The customer service I received at the Redlands Mattress Firm was exceptional! I went in with lots of questions on two different occasions and both Drew and Aaron both took the time to explain the differences with the mattresses I was considering and helped me with selecting the mattress that was best for my needs. I highly recommend this store, you will not be disappointed.

My husband and I have both never bought a mattress before so we had a lot of questions and wanted to be very thorough in which one we chose since it is a bit commitment. West was very patient with us and helped us find exactly what we needed without pushing us at all to spend more than we wanted! It was a very pleasant experience and if possible, have West help you out! He is very knowledgeable about the products and what is necessary for good sleep!

We tried to get a mattress here with Progressive Leasing. They would not take a cash deposit and would not take a prepaid card deposit for the mattress so now we have to wait. The customer service has been great but Im not real happy with the whole leasing experience or whatever you want to call it. I think its ridiculous that you cant take cash or a prepaid card I specifically went and put money on my prepaid card because my account didnt have it in there and then you guys wouldnt take it. I might be back to get it come the first

Both of the guys working yesterday were amazing they were both very helpful. I have already referred you guys to all of my friends and family since. We went shopping for brand new beds for the whole family. We took our 3 young kids and were in the store for about 3 plus hours. We talked with sales associate named Andrew Cannioto. If you go to Mattress firm in Redlands, make sure you ask for him!!!! He was very knowledgeable about the different mattresses and answered all our million questions. He was very patient and gave us our space to try out different beds without hovering. He wasnt your usual pushy sales man. He asked us what we were looking for and asked for out input before showing us beds. He was very clear when doing paperwork and we didnt feel that he was trying to get us in and out. He let us take our time. We were planning on looking around but ended up leaving Mattress firm with 5 new mattresses, box springs,pillows,frames,upgraded to the remote control where we can elevate our head and feet and even got the 10 year warranty. He was very personable and we felt he had our best interest at heart. All I know is that someone needs to give him a raise for his excellent customer service!!We are very happy with our purchase!!

I have never been to buy a new mattress before. I started out my day with a mattress firm in Beaumont that was not a good experience. I thought I would try one more time with the mattress firm close to my work. This is where I met Lisa and her team. So …. I am definitely the kind of person that does research when making a big purchase. Your bed is important. My husband and I are both first responders, so sleep is a must. We checked out three stores, and ended up being stuck between a beautiful Beautyrest hybrid black plush, and a sleep number bed. Going back and forth we needed to feel good about our purchase.There was a $2,500 differential! We ended up going back to each store and seeing the beds themselves again. We met with Aaron and the next visit with Elle. I expressed my concerns and differences between my two choices . I never felt pressured or weird about being forthcoming about my predicament, as they could see it’s a big purchase . The customer service here is so awesome, they are so educated in their products and made so many suggestions in order to match what I was looking for. The only thing was the ability to adjust firmness and softness of the mattress itself, but all of the other amenities of the base were met and I felt really good about it. Went home spoke to my hubby and we decided to go back and purchase from them the next day. Elle made an excellent point . When off duty we wanted our bed to just be that, a bed . And we didn’t have the lifestyle or patience to deal with anything too mechanical or with maintenance . We were so appreciative of the time spent walking around the store with us, answering my millions of questions 😂and in this helped make our decision. The 4 month ability to return if needed also was a comfort. When your selling quality, your not as worried about it. She went into overdrive to get us exactly what we wanted at the absolute best price and that was in stock with a very good delivery time. We could NOT have asked for or received better treatment from a salesperson. Excellent customer service from a salesperson whose goal was to satisfy the customer first rather than just to make a sale. I called And spoke with Zayde (hope I spelled That right) at the store on Alabama st. In Redlands, before we came down to the store and from the moment we talked I knew He wanted to help us— he was excited to help! We arrived and he remembered our phone call and we quickly got started looking at beds. He used this cool little sleep assessment to figure out which beds he thought would fit our needs and he was spot on! He had a super fun personality and matched our energy, which made the process really nice! He shared our sense of humor and showed us exceptional customer service.One thing we really liked about him was that he was transparent with us that he was newer to the store and wasn’t afraid to let us see him ask questions so we knew he was getting the correct answers when needed. When I walked in the Mattress Firm I was pleasantly greeted by Zayd !! He greeted me with a smile and he was super confident in what he was telling me, the questions that he asked were super detailed so that way I could answer them appropriately. And even with being a little bit indecisive and not knowing anything of what I really wanted at the time, he was great with figuring it out and helping me pick out the best mattress!! I told him in advance that I wasn’t gonna leave with one today but I am moving so I am going to need one within the next couple of weeks and I definitely will be going back to him because he was awesome with the way he handled me, the way that he assisted me and just allowed me to get comfortable was really reassuring!! Zayd didn’t make me feel like I was A nuisance because I didn’t know what I wanted he just kept reassuring me that this is what he’s here for and he’s going to help me and he really did!!! This store was quite nice and cool inside. The employees were very friendly and courteous and easy to talk with. The hole process was smooth as corn starch to your skin. Fully explained about the choices of payment, and then I had to wait till the 18th of this month to get our full size mattress and two pillows as we live on the mtn. in city of Crestline, and they are only able to come to our house on sundays, but no charge to deliver. Fantastic!! I love that store and will spread the word. D
