We were cleaning out her desk drawer and found five old cell phones. We looked online to find a place to sell/get rid of them. We saw that GameStop buys them. We went to the one store in the Berkshire Mall, The girl cracked the door to the back room said a few words and whoever was back there said he’s not coming out and for us to go to the one on State Hill Road. We went to that one and they said yeah, sorry, we don’t have any cash. Go to the one in the mall. If you’re selling something, go somewhere else. I don’t know how they are.

Good luck trying to reach them by phone. They will either never pick up or put you on hold indefinitely.

Some of the nicest and friendliest people running these stores. Always like just stopping by to see about new games, consoles and news. The people running the stores really seem to love talking and giving info on all kinds of tech and gaming stuff.

I ordered a PSVR bundle as it had listed online and when I went to pick it up ( 2 hour drive ) and they actually never had it in stock. Apparently their system randomly has 1 in stock every so often. I dont believe that nonsense. I would have loved a phone call to tell me there was not a Playstation VR Bundle in stock as the website specified. Specifically for this location.Im giving 2 stars for inconvenience and a poor excuse as to why an order I paid for was cancelled was due to a known system error that randomly has a PSVR in stock. Do your business with some other game store. Gamestop is a joke, has been a running meme for years and once again lives up to its meme persona.

I go here to buy Pokémon cards frequently and the guys there are great. It’s a nice environment and I look forward to going every time.

Nice variety and good deals, but the female cashier was rude AF! She came out to the register with food crumbles all over her - sorry her lunch coincided with work! I will stick to the location in the mall.

The one lady (I forgot her name) was very friendly and helpful during the Smash Ultimate midnight launch and was able to get me the limited edition Smash pro controller even though I didnt pre order. Where as I waited outside BestBuy for 3 hours for one and they didnt have one, even though someone on the phone told me they did.

Love this store, out of the 3 around me this is my go to. Staff if always friendly and easy to talk to. Many know my wife and I by name and are quick to offer suggestions on what we like.

I play lots of video games and, if you want games gamestop is the place to go. they get all the new games very fast and sell at good prices. The employees are nice and help around the store and Ive never had any complaints.

Had a Nice experience with the friendly cre on Thanksgiving day when they opened up at 3pm that day... unfortunenatly I wasnt able to buy the product I wanted which was the spiderman bundle but the manager made it clear that they had a limited quantity of 6 before and as he opened the doors to all the customers. After shopping around decided to go back and purchse a game and a 2tb hardrive online since they had run out... but Overall an excellent working crew in this location.

The service here was awesome, the employees are great! a month ago a went to 2 different gamestops the one near by walmart in wyomissing and the one in allentown pike also near to walmart to purchase my PS4 wow the service was horrible no welcoming feeling i walked around the store for almost 25 minutes no employee approach to help or ask if i had any questions oh i know why because they were way to busy talking to a friend about life. So after my 2 stops i was so upset so next morning i went to The berkshire blvd game stop I only could say This is my new gamestop store!!!
