About a couple months ago, I came in to buy a car. Wasn’t really sure what I was looking for and being a female I was nervous of being taken advantage of or being pressured into something I didn’t want. Alexander Sierra was just a wonderful salesperson. He was so patient and kind to me especially when showing me all the features of my new Touring Forester. Being older this technology is a challenge for me to grasp right away. After the sale I called him several times with more questions and he was again so kind and patient with me. I would rate Alex a 10 star salesperson and I would buy a car again from him and from Mastria. This was my second Subaru from Mastria and Mastria was wonderful when I bought my first Subaru 7 years ago and the service department is amazing. I am likely a Subaru owner for life - I just hope it is a long life!

After months and months of searching for the perfect SUV for me I finally found it at Mastria Subaru of Raynham! Alex was great and very friendly. He listened to what I wanted and wasn’t pushy at all. He even stayed almost 2 hours after closing time in a snow storm so I could test drive everything I was interested in! I ended up purchasing a Honda Pilot and I love it! I will definitely recommend Mastria to anyone looking for a new car!

Their service department is to be avoided at all costs. Just the classic nonsense. Brought my OB there for a simple oil change. The car is in literally perfect condition, but is now off warranty. They did the oil change but also took a video claiming the car needed $3k of work. I would have done it — I always keep cars maintained properly no matter what — but i wanted a 2nd and 3rd opinion. I took the car to two of the best independent shops that I know. Each of them put the car up on their lift and carefully examined everything and said it was one of the cleanest outbacks they’d seen and needed exactly zero work. They laughed at the video. I don’t trust Mastria and won’t go back there.
