Great service start to finish. Gage greeted my family and I with enthusiasm and was eager to assist. He was very knowledgeable of all promotions and was able to answer all my questions. I successfully added my parents to my plan, got them new phones, swapped data, and swapped phone numbers. Would come back to store and would recommend to a friend
Ive been a Tmobile customer for over 7 years and this is the worst experience Ive ever had. The two ladies were rude, attitude problem, didnt ask if I needed help and mind you I was the only customer there. I said I had a question about getting a new phone, and they wouldnt even come to see what phone I had a question about. The one lady said, exact words (what is it) and wouldnt even move her body to come help me. I do not recommend this location ever!!!
I got 2 new phones today. I got all the help I needed from Gage. He was very helpful and kind to us. He did an amazing job with setting up everything and getting the job done for me. I am very happy with my experience today at T-Mobile🙂.

The store manager Skye is truly one of the kindest young woman that I have met in a very long time. And I like to also say that Gage a manager at this location also is absolutely so pleasant outgoing and friendly. When you walk in this T-Mobile location you automatically feel welcomed a pleasant happy warm atmosphere. And at this particular location which is close to me sometimes I feel guilty but call on a T-Mobile Tuesday and ask Skye or Gage is there a way that they could maybe help me get the free item for the Tuesday of the week because sometimes Im not able to physically do to health problems always get there. And they go above and beyond to make sure that I get my T-Mobile Tuesday item. Skye and Gage work so hard making sure that Im able to get the item and it makes me feel so appreciate as a customer and it touches my heart that they go out of their way that much for me. To some people a small free item might mean nothing . But to me a T-Mobile Tuesday free gifts put a smile on my face . Ive been with T-Mobile for about a year now and Ive had the best cell service Ive not once had to call and complain at all about anything when it comes to my cell phone service theyre absolutely an amazing company and great connection and to have a local T-Mobile store treat you as if youre a family member and go out of their way to put a smile on your face is something to be said .So kudos to T-Mobile and all their staff on 5th Street highway and to the company and to all the other staff at other locations thank you to all from me for doing such an excellent job and putting a smile on my face I would highly recommend going to this T-Mobile location they will help you with anything they will help you with the best phones that are on the market and get you the best rate plans I guarantee you will not be dissatisfied I know Im a number one fan of T-Mobile.

Unfortunately my experience with the manager was a waste of time... but bad mouthed the employee that originally helped me with my plan. The employee that helped me with my plan was a sweetheart. Had problems with the system. But was pleasant the entire time. There was a problem with billing shortly after. Went back to the store, the manager was helpful but didn’t fix the problem I had. I didn’t realize this until paying my first bill. But bad mouthed her employee the entire time she helped me. Won’t return to this store.

Long story short, i went to this tmobile last year November 2020, i was doing a trade in of 2 Iphones XS MAX . This guy named Nico was helping me. He was so confused in what he was doing supposedly confused. But what he did was when the new Iphone i ordered arrived which was the Iphone 12 Pro Max, instead of trading in my 2 Iphone XS Max, he traded in his iphone 8 plus in gold and an iphone XR in white. Now because this fraud this guy did i didnt get my promotion. The manage just credit my around $500, mind you the phones was trade in for 915 each . And this is what i still owe for the phones since they didnt fix the problem currently .. Im currently trying to fix this problem . But be aware ! People are in desperate need ! I trusted this Nico guy which from the beginning i had a bad feeling that i even went back to the store after talking to tmobile the day after the order was place since i had to wait for my Iphones to arrived cause in the receipt i notice he put the wrong phones and yet he lied and i got SCAMMED !

Customer service is bad & employees are lazy. Was instructed by T-Mobile’s customer service center to go to a store to get my defective SIM replaced because technical issues on their side. After communicating this to the employee “assisting” me, he proceeded to call the customer service center (which I already had done and they couldn’t fix the issue) to tell me he couldn’t issue me a new SIM card. Clearly not wanting to do even the bare minimum with an annoyed expression the entire transaction. I’d recommend another store.

Employees are either uninformed about how Tmobile contracts work or intentionally mislead us regarding deals in order to sell phones. While the specific employee helping us was friendly, she told us incorrect information that the manager later lied about to a customer service representative in order to not honor what was stated. Employees were rude to other customers in the store who were paying late fees on their phone bill, were rolling there eyes and making fun of them after they left. Would do business at practicallly any other Tmobile store before returning to this one

We upgraded 2 lines and was able to add an iPad @ the reading store. We worked with Chris he was incredible. My phone was not backed up and he was able to work his magic and transfer all of my info over. Because this is a work phone all of my info needed to be transferred and he did it.

My issue has been resolved to a degree of satisfaction I can live with. The store manager called me personally and walked me through the proposed resolution. Considering my issue directly involved him I respect and appreciate he called me himself to discuss. The missing star is not for this store its for Sprint not being more forthcoming about total accumulated charges on their plans. Understandably most plans are going to vary in cost from one plan to the next, but advertising a $50/ month unlimited plan and having it actually be closer to $70 and up after taxes, phone rental (if applicable), etc..etc.. is just going to make people angry after the first month. It seems like the philosophy is get them in the door and signed up! After that it doesnt matter what they think, we gotem!All said and done, this Sprint store will provide you the service you need and the store manager is very knowledgeable about the equipment and plan packages.
I went to the 5th street store and someone named rob help us, he was very helpful and kind .. he even chatted a little while we waited for him to activate the phone . I enjoyed his help and we left very satisfied it was a good day !
Store sales reps only care about their commission ! I horrible cuatomer service. I was lied by the reps with the superrvisor right next to him who allowed it. I went to the store looking to lower my plan and I was switched to a sprint drive plan, with a device i can not use in my car, my bill went from $260 a month to $372, when i went back to the atore i was told that the only way to lower the bill twas to delete insurance off my 2 devices and right now for 3 lines my bill is still $280. I am still paying for a device I dont use or need, and for a Sprint drive plan $10 extra dollars a month i dont need either, and my two Iphones now with no insurance. I will never go back to this store ! And once my lease is over I am dropping sprint as well!!!!

My wifes prepaid phone broke. We went there and all though there were no phones they could sell us to get working for prepaid accounts. They said that corprate store could. WE went there to the corprate store and they sold us the phone but failed to activate it. We called back to the 5th street store and spoke to Rosa. Within 45 minutes she contacted the correct people and stayed in touch through the whole process untill we were up and running! Exelent service from ROSA! Ironically ROSA accomplished what the corprate store could or would not do.Thanks
I was told by the manager that they are not a Sprint store so he could not look up my mobile hot spot usage. He could not answer other questons I had about my phone either.He made me feel like I was bothering him instead of a customer.Poor service compared to the stores in Chicagoland.
