Its Walmart auto care. I wouldnt get anything major done there but routine maintenance oil changes, tires, etc.... which they are good at and generally get it done quick once it gets into garage area. Its a good choice for the routine maintenance. They know what their doing and Walmart stands behind everything they sell or service so if something odd might happen or goes terrible wrong Walmart would take care of it. They have the best customer service about returns than any other big or medium box store.

Walmart workers try their best but at this location it takes forever for someone to even Acknowledge you.

Even though they were super busy this Labor Day weekend they fit me in with a tire repair . Didnt have to wait long. Thanks to all of those working that day!

Walmart offers opps for broad selection and low price tires with customer ratings. No cheaper place for mounting, balancing, and lifetime tire rotation. May take a little longer than an independent dealer with an appt but the savings more than off set that. I usually end up shopping while I wait - they communicate via phone as soon as job is done. And they take my recycled oil since I do my own oil changes.

Why dont you guys answer the phone. Took my car yesterday for leak in tire and tire rotation, two hours and rotation wasnt done paid almost $500 for these tires. wont answer phone did half the job. Cost me $20 in uber now i have to go again come on guys.

Very affordable battery. Was done within the hour. The labor included in the cost. Just paid tax. Would recommend to anyone who needs a new battery.

I bought tires on-line because they were a good deal. I thought it would be convenient to have the Exeter Walmart auto shop install them. Bad idea.The experience was just ridiculous. First of all, as the previous reviewer mentions, no one answers the phone. I had tried calling several times over the weekend to schedule an appointment. I finally got through and scheduled the time fro 5pm. Now I know why no one answers the phone.... When I took my car to get the tires installed, no one is to be seen at the counter area. Its really bad customer service. Not sure if they cut their staff or just poor management, but no one deals with the public at the counter. I personally witnessed several customers waiting 30-45 minutes without anyone coming out of the garage area. Most left in disgust and swearing at the ineptitude of the staff. I observed one customer who waited 1 hour and a mechanic finally appeared....only to be told all services require previous appointment. I overheard the guy say this was a new policy. I will never go back to them again. Really bad business and I feel this store has gone downhill. BEWARE!!

If I could give this place a -5 I would. Was told to arrive at 3pm to have tires put in my car and change the oil. None of which should take more than 1 hour in a small garage that does NOTHING BUT tires oil and batteries!!!! Not to mention the 5-6 guys that move slower than anyone I’ve ever seen. I waited over 4 hours and watched people walk in and get tires put on ahead of me but for the most part everybody had to wait i minimum for 2-2.5 hours for such simple work. 4 tires 35-40 min!!! Oil change and filter. 25-30 minutes. There’s no reason a Walmart should be taking this long. Do not ever come here. It’s obvious they don’t pay their employees enough to give a damn about your time and customer service. Just how I wanted to spend my Friday evening....

2.5 hours to get 1 tire mounted!! No notification that it would take that long or they were short people. Also the $12 to mount a tire is now $23.50. It seems that theyll let you mount for only $10 but another $10 for balancing. Spend the extra few bucks and go elsewhere.

Low rates is the biggest positive. Yes very less customer service and they dont answer phone calls. There is a chance you will get ignored when at the counter...

Hands down the slowest worst auto center Ive been to in 20 years. Employees are more prone to take breaks and have long conversations instead of doing their job. Over 4 hours for a simple oil change, unacceptable!!

They say open 8am. No. Try 8:20. They didnt acknowledge all people standing there waiting. The manager avoided eye contact with the customers. She acted as if she did not see the 7 people standing in line. Took 1.5hr for a new tire. I was 3rd in line.The staff is rude. They need training on soft skills...interacting with customers. A smile and an apology would go a long way in making an experience at this location less like time served in hells waiting room.

Used them for a patch which was very inexpensive and also reseal for one of my tires they didnt even charge for. Friendly staff too

I would give 0 stars if I could!! Bought tires and had appt to install, but when I got there there were No tires!!! I tried to call for 2 days to confirm tires were there, but NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE!

They deserve less than one star, terrible service, went there today to mount 4 tires, 4 hours later the tires were seating there same place I drop them off, I sat for about an hour finally they took my tires and rims inside, 45 minutes later they came with an odd excuse saying that the rims are 21 inches and not 20 inches, I show them they are 20 inch but they kept saying they are 21, they were to lazy to put them on and wasted my time.. the only thing they probably know to do is talk an walk around.

Service was fast and they treated my car like if it was theres.

They asked for too much information and I only wanted service not to be contacted other than to let me know when my car is ready

Takes way too long to do an oil change or change tires... If even 1 or 2 people are next in front of you youll be waiting an hour or two for simple 20 minute service.

They wouldnt change my oil because they were understaffed and wouldnt call another Walmart to see if they could help me.

Its.. ok, relatively fast, limited selection, will not mount any tire that is not absolutely stock size, will not mount a 215/60 if your car came with 205/65, also will not put bigger tires on your truck or Jeep, same with batteries, even if the dimensions are exact, the numbers must match

Got there at 7:05 am for 4 tires. There was 1 other guy there getting 4 tires also. They had 2 technicians at the time. 10:15am i was done. 3 hours and 10 minutes for walmart to install 4 tires on 2 cars. Horrible service!!! I will never go back there again!!!

Exeter location was great! They were very efficient and took care of my car as soon as I walked in - this will be my go to spot as opposed to a previous location of theres🙋‍♂️

Awful customer service. Called customer service just to have the lady talking to someone else as she answered the phone. Acting like i was annoying her. Sorry I thought that was part of your job! after 3 times attempting to be transferred to the auto center the lady finally answered. When I asked if the had tire pressure sensors her response was I have no idea with no indication of trying to find the answer. Finally just hung up and was able to find a company that helps customers and now have 4 new tires without having to deal with disrespectful employees who act customers annoy them for acting them to do thier jobs.

Have road hazard insurance for my tires waited 2 hours for them to fix one tire ugh need more people working in automotive and a better system the mechanics working there were hustling but could not keep up !

Great Place To Get A Oil Change And Tires Done At!

The manager insisted that he would only put on the wrong tire for my car. The tire he wanted to put on was too skinny for my wheel. This is the problem when you have people working there who dont understand cars.

Wait was 3 hours, staff rude wouldnt listen to customer paperwork was filled out day before but service couldnt be done. Refused to look for paperwork and re did it. Had car to replace one tire excessive amount of time.

Told me it would take a hr for my car. I come back a hr and 15mins later. They tell me its going to take 2 hrs.

I went to get a tire only one x arrived from a place and my tire exploded and he told me that he could not attend me because he was alone and closed at 8:00 pm and it was 6:15 in the afternoon.

Too much time is wasted for a simple oil change. I was more than 2 hours

Bad service in that area .. I bought a battery and they did not want to put it on me .. there is no qualified personnel.
