Based on a recommendation I bought a battery for my car. The gentleman was neat and clean and dressed nicely. He installed the battery with a 2 year full warranty. The service was very professional and I was very pleased.

I went in for a new watch battery, which I didnt know were available until I googled it, and was pleasantly surprised that they test and install car batteries as well! I had just left another place that was unable to install a new car battery due to time involved, (I needed it done right away due to leaving on a trip) and Matt told me no problem! Friendly and helpful staff. We needed a odd size battery for our solar lights and couldnt find it any place. They had them in stock.

Very accommodating with our special request! We set up an appointment online, arrived at the appointed time, and waited for the service to be completed. They estimated it would be a half hour & thats exactly what it was. Really appreciated that I could call and actually talk to someone about the issues I was experiencing.

Ordered Duracell batteries online. Website says you wont be charged if your batteries arent in stock. Well, guess what, the very friendly employee was sorry that he made a mistake and charged my debit card even though they didnt have the Duracells I had been charged for. I asked for even a courtesy reduction in price on the other batteries I was now stuck with. No dice. I could essentially pound sand. I could get a refund (which would take 4 days to get back to my checking account, and leave me without the batteries I needed that day) or accept some no-name batteries at the same price. I needed the batteries that day, so they had me by the you-know-whats so, I just took the batteries as I was essentially held hostage to their mistake. That was my experience, your mileage may very. Will not deal with again.

You can buy a key fob for your car here. They program them. They are half the price the auto dealers charge. If you need a fob, this is the place to go. Chris is very knowledgeable and friendly.

I came here because I lost all my keys. They fitted my car with brand new keys and a fob that they programmed it to my car. By doing this for me, I was back in the saddle in no time flat. This is a store that many may just drive by, you seriously need to stop in and see the things this store has.. they put batteries in my watches in less than 10 minutes...5 watches BTW. So nice and they fix All kinds of electronics I had no idea it was there but you really must go in and check out all the things you could buy your husband, father, brother, Sons. Very professional clean and neat. I was a first time patron yesterday in need of two car remote batteries plus my car battery was ready to go. My SUV has a very challenging battery position and I know it is difficult to change. I was quoted by another company that a battery and change would cost over $200! My purchase for 2 remotes batteries and car battery with installation was well under $200. I will definitely be a repeat customer. Don’t be fooled by their name... “the plus” is so much more

The employees at the store went above and beyond to help clean up an old, corroded battery and replace it. A normal 5-10 minute job took 30+ minutes, as they scraped and cleaned and removed all of the corrosion. Absolutely commendable with their customer service and friendliness.

Great customer service. My wife obliterated my key fob and they could of just sold me a new one instead was able to use the innards into a new shell and saved me money. Very grateful.

This visit, for the first time, the staff member was very disinterested in assisting me. Felt like my questions were an imposition and a lot of trouble to the point that I didnt purchase more than I did.

I needed some random bose controller batteries. I took a picture, showed up and showed the employee, and he got me replacements right away. We are very happy with our Batteries & Bulb store on the 5th street highway in Reading, Pa. The owner Shane and his partner Rick are awesome and so is Ryan . My wife and I are return customers and we are sure glad we are. I have a GMC truck and they are not easy to change the battery in and Shane & Rick changed my battery and did an excellent job. The store has an old school feel to it. It was like going into the neighborhood store where everybody knows everybody. This was the 1st time going to this store but it didnt feel that way.

We found what we were looking for online and purchased our bulbs with ease, then picked them up at our local store. The customer service was excellent and the workers were very friendly.

Battery replacement was draining quickly, almost instantly even before arriving home. The phone didnt have service yet so no calls or texts were being made. I was just changing some settings and looking at a few photos. I was watching the percentage drop by the minute. I called, spoke to a nice woman and was told to it return it to the store. I brought it back and the salesman told it it was my fault because I was using the phone. He told me its a smartphone, its smarter than me and it knows Im trying to drain the battery!?!? Not good public relations calling the customer a moron.

Came in for a new car battery. Because of corroded parts the replacement required a lot of extra effort by the staff and some minor new parts. The staff handled the task in a professional manner and with out any extra charges.While waiting for replacement I saw the employees working with a number of other customers. The staff appeared knowledgeable and good at explaining problems and solution options to the customers.

They have probably every type of battery you could think of. The people here are capable and friendly. It is my go to place for batteries. I have also bought new FOBs (remotes) for my vehicles here.

It was great, but I need to remember to call to ask them to restock the item. I do not have time to come to pick it up.

The salesman told me they would order my screen protector and they would be there in a week and a half. I called on Thursday before they closed since nobody called me that they were in. Turns out they dont even make that protector for the galaxy because of the curved glass. First the salesman are not knowledgeable and horrible customer service to not even call me and tell me. I left my number for the order. Would rate a zero if able. With Amazon being way cheaper, if you dont have customer service what do even offer? Save money, shop Amazon!

The personnel were very professional and helpful. The outcome was not so good. I had a short battery life of a few hours on my phone. They replaced the battery. Phone rebooted every 2 or 3 minutes. They tried another battery. Same outcome. They put my old battery back in. Same outcome. So, now I had no phone at all. I just purchased a new phone. This was inevitable, but didnt need to happen just yet.
