We were just looking when we entered the Redlands store. We met Chris Benson, Manager, and he was very informative, patient and put no pressure behind his demonstration. After about 90 minutes of questions and answers, we ended up buying the p5 Flex Fit2 model. We can hardly wait to get our new bed and tell our friends about it.

It was a pleasant shopping experience. Our sales guy Jose, wasnt all like, well a sales guy! He was honest & transparent. I personally get uncomfortable with pushy sales employees. So thank you Jose! :) And we did end up investing in a sleep number bed, cant wait to start having actual SLEEP nights!!

The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable. My only major complaint was that I was NOT informed that the loan to purchase the bed with Synchrony Bank was a credit card and not a bank loan until a credit card arrived at my home. When I called Synchrony Bank, I was informed the APR is 29.9% and late fees are $27. I should have been informed upfront of these facts. I would have purchased it on my Amex. I was told by the store that the promotional was 48 months for 0%.

As a returning customer I was able to call and make my selection over the phone the night before I showed up to pay for my purchase. The store is clean, displays are neat and the sales people are knowledgeable, professional and friendly. I would recommend this store.

First and foremost upon entering the store we were gently greeted by Sean. Sean was kind and answered all of our questions and concerns as well. There was no pressure to purchase at all, it is not commissioned driven.We spent all the time we needed, he took us thru all the variances, was honest and straightforward. My wife and I both have post surgeries on our spines, we needed quality and felt this is our best chance.Looking forward.

I have a lot of anxiety shopping for furniture because I don’t like to be followed or pushed into a sale or into buying things I don’t need.. we had just came from another furniture store where that situation happened... Sleep number was our second stop.. Jose was wonderful! He instantly made us feel comfortable. He was knowledgeable and patient and at no point did I feel any pressure. We came back specifically to buy our bed from Jose and we will definitely be telling our friends and family to come back and see him. He is amazing at what he does! We are looking forward to our new bed!

Sale men the best, love your store in May book greats

I got ripped off about $800 by employee Jose. Was told I had 30 days to return my sheets if I didnt like them and it turns out they only let you exchange them. Cannot get my money back. Sheets are only 300 thread count for about $250 when I can get them for over 1000 count for way less than that price. They do not explain this clearly at the store. These guys work like car sales men. Over priced for the quality and no returns. If you buy a bed, get your bedding from another store as they will let you return the items if your not happy with them. Shame on you Sleep number.

We purchased a sleep number bed 9 years ago and loved it. Shopping for a new bed and Sean Box at the Redlands store went above and beyond to help us. We learned so much more about the beds and bedding. Our shopping experiences was a 10+.

(Great to have high tech bed with adjustment but for a price of a cheap Honda Civic you are really just getting an air bed with a bed topper and a smart air pump)Helpful sells person that help us find our sleep number on this high tech bed in the store with pressure sensors and a pressure display as the sells adjust the bed for you to find the correct stiffness for you. With all this fancy tech you will start to feel the inpuse buy coming as the sells keep talking about how their bed is the most high hightech bed and even have an app that can control the bed from your phone. I will admitted it I was wow by their sells pitch and all the techs that this bed has but and the big but is the price. It is like a new Honda civic expensive. Of course you can do payments but really do you want a air bed was a smart pump and an air bed topper rather then a new car? The possibility of adjustment is great but really I dont think I need the adjustment, just need the best stiffness for me and that is it. We end up using the data of how stiff we should have our bed and buying a king size traditional spring mattress at that stiffness for under $500 shipped from Amazon and it feels as awsome as when we were at the store. Well but wont be as kool to show your friends or family since it wont be adjustable lolz

Night staff needs to wake up, guy screwed up our purchase, we had to come back the next day to correct it and he played it off like it was my error.
