Greg the manager is beyond rude and I’m not sure how he even has a job with his arrogant attitude. Greg has no manners and doesn’t even know anything regarding pricing. Says he’s gonna check but does not. He also spend 45min in the back just to check if they had a specific phone color. I know it does not take that long to check and then he comes outside with a more arrogant attitude.

Kendall was most helpful with restoring my cell service with the iPhone 13, and helped me with restoring the phone after the issues I encountered after trying to retrieve all my info from my old phone. Diary was also very sweet when she greeted me and I immediately felt at ease as soon as I stepped foot in this particular ATT branch. I’ll continue coming here for any concerns with regard to the account or upgrading to new phones.

After going for the 3rd time, to find out how to credit any monies back to credit card. They said could do that over the phone. Spoke with a young man from Dallas, Texas. Very helpful and understanding.

The employees were great! So helpful and knowledgeable about all the platforms I inquired about. You can tell the manager runs a good store and has trained their employees well. Definitely going back with all my AT&T and DirecTv needs!

Helpful advisor, friendly, interactive and engaging in conversation and asking about what I did and uses of my apple product. He made it a very nice experience. Would return and do business with this office and my sales associate again.

Tony & Jesse we’re both great! I had been dealing with trying to transfer everything to a new account and they were able to clear it up. So thankful they were able to help me out after this major headache. Definitely recommend coming to them for any needs you have. They were super friendly too!

I’m always dreading going into this AT&T store because many times I have not had a good experience with what I need or with their customer service in the past. Today I went in to finally upgrade my iPhone I’ve had forever and Danny was my my representative and he was so patient, helpful and answered alllll my questions. He offered me all the promotions and deals I was eligible for and didn’t seem irritated or in a rush to get me out! Highly recommend coming to this location and asking to be helped by Danny ! He was awesome !

Took my mom here to replace her broken phone. Mom had a retired plan. The woman that assisted us was really helpful. She ran the numbers to show us what the cost increase will be because you cant purchase a new phone and keep a retired plan. The difference was staggering but the woman suggested we just buy an unlocked phone so mom could keep her retired plan. Great suggestion! Appreciated her helping my mom and not trying to talk her into spending more money. Mom is on a fixed income and doesnt need the $700 phone. Went to Best Buy, got an unlocked phone for less than $200 which has a big screen, nice camera, and good resolution. Mom is very happy now.

Greg and Jose in Redlands are the best ever! They resolved a problem that was unsolvable by Att and their insurance carrier, Asurion. I cannot stress enough how much they did for me. Their customer service skills are top notch. They did what needed to be done to keep a 30+ year customer.

This was a quick drop in at a convenient AA+T store.The staff sold me and installed an Otter Box in less than five minutes. This is why this store is my favorite plan for cell service.

I had a bad experience trying to get a new SIM CARD while in Beaumont store as instructed by AT&T customer service reps. Problems I was having were due to needing my SIM CARD replaced. After visiting Beaumont store I drove to Redlands store & was helped RIGHT AWAY. I appreciate their assistance & help and will take my business there in the future

I went into AT&T today to upgrade my phone and Tony helped me out. He was so patient with me and my cousin. Mr. Ihap was extremely helpful durning our phone upgrade process today. He was able to provide me with an affordable new plan that was cheaper than my original plan. He also took the time to transfer all my information from my old old to me new phone. His customer service was exceptional! Next time I do another upgrade, it will be with him!
