The guy helping me today at the store was so intelligent and knowledgeable. Wish every place had employees like him. I was just at at&t and they were tired and had no knowledge of their plans. T-Mobile hired the right person.

This is the branch that has been the most helpful weve come to my emergency needs is being able to have a phone and whenever I needed one. They work with you to the best of your needs and what youre able to afford and even bring to your attention any promotional or helpful deals that might help with the budget that best fits you

Went in for T-Mobile Tuesday and let me say normally they just hand me the item and leave but no this associate was so kind and talked with my daughter and was just over all amazing telling me about deal they have but not once did she pressure me to upgrade. I believe her name was Sandra. She priced my phone for a trade in and showed me the new phones and explained some of the deals. I am waiting for pay day so I can go back and get an upgrade :) if you want to be treated with respect and really appreciate it as a customer come here! My favorite store in Redlands

Slow customer service when its not even pack. Four representatives working only 1 customer they were helping took 10 min fir them to help me out. All that time and didnt resolve my problem.

Great and friendly service when I visited the store this morning. Stop by to get a little tech support with my new 1 + 8 cell phone. Ramina was extremely professional and kind when showing me how to use a couple of the features on my new phone. I appreciate the caliber at service Ramina gave me.T-Mobile offers great wireless service.

Literally have been sitting here for an hour and they just keep asking other people what they need then helping them when they specifically said I was after 2 people which one had left and one finished yet two or three people AFTER I had arrived AFTERRR I had already been sitting down and waiting had JUST walked in yet I’m waiting an hour for them to help people who got to wait a few minutes while I wait while what I need is so simple.

This store is so cool! They are located in the historic Deming Building in Downtown Redlands. It says right outside that it was built in 1914! The staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable! Inside the store is clean and well organized. I was greeted warmly when I came inside and I was helped in a timely manner. The employee who helped me answered all my questions and was even able to transfer all of my information from my old phone to my new one! I would definitely recommend this T-Mobile to my family and friends.

I went to other t mobiles to see who has what to offer. Came here and spoke with a lady inside about switching carriers. She was very unhelpful as if she did not want to help at all. She gave me a quote when asked to see it on paper or anywhere she said there is nothing! What do they pull numbers out of thin air? Dont know if I am wrong but do they charge customers extra and keep the profit themselves? Anyways thats the last of that place

In the world of complaining people Id would have to say without a shadow of a doubt, Maria is what every company owner wants to hire! Upmost professional, helpful, passionate about her job! Its been years since Ive seen services like this, if she isnt a manager yet at T-MOBILE then they need to pay close attention to her and her ability to handle things with pure professionalism. Im not only happy I was able to have her help me with my issues with my account,but she also gave me hope for the younger generation and their abilities to be a meaningful part of life. This store always busy, sometimes I get greeted some time we dont. Ive noticed that their are alot more people in the back talking. I asked them for help-they said if I didnt buy it from there store, we cant help you. I really dont go there unless its my last resort.

December 5th at 7:30pm my husband bought me a phone within the same hour we went back to exchange it and both the manager and worker refused do to so. The young man who was working was terribly rude and when I said I have been a customer for years and would take my family plan else where he shrugged his shoulders. I was so disappointed in his attitude and if I decide to stay with this company I will never shop this location again. However im thinthin of switching to Verizon.

Poor serviceI switched to t-mobile 8 months ago, they told me that i can pay the T-Mobile the money i owed to Verizon, there going to pay what i owed to Verizon, and there going to stopped the billing and they will send me a giftcard of $300. And now Im recieving $900 bill from verizon, just cause T-Mobile forgot to stop my billing and they didnt paid the money i owned to Verizon.And now T-Mobile wants me to pay the rest of the amount.

I know that this is more of a problem by T Mobile as a whole but the consequence needs to end somewhere. I purchased the new galaxy S8 on preorder on April 11 th in the T-Mobile store. On April 21st I still had not received the phone. I called T-Mobile and was told that my order was cancelled. When I asked why, they reported an error in an email confirmation occurred. The representative recommended that I just go to a store and pick one up. When I asked about the preorder package deal I was told that no because I was getting the phone after release I couldnt get that offer. She said maybe the store manager could work something out.So going to this T-Mobile store with the issue (it being the same store I did the preorder) they tried to call Samsung to request the deal be honored since I did purchase the preorder but after being on hold with me standing around watching them work and eventually close the store no answer was given. I was told they would try again but couldnt promise anything.This is so infuriating and poorly handled I decided to at least write a review. If this does not get resolved I will switch to Verizon sprint or even AT&T. I have to recommend against using T-Mobile for more than just this but this one takes the cake.

Do not come to this store if you want patience or to be treated with respect all the girls have bad attitudes, the manager Steve is very rude, I am glad I am writing this because the person that wrote the last review is the rude manager I had to encounter stay aways from this store . they lie on review and just tell you to call customer service instead of doing there job.
