreciated!!

Left old weights on when balanced my brand new tires. Been back for rebalance and still feels like its hopping up and down like a tractor

On April 7th we brought our VW beetle in to get new tires. We spent $750. We picked the car up late that evening. The next morning my wife drove the car to work via 95. As she got up to 60 mph the steering wheel was shaking so badly she had to exit the turnpike and drive home at 35mph. She called and talked to Jordan, who had waited on us originally. He told her that an alignment was needed, which is odd since they aligned it in the fall when they put the snow tires on. In addition there was no abnormal tire wear. I called him back and told him it didn’t need an alignment. The tires were obviously out of balance or the lugs were loose. Jordan became very agitated and defensive and said he never said anything about an alignment.Trust me when I say that my wife’s knowledge of auto maintenance is low and doesn’t even know what an alignment really is. She would not come up with that by herself.I said “whatever” and asked when could he get us in to fix this. He said the earliest was April 10. Really????We brought the car in on the 10th and Jordan was being his rude self again, and barely acknowledged me when I requested a call when the work was complete since we had other errands to run. We never received a call. We went back to the shop at 6PM but they were closed . The car was open but no keys were inside. We went home again and got the spare set of keys and took the car. The problem was resolved. The tires were out of balance.We never received a call from TW so I called today and asked where are the keys and why didn’t they call. Jordan said he called several times but “my phone was not on”. I manage a Nuclear Site and I am on call 24/7. My phone is always on and I check it many times an hour. I asked Jordan what number did he dial. He refused to answer and asked me what my number was. I finally told him and he said “yeah, that’s the number I called”.He then told me that the reason the car shook is “all” the wheel weights came off. He asked if we took the car thru a car wash. I assured him we did not. I said they must have been installed incorrectly.Jordan is rude and arrogant normally but this is where he went off and said I was accusing him. I asked what other possible explanation could there be for the wheel weights to all be missing. He was so rude that I asked to speak to a manager. He said he was the manager. I asked to speak to the owner. I informed him that I was done speaking with him. He finally allowed me to speak to another “manager” Eric. I seriously doubt Eric is a manager. Although not rude and weird like Jordan, Eric was equally unhelpful. At one point he responded “ We didn’t even charge you for the re-balancing”. Does he really think that I should pay to have the initial shoddy workmanship fixed?.We have been bringing our 3 vehicles here since we moved to Raymond, 2 years ago. We have spent thousands of dollars.On the sign outside the store it says “Under New Management”.I LIKE THE OLD MANAGEMENT!!!!Jordan should not be anywhere near the front of the store!

The seat is very comfortable. Employees chill and cool. Fast as well. Car in shop 5 min upon arrival.

Guy was not nice- go in for a quick plug and he told me leave car or could be couple hours. He stated he had 2 techs - in my mind that’s just plain bad management of the business ( this was a Monday regular business hours). I went 1/4 mile down the road to a mechanic and he took me right in! Was done in a jiffy! Probably 1/8 the cost as well!!!

I called yesterday and got an appointment for today no problem. Once we arrived we were kindly greeted and the staff was very knowledgeable and advisable. We came in for tire rotation, balance and tires to be filled with nitrogen. They began our service right away and finished in a timing manner. Very good prices!

Came here to have my tires changed over to my winter tires. The only downside was when I was calling to schedule the appointment, the associate put me on hold for 20 minutes helping a customer and I think he may have forgotten I was waiting so I called back, but I was able to schedule an appointment sooner than any other place was offering since everyone needs to do it now for winter. The waiting room has nice comfy couches and it’s a comfortable atmosphere despite it being a tire warehouse. Everyone seems friendly and I trust they’ll be efficient changing out my tires.

Made an appointment to have my tires changed over for winter. They were running behind (not their fault) and the manager made his best effort to keep our appointment as well as the other customers there despite the mechanical problem they were having. Would be helpful if they called to let me know they were behind so I could reschedule, but I respect the commitment to service. Tire warehouse is always my choice when I need my tires changed. Had to get a tire plugged as it got a nail in it after buying tires not long ago just wanted to patch it, they got me in fast, very nice and professional, and ended up doing it for free as they forgot to fill out an invoice for it when I dropped it off. Not that they had too but it was very generous of them to do that, and tell me it’s on the house today 👍 So a big thank you and a big recommendation for these guys! 👍😃

Just moved to Maine and did not know where to go to get my tires done. So I went to tire warehouses and they helped me and got me in fast. The manger was very nice and helpful. The job was done fast and they where very nice

I called and got an appointment same day. I showed up 2.5 hours early and they were able to take me early. Asked if they could do an alignment as well as the tire change they said of course and happily did that as well! Would definitely recommend their service!

Went in for tire alignment thinking that the price range would be similar to other Tire Warehouse locations. This location in Raymond ME charges $110 for tire alignment. This is steep for an alignment, much higher than other Tire Warehouse locations.Do not have a good vibe for this location after being charged that much. I will avoid the Tire Warehouse at this location.

When I first bought my 2013 Equinox, I blew out a tire on the rear and I brought it here and they put a used spare on it and they did not charge me at all. Shawn is super friendly and professional. I came in today for that same tire to be balanced and he told me he was not going to charge me. I was absolutely shocked. Great staff, great service!

Stopped by Tire Warehouse to see if they could fix a flat tire for me this afternoon. They promptly fixed my tire and changed out my spare in 20 minutes, while I sat in their AC waiting area. I normally go to the dealer, but when I needed new tires Toyota couldn’t care less about helping me find the right ones to meet my needs. Thankfully Tire Warehouse in Raymond was more than happy to help, and they’re also a lot closer! They had the tires I need and were able to get me an appointment at a time that worked for me.

This is my second time coming here and so far it’s been a grate experience. The people were nice to me and were able to answer all my questions. I called and was able to get an appointment same day with in a few hours of me calling.

We were on vacation in Maine when one of the tires went flat. Luckily these guys were nearby; they were helpful and personable, the place was nice, AND they have a TV and vending machine for while you’re waiting. So if you’re in the area I highly recommend them!

Last week I made an appointment with them for 9am today to have my tires changed over. When I made the appointment I made it clear that I had to wait for my vehicle because I had no other transportation. When I arrived 15 minutes early for my appointment I was told I didn’t have an appointment and that it would be an hour before they could look at my vehicle. This happens all the time in Raymond. Never doing business with them again.

Online system allows you to make appointments. But they say it was not accurate and they would give me an appointment at a later date. Well that part stinks, BUT shaun scheduled us for today anyways and got the tube in the tire. He was professional and customer orientated.

Great service! Matt, the manager, is extremely helpful and personable. This is the best place to get tires at a decent price with service that is rare today. We went back a day later to have our lugs torqued and tire pressure checked, and Caleb did an excellent job!

I called ahead to see if I could have someone take a look at my flat tire and potentially bent rim. I brought it in later that day and Shawn assisted me. He was extremely helpful and very personable! A great guy to have running the front desk. He told me that my tire couldn’t be repaired due to side wall damage, but thankfully my rim was still usable! He got me the best price he could, ordered the tire in for next day arrival and even though I couldn’t have the crew at the Raymond location install the tire for me, Shawn was nice enough to have the tire mounted, balanced and waiting for me the following day. He even accommodated my busy schedule by leaving the tire outside so I could pick it up after hours! I will be recommending the Raymond Tirewarehouse to anyone that needs tire assistance. I have gone to this location since 2007 for the same truck, and always have great service. I just recently purchased 6 new tires for my dually truck, which previously I got over 60k miles on before due to keeping up with rotation, and nitrogen inflation. The new manager seems eager to talk with his customer base and listen to their needs. I look forward to continuing to do business there.

Tires we scheduled for my sons car were no longer in the shop. Mysteriously gone...The instructions I clearly gave when I scheduled the appointment were to KEEP the tires as we were having studded snows put on and the regular tired had plenty of tread. While they found tires that could be studded and did locate my sons original tires its not the experience I expect when Ive scheduled an appointment, received a quote for specific tires and left clear instructions on the current tires.

Andrew and Eric were incredibly friendly and helpful in a sticky situation where there was a damaged rim and all the salvage shops were closed for the weekend. They got everything fixed up at a great price in under an hour.Can’t recommend this place enough!!

I originally left a good review for this store, but have since changed my mind drastically. My husband and i both had our tires changed over for the summer season . Now we are working on the cars and find that a lug nut was cross threaded and tightened fully, completely ruining the nut and almost unable to remove the tire. On our other vehicle the lugs were overtightened to the point where with any pressure, they snap right off.Not to mention the wait times and the fact that i waited 2 hours for a changeover and balance and didn’t even receive the balance! Do not utilize the services from this establishment.

Agreed and had a seat in the waiting area, (which has free WiFi by the way). Wasn’t even 5 minutes later and they were taking my vehicle in! Was out of there in less than 30 minutes! Great service!

I went in for tire balancing because I felt a shake in the front end. I asked how the tires balanced out. “All balanced out prefect” I mentioned the problem to the tech and said everything I was experiencing. He told me about the Jeep front end sterling stability shock should be changed. Scheduled the appointment and fixed my problem. It’s was nice to have the confidence in the tech, which keep me from having to drive with an unstable front end. Thanks so much!

I bought all new tires, a tire alignment and everything else. They had one person working that day. Never got the alignment. Never got my other tires back. Somehow they lost one of my hubcaps and now my tires are balding and Im losing a shock. This place was my worst nightmare, paid $700+ and didnt get what I paid for. I was very broke and poor and had just enough for it and got backstabbed. Congrats on being money grabbing, backstabbing frauds. Now Ill probably lose my vehicle.

These guys are the real deal. We had some difficulty with a new to us, used truck. Needed tires and alignment and some other small work. The team at Tire Warehouse were so patient and helpful in making sure that we got the right work done and working within our budget. Seriously great experience. Needed new tires for my ride. Figured it would be a weeks wait time to get it done. Called Tire Warehouse and they had the tires I needed in stock and was able to get me in on the same day. You wouldn’t get that at Walmart down the road.

Great service! They couldnt help me repair my tire but the representative was honest and gave his professional opinion and they didnt charge me for looking at the tire. While I waited, many customers seem very satisfied with their service as well.

Tires mounted and balanced. Good price but when I had a place check out my truck for a bad ball joint or something they told me the vibration came from all 4 tire where balances wrong. . Way off. It ruined two of my tires.Tire warehouse will not guarantee there work. Not even give me a credit. Nothing zero . Pretty sad.
