Stopped through last Sunday to grab some paint for a nursery accent wall. Gabe was very helpful, I have always received great advice and service from this store

The place was sparkling clean...loved the way the color choices were laid out. Made it all so easy!The rep was amazing! Friendly and knowledgeable. Didn’t push or hover, when we were ready we fired off our questions and he answered every one of them.

Came here on 6/2/21 around 5:30PM. Being the only customer at that moment in the store, the staff just sitting at the back of the office without offering any help. HORRIBLE experience, we will not consider buying anything from Sherwin-Williams especially at this store in Reading.

The guy at Sherwin-Williams in Reading, MA, (Dave) was so helpful. He tested some Minwax stain I was considering buying on a sample piece of wood I brought in, and when it didnt match just right, he offered to make a special batch of stain that would. And in a very short time he made a perfect match for me! So grateful.

The man who was working on Sunday July 11th Was rude. I asked for a price difference between a quart and a gallon of paint he quoted me the prices and then when I went to pay the price was higher. I said I thought the paint was on sale and he said only if you have a coupon. why quote me one price and charge me another? Its either on sale or its not. He was annoyed because I asked questions. No customer service skills whatsoever.
