Stopped into this place for a small exhaust job on a ford ranger. Got in right away, 2 workers jumped right in it even though they had every bay with a car on the rack and they were done in an hour. Price was also best in town. About a third of what Midas quoted me so if you need anything exhaust, dont waste your time going elsewhere. No wonder this place is reviewed so highly. Recommended to all.

Awesome! Had the muffler I wanted in stock were everywhere else said they needed to order it (and charge me more because they needed to order it). Was able to have it installed super quick and within the same afternoon I called!

I came in on 5/3/21 at 11am, after a bad experience at Meinike Muffler Shop in Banning CA. And they got me in and out in less than one hour. I had them install a stock muffler on my 2003 350z, and he was very knowledgeable on how to weld the pipes and make things fit. After he quoted 100, he said it would just be 80. Wow! What an honest place, since I had already agreed to 100 beforehand.

I had someone steel my cat on my truck. Redlands muffler is a great place that does a good job. It is a bit over price but this is California.I had the Truck at Marks University auto repair and I though it was going to be a large bill. They were very honest and were done in an hour. I drove the truck down Colton Ave. and it sounded like a tank. It is a V10. I thought it might be a day or 2. I forgot to get a photo for the police report. I went town to take one 2 hour later and the job was done. Great service. I had one put on in Indiana on the same kind of Ford truck. It was $300 less and that was last year. They are honest and polite. All business.

What I personally look for is professionalism, pleasant service, and honesty. Luckily for me, I found all 3 here.Came to install Flowmaster Muffler (first time modifying any car). Robert was kind enough to stop what he was doing each time I came by with beginners questions, provided excellent education and tips. When I finally got my parts, I came to the shop. I wanted the mufflers to be done on a Friday so I can test them out during weekend (shop is closed then). They made this happen & definitely won my reoccurring business as well as a referral should anyone ask.

Came in to get on new muffler was help right away. The job was quick and professionally done very satisfied with the end result.

I needed a quick weld done on an exhaust hanger on a muffler and the guy interrupted what he was working on and just did it on the spot while I waited. I was quoted a set cost and timeframe by an elderly man, which assume was the owner, before any work was done. As soon as I got the car on the rack, I was told that it would be longer than the time I was promised. I had to pick up my child, so this was brought to his attention, he then grabbed another employee to work on my vehicle. After the work was done, I was told the cost would be more than double the amount quoted, to which I protested and ended up paying $20 over the quoted amount. The younger of the 2 employees was very polite and helpful, the one that worked on my vehicle didnt say a word to me and seemed like he didnt want to be there. I definitely will go somewhere else next time that wants and appreciates my business.

First off, i try and do all the work on my xterra myself but replacing my catalytic converter was too much of a pain to slide around under and wrench ancient welded on bolts. Called Redlands muffler kevin gave me an awesome estimate and Robert lifted the car took everything apart and put it back together, while answering phones and handling business like a champ. Robert was a great guy and solved all the oh @#$% parts like a pro. I was out i n 45 min flat. These guys are my go to from now on. Big thanks guys! Such great service that same day I had them throw on my slotted/drilled rotors. They had it done in no time

Dropped off my 92 Ford F-150 to repair a crack in exhaust pipe(which was previously repaired by other muffler shops) The following day I went to pick up my truck and the repair man said he didnt get a chance to work on it. Inconvenienced, I went back to pick up the truck the next day and the crack was repaired. When I got home to inspect repair, the repair had Extreme quality welds. Very clean! Definitety recommend this shop. I dont mind waiting on repairs if done correctly.

Went here to have my stock exhaust welded and was told it was tin, when in fact its stainless. Sounds like they just didnt want to help me. Would not recommend.
