Employees are left over Sprint employees. They have little to no knowledge of TMobile, their services or the amazing way TMobile interact with the public. They need training quick.

Started out a little rough but got the help I needed and ended the day on a really good note. This guy David Gonzales took the time to help me out and actually look at the part info I was showing from my phone and looked up if they had it which made the whole experience much better and worth it saving me the trip and time looking for what I need. Thanks man!
Sprint store (now T-Mobile) was great. The guys are easy-going and they helped me out with my phone upgrade. I rarely give five stars but I feel like they earned it (and Im not just saying this because they were easy on the eyes 😍) they were really focused and knew what they were doing. They got every possible discount they could find and they just really helped. The only girl that didnt help was their colgué. I dont know her name but there is one female associate with blond, wavy, hair that just doesnt want to work... and it shows. Still, sprint guys, keep it up!
I brought my phone in to be repaired on November 18. I got it back yesterday (December 28).In short...NOBODY EVER CALLED ME TO GIVE ME THE STATUS OF MY PHONE AFTER FIVE WEEKS. I was the only one who called. I never got a text, voicemail or email. The only communication I got was the receipt for the loaner phone, the receipt for the repair and a confirmation that the phone was sent in for repair, all via email.Also...NO EMPLOYEE THERE KNOWS WHAT ANOTHER EMPLOYEE OR ANOTHER DEPARTMENT IS DOING THERE. I was told so many different things regarding my phone: Im getting a Galaxy S10 as a replacement, I get a choice between an S10 or a V60, there were no V60s in stock, I can pick up my new phone and bring the loaner back on another day, I cant do that and have to bring the loaner in first, etc.Will this cause me from dropping T-Mobile/Sprint? Of course not. But next time, Ill definitely have second thoughts about leaving my phone with a bunch of 20-somethings and expect to get a straight answer let alone have anyone there take the initiative to give me some kind of update.
Super awesome service, the process was done over the phone quality. I am amazed by the whole team which made ordering service quick and easy. My telephone representative AJ was very helpful and informative. Thank you sprint for investing in me consistently and in my time of need. Back in the game baby time to reclaim the Thorne.

The Sprint store is primarily set up to cell phones, whereas, the Apple store will set up, modify, & teach you how to use their products. Today I was helped by a young man who went out of his way to help, which was greatly appreciated & seemingly not the norm. Ive been with Sprint for a long time & will probably continue as a customer, as long with my spouse & brother, whose service I pay for.
Very up front honest service. I learned they are there to sell in store devices any service plan changes you call customer service.

I wish I could give this store negative stars. I read the reviews before i visited this store and noticed they had quite a few negative remarks. I gave them the benefit of doubt and decided to still visit to trade in my phone. They sure lived up to the negative comments. Extremely rude, and unprofessional. There was a point while i was waiting where they all left the store to check out their buddies new ride outside. I literally was left inside alone with no actual explanation of what was going on. I could go on with my experience but Its way too lengthy. I have contacted corporate office so that they can hopefully train and educate their employees on the importance of customer service. In conclusion, HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE and HORRIBLE STAFF.

What a TERRIBLE WASTE OF TIME. I live up in big bear and wanted to take advantage of there half off deal on there watches but apparently thats a lie. I even called them before I drove down the hill and they said it wouldnt be a problem but when I got here they said I would have to pay half for the watch and wouldnt qualify for the half off. TIME WASTING CROOKS if you ask me

Do not trust their sales people. They are nothing but liars. I signed up on the understanding that my bill would be $160 a month. They even gave me a quote on paper. My first 4 bills came in well over $300. After 4 months of fighting they finally adjusted my bill to $180 a month. Their service never even worked at my house. Which the sales guy said it would too. I had to order a house phone on top of their bill. After paying $4,500 for crappy service I switched to Verizon. I just got a bill for another $700 for canceling a few months early. Its worth the $5000 Im going to pay for an attorney just to stop you guys from doing this to another. If anyone is interested in starting a class action lawsuit please message me.
Weve had so many problems with two different sprint stores, and when we came in we were so close to just switching companies! However when we came to this store we received such wonderful service and they went out of their way to help us with the problems we were having. Special thanks to Marcie she was so helpful, friendly and flat out just made our situation so much easier. For now on this is the only sprint store Im coming to for any help I need with my line. Especially if I plan on getting any new devices! If you want amazing service ask for Marcie and Francisco!

This Sprint location has been declining in management and service for the last few years. I opened my account there 7 years ago and have recommended many friends and family to go there because of the positive experience I received year after year. Today I would not recommend anyone to use this location for any service new or just simply needing some customer service to anyone. In fact I sent my own daughter there yesterday at my request to help resolve a Sprint issue and was serviced by John and the Manager with no name tag on and she was not only discriminated against (told her music was horrible and terrible twice then the rep put his own music on) and yes, I do fully understand the definition of discrimination and will be discussed further, she was humiliated (all this done in front of other customers), and verbal comments made to her about her lying about what was going on with our account! Yes, all this occurred at the Redlands, Ca Sprint location on April 20, 2018. I personally spoke to both of the customer service representatives and leaders of Sprint myself and was told initially there was nothing they were going to do for me because I took my time sending my phones back so I would have to pay the $355, they finally after 40 minutes with them on the phone had to request for a 3 way call to Sprint Customer Care which they agreed to then quickly told me after holding for several minuted that they had a solution so we didnt have to get the run around with Sprint Care. Pleased to hear their dedication to fixing a Sprint issue not a customer issue, I ended the call with a promise from the Manager that John would be finishing the resolution with my daughter and promised to track my package personally every day to make sure I got the credit I deserved and would call me personally when it arrived at the warehouse to let me know it was all taken care of. 5 minutes later I get a call from my daughter upset telling me after I ended my call with the manager they, meaning John and the manager went to the back and quickly John came back and said there is nothing we can do to help you anymore you need to mail the phones back yourself. Say that to be true, I would understand but to not have the decency to call me back and explain why I wasted 45 minutes with the manager of the building resolving their own Sprint problem is pathetic customer service. You can claim on TV commercials and advertisements across the country and world that you provide a level of service above your competition but when the people in your building cannot uphold that company standard needed to make that claim, you have failed miserably Sprint...more specifically John and the manager of this building. We have yet to resolve this issue and await someone at Sprint Customer Care Corporate to call me and resolve your issue.
So thankful to Sophia Puerta and Richard Tejeda at Redland’s Sprint store. They went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of. Both of them were kind, patient and professional. Super customer service. I am a very satisfied customer who has been with Sprint for 16 years!

If youre buying a new phone watch out for the downpayment!!!. I got approval for 5 phones with 0% down.. but my sales men told me it was 160.00 per phone witch was a lie ... I called sprint and got my money back... over changed me more than 360.00 dollars for nothing... If your person tells you theres a down payment but can be used towards accessories run its a lie... dont get scammed by this place!!!!!
Terrible service. I came in yesterday signed in and waited a while to be helped. Theres like three of them just lounging around with only one guy working. I was next after this lady and the guy skips me & helps a guy that came in after me. After that I just left. Bunch of stuck up young kids working in there. Poor customer service and poor attitudes from employees. Gonna start going to another sprint store cuz this one sucks.
In general... I had a family plan with Sprint for a year and a half. I would say that the only potential advantage is their unlimited data plan. That said, the coverage is notoriously limited and, worst of all, the customer service is inefficient. I do not mean the people... at least some of them try to do their best. But the poor infrastructure and methods makes things hard to get accomplished. In summary, I would say that it is perhaps the lowest quality provider Ive had in the last 10 years. Particularly on this store, I found the representatives less friendly than on others.

I have visited this store or called 4 times in the last month and when I go there I get treated horrible from the Store Manager he is very unprofessional. I was told by customer care to go to a corporate store to do my upgrades because my order was lost when placing online. I was promised several things by customer care and was told they would take care of it at the store. When I got there it was a different story. I got frustrated because they were going to charge for things that customer care said they had taken care of. And when I questioned them I was told that if I didnt like it I could go to another store. So I left. Called customer care and they assured me this store was very capable of doing the things needed. So tired of being lied to and treated like crap.

This is the worst repair store I have had the misfortune of being to. The service is poor, the representatives are insulting and the techs have no idea what to do . My kid could fix a problem more intelligently than the tech- experts they have . More so the answer is always that leave your phone we will call you when its ready . The call never comes and you are stuck without your phone for hours and days, unless you keep calling, and still, the excuse remains - oh the part has not arrived.I left my phone here, and upon return, found 3 new problems with the device that were not there before. The excuse was - oh we dont screen the phone before tearing it apart. Despite paying for sprint insurance all throughout when it came to utilizing it, the experience was traumatic. I will never recommend anyone going to this store . This experience made up my mind to never do business with Sprint ever again .
This Sprint store has a tech repair center which is the ONLY reason for going here.The customer service workers seem to be bothered by any customers coming in for help?The store background music is quite upfront and loud. The music selection is not calming at all. Im not saying it should be sleep inducing elevator music, but it shouldnt be as if Im out at a club either.The Sprint store over by the Target on Alabama St & W Lugonia Ave @ Citrus Plaza is the better choice for a helpful experience.
Doing business is one of the biggest regrets of my life!After getting Chinese food, a Sprint sales rep got our attention about a special on the iPhone XR. So after going into the store, the sold me and my fiancé 2 XR 128gbs and an Apple Watch, we waited for 10 hours (not exasperated) for them to transfer phones and whatnot. Hosam Abusneineh (assistant manager of the store) and his sales rep, promised the lifeproof cases for free, the works. I remember specifically, that they were out of one of the phone cases and said I can pick any case I wanted. The reason I bring that up is because I will hit on that later. Anyways after waiting 10+ hours in that store, we were tired, we noticed the receipt was weird. When we got home, we realized my fiancé phone which was switched from 128 to 64 WITHOUT informing us.We called them and asked “if they didn’t have the color for the 128 gb, pick a different color or go lower on the gb?!?!?” They fired the sales rep for switching the phones, and gave us a bill credit, but we had to pay even more money then originally. An upset fiancé and taking time to deal with this, when I work in OC made life harder.Just Recently, we discovered that the phone cases weren’t free and we were being charged each month for them. The General manager just gave me the run around about this, and now I’m looking to no longer do business with Sprint. AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile have better services and won’t Rip you off like this
Quick and organized service from friendly professionals. I also found out that having a water proof screen replaced includes a fresh frame, a new battery, and an option to change the color of the phone.
I went with my brother because he has Sprint but I have Verizon. This was Possibly the worst costumer service I have ever experienced. The workers are extremely rude and extremely unprofessional. They have about 2-3 workers just hanging out while theres hour long waits. And they do everything in a lazily miserable manner. This place is completely ridiculous. Ill stick with Verizon because of unprofessional cheap costumer service like this. Dont recommend this place at all. Verizon hands down is the best phone carrier company.
My wife bought a phone that the sales guy talked her into and with her disabilities talked her into the most expensive phone just to make a good commission. After calling and being told that I can exchange it same day, the same salesmen gave us such an issue about it after 20 minutes I pulled the shes disabled and needs better accessiblies card, and he still persisted that it was a great phone. Had me yelling at him and his manager and finally he backed down. I called sprint to complain. I have never had such a problem. Go to another store.
I went into the Sprint store to see of they could help restore my Instagram app. The IG app had stopped working on Friday night without warning! I had to restore my jewelry page on IG once I got back home. All is good now! 👍☺
Went in to get the upgrade to one of our cell phones and to get the 2 free tablets. Was told we would get accessories for free by using the $200 for the 2 year contract. Came back a month later from our vacation with a $740 bill. Everything was put on easy payment which they said it was free, phone plan changed which i didnt agree to, tablets were not free, and they even added a home phone line when they said it was free and thats what made the bundle work. BUNCH OF LIARS AND CHEATS!!! Went back to talk to the manager and after 3 days and a total of 4 hours spent on one day and another 2 hours spent on the next, not including hours spent on customer service, i finally talked to the manager. They tried to not get me to talk to him. He is also very clueless, rude, does not listen to the customer, treated me like i was his employee, and overall should not be in any managerial or lead position. After lots of grief, he is now trying to somewhat fix it since i mentioned that i will talk to the regional manager. By fix i mean give me such a big discount that my bill will be slightly higher then normal due to paying the accessories but not extreme to how it was currently on my bill. Will be looking at other phone providers after 14 years of being with sprint. Good job

I use this Sprint store to make my monthly mobile phone payments. I have also had a few issues over the last two years with my Samsung Galaxy S4 that needed some assistance from the Sprint staff at this location. Each and every time that I needed additional assistance with minor issues, I received fast, friendly, professional, and courteous help from the staff that I dealt with. Thank you!

The manager and the employees enjoy disappointing the customers, they laugh and leave you waiting and the manager lies and says she not the manager so that she dont have to deal with you. They will not help you if they are not going to make money off of you. They need to fire all the employees in this store, who is charge of this store ?

Horrible service. Went in to replace my phone and was told I had to buy 3 extra items and spent an extra $90 .when my parents went the next time they only made them buy one item. I didnt think anything of it when the associate was smiling so big at his co worker. Pretty much got played.
There service is garbage. They try to find any reason not to help you and the staff is confrontational. Avoid going to this store at all costs!

Sales associates upsell you to save you money supposedly, give you all kinds of free goodies, tablets, phone cases, etc. Then when you get your bill its $1000 more a month than it was before, almost impossible to get out of the deal.
