Joel was wonderful! He spent a good amount of time with me reviewing our plan and ensuring all my data was backed up. He then helped get my new phone set up. He was professional, courteous and pleasant at all times! I very much appreciate his help.

All the employees that I spoke to where very hostile towards me because I was instructed by Direct tv’s customer service rep to retire equipment to a store. The employees proceeded to keep insisting they don’t take the equipment and would refuse to get me the manager or help me to figure the problem at hand out. This is one of many bad experiences I have had with AT&T and their affiliates. This is one of many reasons to cancel services with the company and go elsewhere.

By far the best experience I have ever had in an AT&T store or with AT&T customer care. Iz was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly friendly. He took an issue with my Samsung watch that I have been having for over 6 months and managed to get it fixed. The difference between this experience and others I have had was most certainly his persistence to make sure that I left there satisfied. He did not just brush me off like the other AT&T location or tell me to call customer care. His level of professionalism made the difference in this case and I will most certainly be going back to this location for all of my business purchases or inquiries in the future.
Worst customer service experience I have ever received. I walked into this store to decide between here and T-Mobile to get a new phone. Walking out I was under the impression I was going to get my phone in the mail and be able to track it. My information was not set up correctly so if it wasn’t for me being cautious my order would’ve been canceled and I would have had to wait longer. I had to be on the phone with AT&T at least 20 times to get everything settled. On top of that they had my address wrong so it didn’t ship to the correct place so I had to be on the phone with fed Ex to hunt my device down. On top of it all I got a call saying my bill is past due when I just received the phone. I called the store to discuss this Situation and the person who answered was very rude and hung up on me only because I was expressing my issues that I guess they couldn’t help me with. After all this stress I’m considering returning my device and switching my service. I have one never been the person to complain about customer service but this experience I had was truly unfair, disrespectful and uncalled for.
Malik helped me this evening and he was super helpful and kind! I had a long update so he even stayed later to help me finish up!
I have been there a number of times to deal with situations I have had with my phone and T.V. They have been extremely helpful as well as very courteous. They have been more help then the help line. Plus they had fixed things on my account which saves me money. Which is a great thing.
We went to the AT&T store at Broadcasting Square and waited about 20 minutes but the manager ended up waiting on us due to the bad experience my son had online via chat and also via phone. My so. Was trying to upgrade his and also his wife’s phones and could get no where prior to going to this store. Dustin was extremely helpful and attentive to our questions and needs. We ended up upgrading 3 phones that day instead of 2. We would highly recommend!
Kyle was amazing!!! I was so nervous about getting a new phone. He was extremely patient, kind, funny and smart. He put me at ease and mad the process of transferring the information from phone to phone easy for me to understand. I felt confident that I could do that when I got home. I needed this phone so I would be able to work from home the following day. I will definitely go back to this store and recommend to my friends!

The people in this store are all very helpful and knowledgeable about their products and services.Week days are best. Weekends are much busier and you will need to wait longer. Worth the wait!!!

Wow, I just needed to do a 30 second switch of a charger that was given to us wrongly in the morning. The guy took my name that sat there on the computer. Had to wait for another salesman to finish with aa customer to get any help.
Great customer service. Josh is an excellent representative. We’ve been fortunate to get him as a rep when walking in instead of someone else. There are four phones on our plan we are completely satisfied when leaving the store.
As we entered the store, we were waited on almost instantly by a man named Angel. He gave excellent service and was very helpful throughout the entire process. Both my mom and I were completely informed about everything involved with the setup process and felt as though we were taken care of. If you are ever to find yourself buying a new phone or purchasing a plan in this store, Angel will 100% take good care of you.
Angel and the store manager were absolutely amazing. They were so patient and helped us figure everything out. His customer service was top notch. That store is lucky to have such 2 great employees working with customers. I was very satisfied with the service and will certainly tell everyone to ask for Angel. We could not have asked for a better experience, despite the social distancing rules that are in effect.
Malik gave great service as soon as I walked into the store I was greeted I asked for a bottle of water and the store didn’t have any and he went the extra mile to get me a bottle which I truly appreciate.

Today my husband and I went to the Reading location to get a new sim card for my phone. The whole shopping center was incredibly busy and upon arrival there were several people waiting with a 40 minute wait time. The employee who was checking people in, got to us very quickly and immediately was able to help us get a sim card as it was a quick task. As he was helping set it, up another customer came in cursing and yelling about how he had been waiting for an hour and why were other people getting help before him. The employee helping us was incredibly professional and explained that other people had planned appointments and that he was helping us because it was a quick task that didnt require a consultation. The other customer continued to curse at him and throw a temper tantrum about having to wait but the employee kept his professionalism the entire time! Was so impressed by his ability to manage the situation with that much patience!The other customer then started telling people coming in that they should just leave because of the incompetent staff (he used more colorful words that I wont type here). At this point the manager came over and was also incredibly professional in dealing with the irate customer. Even with all of the drama we were in and out in ten minutes! The staff here handled a unfortunate situation with so much professionalism and patience!! We were very happy customers. Just please be kind to customer service employees! They are doing their best during crazy times with so many limitations from covid. Have some patience and grace like these employees do for their customers!
Best customer service at this store! Came in with a difficult issue with my phone. Angel and Isreal worked on it until it was resolved. Very patient and took time to answer all my questions. When I realized my phone would no longer sync with my car & couldnt fix it, I returned and they actually came out to my car to troubleshoot and fixed problem. Will definitely return to this location and these two gentlemen with any future issues and when due for upgrade.
Huge shout out to Dan. He is the man. I couldn’t create events on my calendar for YEARS. I’ve gotten new phones. New sim card. Nothing worked. But Dan, he fixed it, I can create events again and that is a beautiful thing.
Not helpful. Was told to call customer service for my issue. When talking with customer service, they mentioned my issue could have been resolved at the store. Will start shopping for an alternate carrier.
The staff is friendly and helpful so I didn’t give 0 stars; however, for the 2nd time in the last 5 years, we were given a price on a new plan that was significantly less than our bill ended up being. When I questioned AT&T about my bill, I was informed they and the stores “were separate entities” and they couldn’t adjust our bill to match what we were told in the store. In my case, I was quoted a price on a plan in store based on a 25% military discount to then find my bill only included a 15% discount and they will not honor the price quote given by the store
I came to add my brother to my existing line. The represenitive told us with a small down payment and only a 40 dollar raise in my bill, he could have a new phone! Turned out too good to be true, because my phone bill this month was 300 dollars higher than normal due to hidden activation fees before i get the price he told me. Dont go here.
Malik was a big help. Was a busy Saturday so there was a bit of a wait, but he helped my wife and I get our new phones and switch our service in about 20min. As an AT&T corporate employee (WarnerMedia), I appreciated the expertise!
Everyone was well prepared to deal with the influx of customers on the first day of yellow. My rep was knowledgeable but not pushy. He was patient with my questions about buying a much newer phone than I had.
I had a great experience at this store. Something had got messed up when I ordered my 2 new phones online and they were saying I had to pay the full amount for 1 of my phones but the associate was amazing and was able to fix the problem and was so kind and helpful his name was josh I believe

Although I had a problem switching from my business account to a personal account because of my retirement. I was very frustrated and ready to leave AT&T. I felt as if I was pushed around until Malik helped me out. Malik went above and beyond to help me. Because of this Manager who I didn’t even know he was the manager until I read his name tag I would’ve switched to Verizon or someone else after 25 years with AT&T. I will tell all of my friends and family to go to this store and see Malik because he turned a bad situation into a great experience.
Jose was a great representative yet I am very disappointed on the miscommunication and lack of knowledge from other reps as it caused confusion on the plans and then caused us more money to pay for a phone we originally wanted. A lot of wasted time effort money during the original visit that caused frustration

My daughter and I recently switched to AT&T and new phones. Josh was extremely helpful and went through every detail of our new plan and how the first bill would look etc. so there were no surprises. Very friendly and courteous and made us feel like more than just customers. Ive dealt with two other provider stores and never had the the experience I had here.
I worked with a young man named Joel today, and he was so patient and kind with me. I wasn’t understanding a concept he was explains, and even though I could tell he was getting frustrated, he did not give up on me. I felt bad for not understanding and my own frustrations led to me getting visibility upset. Joel was very kind and caring and continued to work with me through all my questions and concerns. He continued to help me once my new phone was activated and was not working properly. I was probably there a solid 1.5-2 hours and he was patient, collected and sweet throughout the entire experience. Even through escorting me to the door as I left.A very positive experience which could have gone terribly wrong with someone else.

I have never had poor customer service in my whole life! These so called sales representatives never even said a word upon my walk in. I noticed I had to look into every bit of information I was concerned about. A lady and I also noticed that the employees were joking loudly about others in store like they were Obnoxious and immature. With the AT&T business account I was very discouraged to have a account with people that couldn’t even understand how to add a line or Simple has a Watch I will never go back to the store I heard two other people say the same thing .I gave them the benefit of the doubt Maybe my experience was bad so I told a friend about the store and they went there. He said he was in there for about two minutes and turned his back and walked out because of the lack of support
We paid the bill 9/10 over the phone Lady said phone would be on in 2 hrs phone was not on I called att they tried to help but couldnt so I called the next day 9/11 phone still wasnt one we came to this store and One their employees named Daniel Fixed in under 2 minutes he deserves a promotion.
We are all going through this pandemic together, still gives you no reason to be disrespectful to a customer. I happen to be an AT&T 25 year customer technically it is not AT&T but I never switched, celler or companies or providers or my phone number. AT&T bought my line 3 or 4 separate times from Cingular to AT&T/Cingular to DIRECTV///. This is not in reference to the whole store, unfortunately one sales rep brings down the store. Of course the sales rep. In question, was the lazy one the one not doing any work in the story, sitting and watching what looked like a movie. While I was looking around the store waiting for them to get my order ready, even though it supposed to be curbside ready to pick up, they didn’t have it ready. With that said, i have no complaining about that, or anyone else or anything else about the store or reps. . The lazy nonworking customer service rep told me to stay in one spot, also proceeded to tell me, technically I should be outside waiting. And by the way on this particular day we are receiving 40 to 60 mile an hour winds thunderstorms possible tornado warnings, with my order not ready yet, he wanted me out in the rain, lol literally. I was in the store and even though I was practicing social distancing, plus had gloves on what else am I supposed to do to kill time. while They were get my order ready, I was looking at accessories, and was planning on buy some accessories considering that I ordered two new phones, I will do that online before I give that sales rep any commission. I don’t know if you get commission off it or not, i’m sure there’s a store bonus that he would’ve partaking in. but I’m not taking a chance in reward a lazy unprofessional sales reps. Besides that I was very happy with the service I received from the other two sales reps I spoke too. They were Beyond approach, very helpful even went out of their way to help me. I have visited the store several times, like the other time, the AT&T sales rep, we are helpful and professional as I said above. Unfortunately with all this said I feel they, need to get rid of him ASAP, I don’t need to name any names here. I’d be willing to bet, if I’m correct I’m sure he’s had complaints from other people/customers that’s how rude and inconsiderate this person was!!!
Guy tells me my identity was pretty much stolen and he was informed..that even with 4 forms of MY identifications...i could still not be verified. But wouldnt tell me ANYTHING i needed to know to figure this out just to call the Credit Bureau thanks. I hope that dont happen to you

I called this store for help got the same thing. Called at 7:33pm. Press this number press that number press to speak to someone was sent to the 1800 number. When the store is open till 8;00pm and it was an easy question. The store on 5 th street answer their phones
I was having a problem accessing my Yahoo account and stopped at the store. I was promptly greeted by a young lady and told her of my problem. She looked at my phone and asked me where my play store is? I said I dont have a clue as to what she was talking about. She asked me how I downloaded apps? I said I use my google search, locate what I want, hit install and boom, and icon appears on my phone. She again asked me where my google store is? I said I dont know ! I am 67 years old and all the jargon used in the store is complete gibberish to me. She looked at me and said Its not my responsibility to TEACH you how to use your phone very rudely. I said what did you just say ?? She promptly called another young man over to help. He was understanding and told me you wait till Yahoo mobile cam back up. Then stop back. I will stop again but NOT at that store ! BTW, the 1 star is only because of the young man coming to assist me. Other than that, rating COMPLETE FAIL !!!
Quick and efficient service. I was greeted at the door and immediately taken care of. My need was to add a line with a phone I brought in so no big monetary return for them, but that did not change the service in any way. I noticed the same quick and engaged service for other patrons who entered behind me. Very pleased with this store and its staff. I entered to use this as my goto store in the future.

Ive been to this location several times and all they have done was be extremely helpful. Ive dealt with Josh and also Kyle. I wasnt buying anything I was just having trouble with my settings on my phone. And every time theyve gone out of their way to help me.

I have been there many times and always have EXCELLENT service. Even if someone wasnt available to help me right away due to helping someone else, someone greeted me and assured me I would be helped soon. The people are always friendly and listen to me when I say I dont want signed up for something. I definitely recommend this store over the one in Berkshire mall.
Terrible customer service tonight 10/12 at this store. My daughter broke her phone and I went to the store to submit a claim because my printer was broken. When I was on phone with asurian, they explained to me that I could get the paperwork at the ATT store since my printer at home was broken. I was surprised when the service representative warned me that the store might give me a hard time but they could simply print off the paper for me. Apparently, she was right, the woman gave me a hard time even when I told her all she needed to do was print the sheet. I stayed for another 30 minutes and never got the paper. I went to the ATT store in Temple, I got the paper the minute I walked in the door and offered to submit the claim for me. I will never go back to the Papermill Road store again
Malfunctioning payment kiosk! :( kiosk got stuck after it said it took my payment, but the touch screen froze and wouldnt give me a receipt...asked an agent for help and she didnt know what she was doing...Do I ask another guy and he has no clue and turns his back on me!!!! :( finally after about 10 minutes when another agent become free, she come over and had to unplug the machine!!! From there I had to go through the whole procedure all over again with the agent who then wanted my drivers license and my at&t pin!!!! What a rig-a-ma-roll!!! What should have taken less than a minute took 20 minutes!!!!The place needs more staff on duty and it needs to better train those that are on duty!!!

Was lied to about payments I needed to Be no higher than 150 per mo told me my payment would be 144 per month. Next day got an email 230 month. Called at&t to complain they told me I would be paying 177 after that 1st payment. Told them I wouldn’t pay that and they got it down to where I needed to be!

I went to this store to purchase an IPhone 6 plus this evening, however the only way they would sell me one is if I signed up for the next program or the 2 year contract! Im already an AT&T customer and wanted to pay $749.00 for the phone up front, however the manager sent his minion out to tell me if I wanted to purchase the phone I would have to go to an Apple store. I will never return to this store for anything!! If they wont sell you the phone out right then they shouldnt have the price displayed with their phones. A** Clowns!!

AT&T sent the wrong sim card. We went to this store, waited in line for a full hour and a half, spent another 2.5 hours dealing with the agent there who ended up not helping us at all. Would not recommend this place.

My blackberry froze then went blank 5 months prior to upgrade eligibility. I felt it was phone but thought it could possibly be battery related problem also. I went to this store hoping for a resolution quickly. Sales rep, Jordan, was quite happy to sell me a phone with promise of help in any way if need be. When I got the phone home I could not load my backup from my computer. After loading new software doing some research I found out in order to do so you needed your old phone due to incompatibility issues due to different os. So early the next day (about 15 hours later) I went back to to store. Jordan was NOT glad to see me. When I explained what was going on and asked if I could try a battery from a 9900 he said oh I cant do that. You will have to go BUY a battery. So off I trotted in search of battery. No Radio Shack, or acc. stores in malls had one. After about 2 hours of running around all over town I realized whether phone was broken or battery faulty I would need to buy a 9900 in order to retrieve my contact list and data. There was no other way. I headed back to the store, calling Jordan before hand to explain. He said wrong number when I started to explain and hung up on me. Some help! He was the one who entered his phone number on my new phone!! When I got to the store he saw me and walked away. Another rep came over, I explained the problem with the phone. There was no data on it except Jordans number and she charged me the restocking fee of $35. I left there, headed over to the WONDERFUL authorized dealer at 3050 N. 5th St. on a whim (and desperate--my cell phone is my ONLY phone and contact with people!) and the sales clerk there was wonderful. He immediately tested my phone, then battery and assured me it was the battery. He said I would have to get the battery online but I should bring the phone& new battery in and he would do everything he could to retrieve my data--no sale, nothing! THIS 5th ST HIGHWAY STORE IS MY AT&T GO TO STORE FOREVER. I rate the Paper Mill Road store VERY POOR. I had that phone less than 24 hours, it was unused and they charged me $35. NEVER AGAIN! When I told the clerk at the 5th Street store he assured me he would NEVER have charged the fee due to problem with phone. If had kept the phone for an extended period of time, loaded data, used it, sure. But the fact that the new phone was of no use to me without my contact list and data was sufficient reason to return without charge.

This place sucks, I waited for over an hour, the staff like to relax and talk to customers for hours like they have a job to do, if you have people waiting you have to hurry!! I was here at 5:59pm and was still waiting until 7:28pm on Thursday, September 20 !! This is why I don’t like to come here because your wait is just ridiculous and unreasonable!! And the stuff is like just chill !!
