Came in last night with some questions about about my wipers. Walking into the store, I had no knowledge of cars, parts, etc. I was greeted by Santos who went above and beyond to help me. Even thought it was for something so simple, he really went the extra mile to assist me. Whenever I have any car needs, Santos will definitely be my go to!

Terrible customer service by the store. Had a sign on the door that said No battery install and no check engine light readings Took a battery to the counter, the associate was to lazy to stand up and look at the battery, asked me the part number of the battery. Had ear buds in both ears and took 5-6 times for the associate to listen properly for my name and number.Now I have to wait for a relative to bring tools to install the battery myself, refuse to do business with such a terrible location in the future.

They need a mascot. Lol. Excellent customer service

Thanks to the kind gentleman who works at this store. Back in March of this year he changed my window wipers. It was very kind of him!! I had no clue how to it. But he helped me and I appreciate it!!

They have just about everything. The staff are very friendly & knowledgeable. Their inventory and parts data base are at their fingertips for fast customer service. Ladies: need new wiper blades? Someone will install them for you! This in itself keeps bringing me back! Nice showroom if you want to just nose around.

Awful manager ignored me and would not help. Tried to get employee helping me to help men who arrived after me and told me to try Autozone.

Honestly it depends on whos working as to the type of service you get. One thing I dislike is there hours I dont think theyre open late enough. Other than that I dont believe its a bad store at all.

Friendly staff and competitive prices

Ralphy (I think that is his name) is excellent! I was stranded on my motorcycle that would not start about a ½ block away from his store. He pushed me to the store, checked out my battery, and determined it was some sort of electrical wiring problem. A good person and an awesome representative of his store!

Went to return a head light bulb I recently bought after watching a video online that made replacing the bulb look a lot harder then what it really was. Tito said no it’s not nearly that hard and offered to do it himself. Had it replaced in no time. Saved me a good amount of $$$ from having the dealer do it.

Fast and helpful staff (unlike autozone) and the only parts/tool store around here that carries most of the stuff ive needed to get my motorcycle running again(unlike autozone).

Had to wait in line for half an hour, just to buy a light bulb. Plenty of people wondering around behind the counter. This is the Lancaster ave store. Very poor service

Ive been going here for a while, until I found another auto parts store. The staff is usually outside helping their friends, or chit chatting. Ive waited 25 minutes to check out, standing up front, while both employees walked by. One (The lady) looked at me, and walked away. The other, said oh, were did she go? Shell check you out in a minute. Let me see if shes here. Other times Ive been here, and waited less time to check out, but never less than 10 mins. Auto zone is right down the street, so Ill go there now.

Not what I’m used to in going to Advance Auto...NC stores were awesome and very helpful...this place was so so and gave me the impression neither person there really wanted to help me past pointing.

Got great help with checking my battery. The tech was extremely helpful and patient.

Went in for a battery replacement and due to covid Charlie couldn’t install my battery, which is fine. But this man couldn’t even guide me me through it. Worst customer service ever.

Gave me the wrong spark plugs. Caused my car to run worse. Turned out it was the wrong plugs. Cost me way more than just the plugs.

Nobody working spoke english clearly making communication difficult. I couldnt get help with a simple wiring question because nobody knew anything about the parts they sell or cars in general. This is not what an automotive store should be like.

The guys here a great and have a good sense of humour. They have almost everything you can ask for and if they dont they will have it quickly ordered.
