Greetings were great! Friendly and welcoming even though sign on door states appointment for service is needed. Just needed air in my tires and I was helped immediately with no hesitation. Loved it!

The shop does good work...if you can get in. They need to learn how to make and hold proper appointments and how to handle the customer service related to appointments. I had an appointment, showed up 10 minutes early, just to have the counter guy tell me we can get it in, in about 2 hours. 2 hours?? After my appointment time? People make appointments because it works with their schedule. I would only suggest this place if youre doing a walk-in and have a dire need for service; otherwise take your car elsewhere. I will definitely not be returning, nor suggesting them to friends, family, or colleagues anymore.Piece of advice for the store manager/owner - when you have appointments and people walk-in, you have to tell the walk-ins to wait until the appointments are done. Also, if your shop takes too many walk-ins, you need to have someone call your upcoming appointments to let them know youll be a couple hours behind, so the customer has time to decide if it works with their schedule. Thats proper customer service and appointment procedure.

The front driver side wheel my car was stolen, so I called around the local junkyards and found a replacement wheel and another tire in good condition. Took it to Firestone. They inspected the tire, mounted the tire on the wheel, balanced it, and then installed it on my car, on very short notice, as I had an emergency obligation in LA. The price was very reasonable. You Rock Fire Stone!

She was awesome and helped me out with three cars on a Sunday though I didnt have an appointment for any of them. They kept my car for over two days for brakes. I called in on the third morning and they repeatedly would not answer my call. I went in and called from the lobby and watched them check the phone and not answer. I picked up my car without them completing the job and took it down the street for almost half the price.

Would not recommend taking your vehicle here... $1500 worth of work done and problems still exist the young lady who waited on me when I dropped my car off assured me that for $999.00 there would be a complete diagnostic done on my car and it covered certain areas of my car as well this is not true I had to drop my car off again for a second time any issues with still not taken care of for $1,500 the alignment should not pull to the right for $1,500 the right quarter panel should not be rattling

Had to get new tires for my 2006 Outback XT, stopped by three different places and no one had my tires and I didnt feel like driving another hour to my main tire place. Im a mechanic by trade but I dont like doing alignments without a machine so I had them also do an alignment and bought the lifetime alignment, my suspension is all custom, KYB shocks on Rallitek springs with a 2 lift and fully adjustable Godspeed arms all the way around in the rear. They did a fantastic job, my Outback rides straight as an arrow and no more ghost walking or shimmy because of a bad alignment when hitting dips and bumps.I had taken my Outback to Ginos Tires where I live and they could not get my alignment right and refused to refund me the $140 it cost, they left it in a dangerous state, when I got my car up on my rack at work Ginos left multiple arms completely loose in the rear and it still never drove right. Firestone did an amazing job getting the alignment just right.It was a bit expensive but worth every penny. My Outback has never driven so well. Love those guys.

Made an online appointment to have my ac looked at since were experiencing a heat wave and my ac wasnt working. Drove about 20 miles, arrived on time, just to have them tell me that the ac repair guy was working on his last ac and to make an appt earlier. Why would I be allowed to make an appt online for that service at that time with a confirmation if Im unable to have it looked at? Needless to say, my gas, time, and efforts were wasted. And this was weeks after I went in to make an appt, to have them call me and tell me that due to covid, they were closing the rest of the month. I didnt receive a phone call or email letting me know they reopened and can reschedule my appt. Im very upset with this place. I dont recommend taking your car here.

Every time I come in, the salesmen are courteous and helpful. I dont ever feel that they are trying to sell me something that I dont need. They have always been straight forward with me and explaining what was needed at the time and what was recommended based upon mileage. From the moment I walked in till my appointment was over, I was completely satisfied. Great customer service and were able to schedule an appointment for me the next morning. Replaced my wheels and tires with new ones I brought in, cleaned the rear brakes and aligned the tires. Prices are doable, not cheap, but worth it for the expertise and labor. The installation took about 1,5 hours. I would recommend this Firestone location to anyone. A big thanks to Jairo for installing and servicing my car.

A shop that not only do you feel like you’re not being taken advantage of in but you can be confident that you are not.I have been to a handful of shops in the Inland Empire and the last one after many attempts could not correct my issues not correctly install or diagnose my issue after I had pointed it out to their mechanics many times.This was a last ditch effort to correct these issues and after 3 hours my alignment (claimed to be unable to be corrected by the previous shop) was corrected, my steering centered (also deemed impossible), and my worn CV-Shafts (deemed “fine”) replaced.Firestone Complete Auto Care in Redlands now has my business as well as the business of those I will send there.

I was a walk-in today - a Friday afternoon. I was met with smile and friendly attitude by Alex. He was very professional and gave me timeline for my requested repair - replacement of a bulb in one of my headlights. I agreed to return in 2 hours. Unfortunately, the bulb replacement didnt fix my cars problem. I received a phone call with the news and was given a recommendation for a local automotive electrical specialist. To my surprise, they refused to charge me for their work. Wow! Great experience! Thank Alex and Ruben!

I scheduled an appointment, went in to get two new tires and a break light changed, and after sitting around for 2 and a half hours I went to the front desk to ask for an update on my car. They said that my tires were fine (theyre not) and that I need to see an electrician for my break light. Essentially they decided they didnt want to work on my car so they let me sit around for 2 and a half hours while they did nothing. Terrible service. I recommend any other car maintenance shop besides this one.

I was driving to work on the 15 freeway while it was raining today and I realized I really needed some new tires. I was approved for fire stones financing so I decided to head down to the Redlands location to get some new tires put on. When I showed up they were about to close and they already had a couple of cars in the shop to take care of. I was pretty disappointed and mentioned to them the fact that I lived 55 miles north on the 15 freeway and that I would have to drive on bald tires back home in the rain tonight. Immediately Danielle in the front contacted her service manager and 30 seconds later they were asking for my keys and not even a minute later my car was in the shop ready to be worked on. I picked out my tires for a excellent price and awesome warranty. They had my car back out in less than 40 minutes. They said they would not want me to be driving up the hill in harsh weather like that and I thought that was so awesome of them. Their service is so superior I will never get my tires from another shop again they just made a loyal customer. Most businesses would care less about my personal situation but they really seemed to care and for that I am writing this review. Thank you guys once again.

I have been bringing my car to the Firestone in Redlands for a few years now. Every time I come in the people are so friendly and very helpful. I set an appointment to bring my car in at 2pm for a basic oil change. I did come in a little late due to rain but it was only 10 minutes. When I walked in there were 3 other people in the waiting area. The gentleman at the desk said as soon as a rack opens up theyd start on my car. It was around 2:20pm, only 10 minutes later, that he called a man over saying his vehicle was ready. I was with my brother and at 2:45 we got bored and walked around outside for about 10 or 15 minutes. When we walked back my car was still in the parking spot despite 3 racks not being used in the garage. Im not the kind of person who complains so I kept my frustrations to myself and told my brother if my car wasnt being worked on soon we would leave because we had other errands to run. At 3:25, 1 hour and 25 minutes after my scheduled appointment, I approached the gentleman and he told me he was sorry about the wait and that some of the employees were on their lunch break. I politely told him we had to go and I would reschedule. I took my car to a different shop and was in and out in 20 minutes. My biggest issue was not that my car was not worked even though I had an appointment but the lack of communication. If he would have just told me was going on I would have been a lot less upset. I was confused on how an appointment was made if that was the time employees were suppose to take lunch.This is the first time this has happened to me at this location and I will give Redlands Firestone another chance but hopefully improvements are made with the communication to the customers.

I left my car to have a new tire mounted and balanced. I had a blowout on the 10 fwy. The tire,mounting,balancing and even the 21/2 hour projected wait were ok. I was glad to be off the freeway so ok.I locked my car. Gave keys to the clerk. Asked if car was ok cause I had?valuables inside. Its fine we will take good care of it. I get a call an hour and half later car is ready. Great. I proceed back to their shop. Upon arrival I see my car parked in front of driveway exit. Just the other side of sidewalk. With the front windows rolled down. I immediately check for my JBL Boom Box ($499). Fortunately it was there.I proceeded inside expressed my dissatisfaction. Got my keys and left. No apology or anything from them.

More of a 3.5 than a 4. They do great work, but the wait time can seem a little excessive. If you can, drop your car off. Expect anything that comes with a corporate mechanic. Good for anything tires, but if its engine try another place for a 2nd opinion.

These are very good people! Today my car showed low coolant warning. I drove to their car shop and intended to ask if they would have coolant for my car model and would add for me. A Tech whose name was Christophercame up and lifted my hood and checked the type of coolant needed. Then he went inside and got the right type of coolant and filled the coolant tank for me. I asked him how much I owe him; and he simply said no, you dont owe anything. Smiling, he left.Another time, my engine oil was low, another tech top off the engine oil and did not want to take the money.These are good people, good tech. I will always bring our cars to their shop. Thank you, Firestone Tire Redlands!!!

The staff immediately came out to see the car, got on the phone to get a new tire and installed it immediately. They estimated 2 hour work. They finished in about 1.5 hours. All at a great price. My father in law asked why it was so cheap.

In the event that there is an error, they are honest and make the problem right. I went here to get the lifetime alignment. When all the work was done and I paid them and got my keys I opened my door and it made a loud pop sound. I immediately went back inside and asked the customer service representative what happened to my door. He lied to my face and tried to convince me that my door was damaged prior to getting the work done. I was livid. These people damaged my vehicle and tried to pawn off their fiction to me. This is absolutely unacceptable behavior and completely unprofessional. Luckily it was an easy fix once I got home. One of the technicians must have leaned too hard or put too much pressure on the front fender causing it to not line up correctly with the door. I was able to reach my hand on the inside of the wheel well and line it up properly. No permanent damage was done to the vehicle, thank God. Im still deciding if Im going to go out of my way to report my experience to the bureau of automotive repair. More than likely I will, as I am still disgusted with how I was treated today. DONT TRUST THIS PLACE! Unless you plan to look over the technicians shoulders the whole time as they work, TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!

Ive been here twice and both times were horrible. I wont be going back. Each time i brought my work vehicle here to replace tires and each time i allowed more time than they asked for to get the job done and each time they were not even close to being ready. I recently even left it over night and they said it would be ready the next day at a certain time and yet again i give them more than the time asked and this time it wasnt even touched. WILL NEVER GO TO THIS FIRESTONE AGAIN - AVOID!!I have been using Firestone Auto for years (in both many different states and cities). This is by far the worst run Firestone that I have ever been to. The male at the front desk was rude and disrespectful to my girlfriend that was dropping off my car. It was being taken in for a basic tire balancing (the alignment and tire rotation was just done less than a week prior at another Firestone) so I knew what the problem was. An appointment was made and approved for a noon drop off and for the car to be waited on. They close at 6pm and the car simply needed to be done by then. If they could not do that, then the appointment should not have been approved. After dropping off the car and walking to go get some coffee, they decided to call and tell us that it was not going to be able to be completed by closing time. Therefore we had to take a lyft - 4 times in total (over $30 additional dollars) due to the car not being able to be balance in a 6 hour time frame. Then the employee had the nerve to say that it was poor time management on our part. The next day we never got a call or anything stating that the car was completed. Needless to say avoid this store, especially if you are a women.

I left my car here for a simple fan replacement job. When I came back they insisted there was a problem with my engine. When I asked for an explanation, the manager got defensive, agitated and rude. I had left my car here in perfect working condition with no check engine light on. Ever-since the engine has been noisy and my fuel efficiency is down by 20%. I took it back to the dealer where I had my car serviced just a week prior to taking it to the Firestone. They dealer looked at his records and indicated there was no such issue when they serviced it and that it had likely been tinkered with since. I can only assume at this point that it was at this Firestone, since there was no engine noise when I left the car there. I dont trust these guys anymore and will never take my car near here or any Firestone for that matter. Very unprofessional.

Went there because I had a free oil change coupon from a school fundraiser booklet, and was very happy with the service and timeframe. They offered other services when I was done but they didnt sell hard, and offered to honor their sale price indefinitely on the tires they proposed. From past experience, they tend to be very generous with donations of services for local school fundraisers, so give them some consideration if only for that reason!

Been buying tires from these guys for a few years. Have had the wheel alignment package also. Have been in 4 times trying to get the alignment correct on my Sequoia, still pulls to the right, wearing out the front right tire. Kept going in trying to get them to fix it. They simply want to rotate the tires now to hide the wear. They say its natural for a car to pull to the right due to road camber. Sure, if I drive it on an empty street on the left side of the road and it still pulls to the right, then you havent solved the issue. Now finally had enough and going elsewhere. Firestone, you have forever lost my business. Thats three cars I bring to you.

My wife went in with a nail in tire. They said was to close to sidewall to repair but they had an exact replacement. She gets home and I see its firestone tire not a dunlop like she has. If that it an Exact replacement, then I guess the meaning of exact, really isnt exact. Very disappointing! Cant trust ppl now days. My fault for not taking to dealer. Chris is a great manager and has taken care of my Xterra, ranger and Infiniti. I get all my alignments, steering issues fixed with them. For Redlands residents I highly recommend this firestone. Just drop off and pick up after work. Lifetime alignment is highly recommended too. I weekend warrior mechanic my vehicles but alignment issues require specialized equipment you just cant do with a common tool box. Great customer service and excellent manager. Highly recommended. P.S. Ive had issues with other firestone outlets but this one is a great business and well run. Lucked out finding them.

This place is always busy and they have horrible customer service. I went in one day to get new tires, that they didnt have in stock. So they said they ordered the tire for me and set up an appointment. I went in for my appointment and they looked at me like I was stupid for coming in when they didnt have the tire. So we set up another appointment and of course they were busy. At the end of it all my car was done for 45 min before I was called to get my paperwork. I had already been there for 4 hours with an appointment. Then when I complained about this they just told me it happens. #+_*!

I took in two aerostar vans sone time back for alignment after completely rebuilding the front ends (steering rack, tire rods, upper and lower bushings etc). I held off on a review but was reading about another persons problem where they were told the wear was normal and felt I should speak up.I had to take one van back twice for them to get it right. The other was a bad alignment and I gave up on them after they insisted it was toe and I allowed them to adjust it even though I explained to them the issue was camber and how to correct the problem.My new tires continued to wear quicklyThe people are nice but I really needed a tech who could do more than adjust by the color on the screen -- Someone who understands the geometry of a front end. Since they are polite I gave them 2 stars instead of 1I have not done business with them since.I am considering Redlands Ford or Pruitts for an alignment​ on an Escape.

This place took thousands of dollars from me and didn’t even fix my car but gave it back to me worse then it was. I will never ever return to this place nor refer them to anyone. Now I took my car to a different place to fix what Firestone said they fixed. So disappointed.

They were able to schedule me an appt to check the brakes on my new, used car for no charge, however some unseen circumstances came up and I cant make the appt. I tried to call to advise but there is no way to leave a message, phone just rings after hours.
