Just got back from another trip to Home Depot.The staff are always extremely helpful and friendly.Today I stopped by to purchase a piece of lumber to repair my deckIt was there that I met Eli who I believe works in that department.Eli couldnt have been more helpfulHe actually checked the pieces of stacked lumber to make sure I got a piece without knots or cracksHe then cut the lumber to my exact specifications.While shopping, I had to rent a fan to dry my carpetThis is where I met Joe who was another stellar servicemenHe couldnt have been more helpful & even made sure the fan worked before I took it homeAs I was checking out, Eli was passing by & asked me if I needed help loading my carHow great is that! I not only met 1 great employee but 2!!These gentlemen are truly a great representative of your store.

My favorite place for tools, appliances and building materials. My husband is a contractor and always goes to Home Depot because they have excellent prices, staff is always willing to assist and they products are of excellent quality.I recommend Home Depot.

The customer service guy Noah was phenomenal with us! he was patient and helpful to help us find a refrigerator even though it wasnt his area. ☺️

Well its a Home Depot, so if youve been in one, youve been in them all. That being said, this is my Home Depot and its a good one. Usually always has what I need, and the employees are generally nice. My only complaint/reason I deducted a star is because you cant always find someone to help you when you need it. Cant count how many times I wandered around trying to find someone to help me.

One big con for Home Depot, (at least the last few visits this month) has been the terribly long time it takes for their website to show in stock items accurately - I know it cant be updated in real time, but Im tired of making the drive out there, only to find 0 in stock of an item that the website indicated was plentifully stocked. Granted, someone might have JUST purchased all of the items I was shopping for before I arrived, but Ive lately seen weeks go by with the same inaccuracy still un-updated.Get it together, Home Depot! Grrrr!

My home depot of choice. Ive not had a poor interaction as a customer yet. Its a seriously convenient location to pick up anything that I cannot get delivered to my home.

Amazingly quiet being so close to a major route, 422. Easy access, love this place.

Things were laud out differently from the home depot we normally shop at, so it took us a little while to find what we were looking for. However associates were very friendly and helpful.

I ordered a baseboard heater and had it shipped to this location. I received an email stating it was in and picked it up. When I opened the box at home it was mangled beyond repair. This stuff happens sometimes because it comes from somewhere else but when you tell me you can return it and then tell me you cant reorder it for me and I have to go home and order it myself thats a problem. That is TERRIBLE customer service.

Had all the items I wanted

I was able to find ice melt. But the bags arent the best quality. The skid had a few broken bags and it was falling out all over the floor. As I was loading the bag I purchased into my car it broke as well. Thankfully it was at the top so I stood it up in the car and hoped for the best.

I went to this Home Depot this morning and the people there are so friendly and ask you if you need any assistance. One of the workers (Bob and his partner) at the Doors and Windows counter were so polite. I asked them a question about a part I would need for an old air compressor. They didnt have the part in the store, but Bob was able to help me through the process of ordering the part that was online as well as ordering a few accessories with it. I would give a shout out to Bob and his partner. They helped me out tremendously!

Great place to go when you want to see a bunch of employees standing around socializing. Not to mention hard to get someone on the phone. I called for assistance and of course no one answered.

I love this place. I would choose home depot 9 out of 10 times over lowes and other competitors. Between returns and great customer service, I feel they beat their competitors handily. My primary complaint is the inability to get a military discount on orders through their website.

We had a storage bin with a broken lid and noticed it when we got back out to the car. We went right back in and it was exchanged no problem.

My whole family loves the Home Depot. We go there almost every other week for one thing or another. We always get greeted with a smile. Always get asked if we need help, if we do have to track someone down for help....even if its not their department, they will actually go with you and help you. Everyone is so friendly. Prices cant be beat. Returns are simple. No jumping through hoops. I wont shop at any other home improvement center than Home Depot 👍😊.... AWSOME ❣️

Surprised at the terrible quality of home goods they have here. I had to return two high dollar items because of extremely poor craftsmanship. When I called in and talked with Karen W (general home depot customer service, probably not at this store) she was absolutely terrible to talk to. When I mentioned the length of time I had to wait on hold, she told me that it was my choice to wait and I couldve just hung up. For real Karen! One of my worst shipping experiences to date. Ill not be buying anything from here again.

Love the plant section 😍 an many other areas in the store. Great place for home repairs or projects 😊. An all kinds of cleaning supplies.

I Love this Home Depot,I have moved to 3 states in the past 7 yrs,its like coming home! Got to know staff and always treated well by their staff! CLEAN bathrooms,and if u need help ask anyone and they will find what u need or,get someone who can quick as they can!I brought my great Dane there when puppy,they welcomed her then,they welcome her now! My dog feels comfortable there,thus she is at her Best while I shop! Its like she is showing off to your staff! Oh,I am a home Improvement contractor and Their RENTAL DEPT.,Is KNOWLEDGEABLE and eager to help u find the right tool for whatever job u made need!

Excellent sales associate help. All you have to do is ask in any department and they either know or quickly find the answer. Usually reasonably priced. Everything is laid out nicely and organized shelves always. Always has staff in looking distance for help. Polite and inviting. And to top it all off they are a pet friendly facility. So your leashed fur family can join for the trip. Always a pleasure going there

I was lied to about this frigerator they told me that I had to be home I had to cancel my vacation I canceled my vacation I came home I never received my frigerator I told them that I needed it because it was leaking now I have to replace my whole kitchen floor they told me that I was getting a $100 cash back if I kept the fridge or 75 gift card if I didnt which I didnt get also I was told that they use their own delivery company I was lied to about that it was a 3rd party company I talked to the manager Michael who said hes not going to entertain me then hung up the phone I am a disabled man This is how they treat disabled people they told me I was yelling and hung up the phone on me from corporate a woman named Tasha I dont get it I disabled I cant hear the fluctuations of my tone I explained it to her she still didnt care I am calling a lawyer for all the stress that they put me through plus Im calling the Better Business Bureau
