I came into this store to purchase flea spray for my home. I had my one year old with. As I approached the register, the cashier stated “Aw how little, how old, about a year?” I confirmed her age. At this point, the cashier questioned me on why my daughter had no shoes on. Quite frankly, none of her business but I explained why she did not have shoes on in the present moment. The cashier went on to belittle me further by stating “but its so cold, she should really have some shoes on”. Bro, this is tractor supply not parenting 101. Let me buy my flea stuff and move on. Judgement on my decisions as a parent weren’t needed. If I knew that would be included in my purchase I would’ve just went to a pet store. Let me add that my daughter was without shoes for a matter of 2 minutes, just enough time for her to cast judgement.

Just came to the sinking spring location. Wonderful customer service. From the second we walked in we were greeted immediately with friendly faces and employees who helped us find what we were looking for. Usually dont leave reviews but some of the nicest friendliest employees i have come across locally. Have a great day

Horrible experience and customer service! My husband went in for a riding tractor a while ago and was told it was on hold for a customer that was on their way... the tractor was still there days after. We just went in today for some things... we saw fire pits that were zip tied together. They were advertised as $59.99. We went to go pay for them... the lady at the register was rude. She told us that they were individually priced. She took my husband out and then came back in a said this is freakin ridiculous. Then preceded to call the manager and said that there is a customer that is arguing that if they are zip tied together they should be sold together... the manager said they are zip tied together so they dont fall on anyone (they were laying down) . That is false advertisement... the sign should say each or a piece. Will NEVER go back there for anything!

The customer service was great. I needed items to help with a rodent infestation while being closed for so long with no traffic. I needed assistance and was referred to Tractor Supply and rightfully so.I was treated respectfully and promptly. The cashier knew just what I needed and made great suggestions.

The staff at this location are always very friendly and very helpful. Online ordering and curbside/in-store pickup are very convenient options here.My family loves Tractor Supply Co. Their pet feed is highly rated and very affordable. We buy our waterproof work shoes for the family here. Like most products Tractor Supply Co. sells, they are comfortable, supportive, rugged, and durable.Recently, I experienced a problem with an order, and I contacted the company. Tractor Supply Co.s corporate customer service is fantastic! The customer service manager with whom I dealt heard my concerns, apologized for the problem, and offered more compensation for the inconvenience that I might have expected. Customer service members take correspondence with the customer seriously and solve problems efficiently and expediently, some much appreciated traits.You dont need to work in agriculture or have a large garden to shop at Tractor Supply Co. Their product lines are diverse and quality is high. If you have never looked at what they carry, its worth the time, and a positive customer experience is all but guaranteed.

Ive been coming to this place for a bit now. Cheyenne is one of the laziest workers Ive ever seen anywhere. Bought many chicks over the years and every time she was paged, she would come walking out of the back 10 mins later looking at her phone. Not to mention i was in there the other week and there were 6 people in line and 1 register going, she just walked to the back and didnt care. Ive observed her for a long time now and shes super lazy and should be fired. There is a positive thing going on though that ive seen in the last month or so.... Theres a new employee there and shes obviously from a management background and a hard worker as shes always doing something and smiling and staying busy, as a farmer, I notice hard work, Nicole I believe or something similar to that. I hope thats her name. So things are looking up.

When are businesses going to take this virus seriously? Cashier was wearing a mask but not properly. Most people breathe through their NOSE, so you need to cover mouth and nose. Also no evidence that shopping carts are sanitized before others use them.

Our cashier (Jaden I believe) was very nice and overall I had a fine experience but if you do not want customers entering the chicken pen you should HAVE A SIGN or LOCK THE PEN - however an employee here just decided to yelled at us with a lot of attitude and it was extremely rude. A simple “please leave” would have sufficed. Work on your customer service, thanks. Also, the bathroom was pretty gross but I’ve seen worse.

I actually met my cousin here, but she shops here all the time for her horse. She LOVES it!! She said theyre super nice, they know most customers by names, and this is where mist of her paycheck goes. 😀

I buy my dog food at this establishment. I was in two weeks ago and there were people with no masks on. I asked one of the workers shouldnt they be wearing masks? She started to berate me explaining that it was up to the individual if you want to wear one or not, that theres more viruses in a persons body that could possibly kill you then you even know about! And then I didnt know what I was talking about, and the governor has said nothing about masks. After being treated so rudely, I did find online the ruling by our governor here in PA. I was going to show it to her but I just let it go, for now. Im out of dog food and on my way back well see what happens today

What a cool assortment of products. Lots of gardening supplies, bird feeders, animal food, country decor, tools, clothing, and much more. I would guess its aimed at the homeowner or hobby farmer, rather than the professional large-scale farmer. But you can get all sorts of animal husbandry supplies. Things for cows, horses, pigs, goats, sheep, and also dogs, cats, rabbits, guinea pigs and exotic critters.

Great selection of diesel storage cans for my new John Deere 2025r. Also shopped for 3 point attachments. Nice store layout and great selection on pet food and livestock feed. Also found John Deere hats and shirts. Love this place. Front checkout person was very friendly.

Great prices and excellent service. I bought an edger on sale and there was a carb issue.. I was able to exchange it for another one without issue. Wonderful staff!

Good place to deal with. Bought an item online, had it shipped to the store for pickup. Unfortunately, the item was defective, but Tractor Supply has a no hassle return policy - and thats always a good thing.

They have an excellent selection of parts that you may not be able to find anywhere else. In addition my son loves going on the weekend when they have new foul there. Also the selection of birdseed my wife loves and it always a good place to go visit when shopping on the weekend

Always an enjoyable trip to TSC....lots to look at and deals to find. Best suet for the feeders. We will not purchase anywhere else. The woodpeckers are extremely happy!

I really like this place. I usually get my home supplies at home Depot and secondarily at Lowes. Well I was in the neighborhood and I stopped by to get some items and they were very friendly very helpful and reasonably priced. Its a little out of my way but I would go back there.

Great store for domestic and farm animal foods, clothing, & tools. Wish they offered either a senior citizen or military discount like their competition. If they did I would shop here more often instead of driving to Lowes.

Its Amazing !

Prices could be cheaper. Dog food could be better quality get rid of the bags with BHA .AND AND THAT START WITH CORN OR YELLOW CORN AS FIRST INGREDIENTS. dogs are important also .

The store is not bad, Its usually pretty empty. Prices are expensive unless something is on sale. Parking is good but the lot should be repaved too many holes and imperfections. Especially right in front of the store.

Most of the staff is very knowledgeable about the products they have within the store. Very pleasant and very clean.

Went there to get dog food and the shelf were empty,when I questioned an employee he call out back to the warehouse and told me there wasnt any in the warehouse and didnt know when they would be getting more. Very poor in my opinion and disappointed with TSC over all.

Absolutely dreadful service. The cashier wasnt even educated. She was leaning on the counter texting on her phone. I put my items down to pay and she said nothing to me. She rang me up and said 952. She gave me no eye contact so I was confused. I said, how much do I owe? She said 952. I assumed at this point she ment $9.52. I gave her a $20. She gets change and holds it out in her hand never giving eye contact or saying anything to me. I take the change and say thank you before walking away just to see if I get a response. I did! She said your welcome. Wow! I like the Lebanon store better. The Sinking Spring store is never busy and I understand why. Its just horrible there.
