Super disappointing customer service from Frank Franco and the management at Piazza Honda. Stopped in with my husband to try and buy a 2021 Honda Accord, I was willing to put cash down on it to hold it. MSRP was 30330, tagged on the lot for 31720 because of some additional features Piazza had done. We got in and noticed the mileage was ~6000 miles, which is pretty high for a new vehicle. Frank let us know that a perk of working for the dealership is getting to drive it occasionally. Went to sit down with Frank to discuss a reasonable price since a car with 6K miles doesn’t seem very new to me. During the entire negotiation process, Frank was very condescending to my Husband and I. He went to speak to his manager who was willing to sell for 32720, which was $1000 over their own tagged price. I let Frank know that paying over what THEY had tagged it for on the lot wasn’t going to happen. He said his manager probably wouldn’t sell for less and I told him I wanted to talk to him about it then. The final number Frank came back with was 31620 - which is still ridiculous for a car that has 6K miles on it. At that point I decided to walk.TL;DR: Piazza Honda puts 6K miles worth of wear and tear on a car and then still tries to price gouge you. Wouldn’t recommend seeing Frank at all.

I bought a used lexus is250 from here, love it so far! Was very skeptical with buying through a dealer. Especially one that was hours from home, but Donovan worked with me in every way possible and was very understanding through the whole thing. The process of buying a car was actually pretty simple, thank you for making that part less of a nightmare!! I have no complaints with any of the people I dealt with here, Im just hoping everything works as it should for a while, as the service area can fall a little short sometimes. After purchasing my first car and not having any issues, I had lackluster experiences with the service department. When we went to trade in the vehicle, I had purchased the extended warranty. The balance was approximately $500 that I could get back, so I chose to use the offer by the dealership to handle that for me. It took me multiple phone calls and over 6 months to get my money back.Since then my service has not been any better and today I waited many hours and got no return phone call when my car was in for service. Strongly considering not going back.

My experience with this Honda dealer was the worst my son wanted to buy his first car he had his own bank he was approved by his own bank in Reading Piazza would not sell him a vehicle because we did not use their financial institutions I found that to be very disheartening that I had to go to Carvana to order a car online because they didn’t want to sell their anything from their inventory to us. Either way Carvana is the future I suggest everyone shop online and forget these car dealerships with these ridiculous policies

Spent the last month+ Visiting multiple dealerships looking for a car for myself and for my son. Had a couple horrible experiences and some good ones as well. My experience tonight at Piazza Honda in Reading was by far the best I’ve ever had buying a vehicle. We worked with Thomas Miller. He answered every single question we could possibly think of, he went out of his way, not only to sell us the car, but to get a better deal than we ever thought we would find in the crazy car market. As a bonus, the buying process was incredibly fast! They were very busy when we first arrived but Tom never made that feel like an issue, he was very attentive to all our needs. My wife and I went to Piazza Honda of Reading to look at a 2018 GMC Acadia SLT for her. Upon arriving at the dealership, every sales person was busy, but someone did point us in the right direction to look for the Acadia. After a short time, Tom Miller came to move another car near us and noticed no one was with us and asked if he could assist us. We replied that we needed help and he dropped what he was doing to get the keys for the Acadia we were looking at. Tom admitted up front that he did not know much about the Acadia but was willing to work with us. After looking at the interior for several minutes, Tom accompanied us on a test drive around the area. Upon coming back, we went over some features that we were unsure of. Tom then took us inside to discuss the sales price and optional items. He explained the financing well even though we decided to go with our own credit union. We placed a down payment on the Acadia that day. Tom kept in contact with us and our credit union loan officer and everything went smoothly. One week later, we arrived to pick-up the Acadia. My parents came with us to go for a ride and drive back one of the cars. While we were waiting for the final paper work and clean-up of the Acadia, my dad asked where he could get a coffee and Tom went to the Wendy’s across the street to pick one up for him. Tom and everyone at Piazza Honda of Reading was a pleasure to work with. We would like to work with them again if we should need another car or suv. We are glad to be members of the Piazza Family of car owners.

I like this place. Staff is friendly and helpful. They offer express oil change with no appointment required. If you don’t want to wait or if there’s a wait, they’ll send you wherever you want in an Uber paid by Honda. If you need a ride back you just call them and they’ll send an Uber to pick you up and bring you to your car. They used to have the loaner, but I don’t think it’s still available after COVID-19. I definitely recommend this place.

Piazza serviced our 2018 CRV one week ago today, and included checking the battery. This was the second battery in our CRV, and we had bought this second battery from Piazza. Today the second battery was almost dead, so my husband replaced it at Meineke for $314 because the Piazza appointment scheduler said the earliest appointment at Piazza was two weeks away. When my husband asked the scheduler at Piazza to be connected to the service counter or a service writer in order to have quicker service on our CRV, no service writer or anyone at the service counter answered his call.We bought our CRV at this Piazza location, and we have always had our CRV serviced at Piazza. We were very surprised that Piazza Honda does not offer any type of service for auto emergencies.

Got my car from here. 2018 ford fiesta. They made the process somewhat easy. We were there 5 hours but it was worth it. Very nice people and the gentleman sales man was nice . They are awesome... Be aware this guys will scam you.I went in to buy 2021 Honda Pilot. The salesman said he will take off $400 from the MSRP after talking to the manager. When I did not want to purchase any add on shield then the manager comes to me and says I have to buy wheel lock which is extra around $174 and he gave me new number with $800 extra. I told him the number dosent make sense after taxes. Then he says he cant take off any money from MSRP. (Is it because I didnt want to purchase any addons) total waste of time and theyre just their to waste your time and scam you for your money.

Just bought a 2020 Honda CR-V from this dealership and the overall experience was great! Definitely the best car buying experience I’ve had so far. My sales consultant, David Roman, was so informative and knowledgeable concerning the vehicle and did a wonderful job of explaining everything throughout the whole process. We were pleased with the selection, and with the attitude of the salesman, Tom, but what really blew me away was the way that he bent over backwards to make my sister and her husband, both of whom are over 70 and who are very, very nervous about COVID, feel secure. He went over and above in that department, as well as not being pushy about the car our daughter selected. I want to thank him, as well as the whole dealership, for being so understanding.

Dealing with sales and service at this location for 30 years. Just bad. Sales - you’ll pay $1000 - $2,000 more on every new or used vehicle. Service is slow, unreliable, sloppy, and not trustworthy. They are; however, good at apologies and free detailing - probably b/c they have a lot of practice. I’ve traveled to Pottstown for my last two purchases and will probably start going to West Chester for service. Place doesn’t believe in masks either. Just a lousy business.

Its been 13 years since I purchased a vehicle, a task that I dread due to pushy salesmen. But my experience purchasing my new CRV was very pleasant. Salesman Bob Ruhe was amazing! He listened to what we wanted, and provided us options within our price range! In addition, he took extended time to teach us seniors how to operate all the electronics! Truly a caring salesman, a rare breed in this day and age!

HORRIBLE experience. I have got a car from here 6 months ago and been inside the services shop three times for different troubles with my vehicle since the first week I got the car. Every time I come in, I am sent right back home because the engine light doesn’t always stay on. Poor customer service. You know the future has arrived when you buy a battery-powered car via text message! We needed a new car in the midst of the pandemic, and Piazza Honda of Reading was prepared to help us out. We had a seamless experience buying a used Accord Hybrid from them, even though we live an hour away. Charles answered all of our questions and facilitated all the paperwork via email, text and phone. Then he drove the car here, when we saw it for the first time and did a test drive. We signed all the paperwork on the driveway (Covid-safe) and he drove away in the car we were trading in. No haggling, no hassles. Bought a used car from this dealership a 2013 VW cc & just found out my cars miles have been rolled back. I have had the car for a few months recently check engine light pops up so I get it hooked up to a computer & found out I have 145,XXX miles on the car. On my dash currently I have 88,300 miles. I feel like I’ve been robbed.

I ended up having a terrible experience there looking for my next car. What a difference at Piazza! Adam Zezenski was my consultant, and he was so incredibly polite and helpful. I felt completely comfortable and not pressured at any time, but he also got back to me quickly with negotiations and came down to where I needed. Definitely worth great customer service!!

Visited the dealership on a Saturday with family, salesman Frank helped us. He showed us the new Honda Odyssey. We test drove it, and everything was smooth. He was very professional, however he seemed a little overwhelmed that I had my young children with me. We sat down to talk numbers, and he was able to give me a few hundred dollars off, however that price he provided was not what I was looking for. They wouldn’t even price match another dealership; the dealership I bought from beat the competitors price. Negotiate, get what you want, or walk away, unfortunately I had to walk away because there was no deal to be made here.
Theyre nice when youre there but after the sale its a whole different story. They dont hold to their word unless you go to a manager then its a different story. Its a shame you have to leave work and stand your ground!!
