Ill give it 0 stars if I could, dont step in into this place I felt animosity coming from the heavyweight dark skinned girl, giving me an attitude because she wanted to talk on the phone while trying to helping me... smh how do people like this get to work for metro it was my firs and most definitely the last time in this store. By far the worst shopping experience Ive had in years. After my phones power button decided to finally stop working as well as the screen not turning on, I researched the issue online and found multiple videos about it being a common problem with my phone.Apparently it required the case to be removed and the battery removed. I never received the pin that opens the sim card tray and after trying everything from a pin to a paperclip nothing would open it so off to the store I go.The second I walked into the store I was rudely yelled at by one of the female teenaged clerks to wait outside until she was done serving the current customer.After waiting outside in the 93 degree heat for 20 minutes, I was waived in where I explained my problem to the clerk while the entire time she looked either stoned or half asleep and acted like I was bothering her.After half listening to my problem, she told me that they havent sold my model phone in years (although I bought it there only a little over a year ago) and the phone was repairable because the screen was broken which was a common problem with this model.When asked how mutch it would cost to fix the screen she said she didnt know. I asked if the battery could be taken out and put back in because that fixed this screen not working issue in allot of cases as I read online. She looked at me like I was crazy and told me the battery couldnt be taken out. My only option was to buy a new phone.As Im completely broke but needed a new phone, after putting up with more attitude while she activated my new phone even though I was as polite as can be to her, I finally walked out of the store $115 poorer with a new phone in my hand.When I got home I used the sim tray pin included with my new phone to eject the tray from my old broken phone, removed the case and removed / reinserted the battery and put the phone back together which fixed the stuck power button. Low and behold, the phone powered on and the screen worked! So there wasnt a damn thing wrong with the phone.Wow was I heated!Im finding another carrier. Metro used to be such a great service with professional salespeople but now all they have to offer are rude teenagers that act like youre bothering them that know nothing about the product they sell.Beware of this store! The little kids that run it are only looking to maker a commission instead of assisting a longtime customer with fixing an issue and ripping you off of money that is in major shortage in these hard economic times.
The store is trash just like there employees .they ignore there customers most of the time holding there own conversation with each other the had a line of ppl and the employees were talking amongst themselves they should do everybody a favor shut the store down lousy customer service no knowledge of there job.its sad these folks are there just for a paycheck and do very little work
If I could give negative stars, I would. The customer service rep had no customer service or even basic human skills whatsoever. First I was greeted by blaring Spanish music behind and I had to repeat myself several times so she could hear me. Neither rep working knew what the password was for the store to test my Wi Fi. Then she refused to set up my free Amazon Prime account which was included with the package I bought. I had to visit the store 4 times and it was like I was bothering them. Then she blantly lied twice to me. Boost is right next door. I strongly recommend you go there. Not worth the hassle. Zoraida is the only competent person there and is very friendly. If shes not working, Run!

Bought a cool pad from David, the one speaker broke on it within 30 days. I took jt back, be said hed order one and call me. Well he never called. Went back, then be he sId it was on back order and looked at my phone and said he wouldnt do it now, since he said it had marks in it, then hed get charged for jt. Straight up BS, never even ga e me a courtesy call about the phone being on back order. Total scammer!

What happened to this place? Do they even have any monthly plans here anymore? They dont have any signs up anymore. Theyve been going down hill really fast. It seems like alot of mass confusion when I go there. It seems theyre getting as bad as the other places and you wait forever, when you just want to pay your bill. The staff is friendly though. I dont see how they maintain their sanity with all the mistakes their equipment make and all the impatient customers.

This business calls me all day long. Only rings twice and hangs up. Finally just called them and put myself on do not call list, idiots called me again this morning.
Every time i go & it never fails 4 me 2 pay my bill its usually a madhouse the place is FULL of people i feel like i dont belong b cuz everyone is speaking spanish ! but on the plus side i love metro pcs cellphone & the plan i have !

Terrible experience one woman stood there while there were a line of customers.they had no clue how to fix any phone problem very uneducated staff.contacted the corporate office in tx to report the store .

Staffed by a bunch of teenagers and young adults who have 0 enthusiasm about their jobs and/or life in general. I know 10x more about phones then they do but hey what do you expect.
