Ive been frequenting this starbucks for a while and have rarely have had a good or remotely memorable service experience. Its like they hire the coldest, most apathetic people possible who have never had experience being an amicable human being to customers.If they make a mistake with your order its like they feel wholly entitled to give YOU attitude about the problem THEY caused with their negligence. On top of the drink making being a major hit or miss depending on whos at the bar.Youd be better off going to the Target in Wyo, staff is much friendlier there. Management needs to do better with training the subpar baristas they have in this store.

Girl was by herself and had a line,but was really fast.

Dont waist my money on overpriced and bitter coffee. The CEO has stated they prefer conservatives not be customers. And they dont respect our military.

Starbucks is overpriced fast food coffee, and anyone that disagrees has no idea what coffee is supposed to taste like. Its just a perennially trendy brand, like Apple.Their tea is okay. Its a shame they shut down their tea brand. And their breakfast sandwiches are alright, considering theyre frozen.Id much rather eat at Panera. Their coffee is a bit better, and their food is decent.

Free wifi and coffee I so badly want to give this a five star! Then I find out how much my order is....although it keeps those filthy working class dirtyjeaned types from bothering us elite yes yes.

Its a Starbucks. Slow service and not very friendly like most others. DD atleast says good morning and thank you. They are also very clueless most times when ordering simple drinks. Its like they need to make things complicated.

Coffee is always great. Service would be better if they had more than 1 person working especially in the mornings when most people NEED their coffee.

Sitting here right now and the employees specifically this one blonde girl pictured are complaining and bickering back and forth in front of customers including myself.Service was slow. She served me and was not professional taking her time to wait on me as she was drinking a coffee drink. Also, overheard her say she has been making a specific drink wrong for customers since shes been there. Forgot to use some kind of syrup in a strawberry drink.All around this makes me never want to come back here again although it is the closest Starbucks to me. Im willing to drive further just to avoid this terrible atmosphere to drink a coffee and do work on my laptop . Also coffee was luke warm, not even close to hot. Im not one to complain and it takes me a lot to be willing to write a review this detailed. Seems like a major employee problem or lack of supervision problem.

Ive been to many starbucks and enjoy their coffee. This specific place though is extremely slow. They dont care about the lines or their customers. The workers and management always work at a slow pace. They have messed up orders on at least 3 occasions and when you ask for it to be fixed you get an attitude. Only reason i go here is because its in target

I... HATE THIS PLACE! PRETENTIOUS WHINING SIMPS. THEY SEEMED PUT OFF WHEN I SAID I WANTED A LARGE COFFEE. ASKED IF I WANTED A POUR OVER. BEING A MARIED MAN I SAID NO. .. THEN, A AIN BLACK COFFEE WITH NOTHING IN IT WAS ALMOST 6 DOLLARS! Rooked me outta my 6 bucks and got sub par coffee. Never again. McDonalds could have given me better coffee for a buck.

Service is always slow; sales people usually seem to be annoyed with each other or talking with a friend off to the side. Drinks usually are not that hot. Save the hassle and go to the Starbucks next door at Giant.*eveyonce in a while you get someone who knows what they are doing (this is preventing me giving a 1 star review.

Wont go there any more.They are so slow bc they are too busy chatting with friends. Employees ignore you until they take a break from chatting. That could be in 3-5 mins time while you stand there. They were not making ANY drinks. Just talking to a friend.Wyomissing is much faster. They care about customer service and are there to do their job. They are excellent.Target Starbucks workers dont care how long you stand there. This is during the mid morning. I was the only customer and still couldnt get them to wait on me. Drink orders interrupts social time. Then the person screwed up my order to boot. I asked for a macchiato. Got foamed milk with espresso. I couldnt drink it, it had no sweetner. It was gross. I left to go to work and didnt drink till I got in my car. Or I would have complained. Seems social life first, customers whenever.Whoever owns that franchise is loosing a lot of $ because it takes 20 mins to get a drink made.

I like Starbucks well enough, but their prices are way too high in my opinion. The stood is always clean and some employees are actually pretty friendly and helpful.

The baristas argued with each other openly in front of the guests and were abrupt and rude to each other.
