Very nice guy! I went to a few different print shops in town. None of them ether knew what I was asking for or had what I wanted. He knew right away! The minute I said gold or silver print he ran(practically, lol)in to the back and brought out two awesome options of vinyls. Perfect for my Vegas themed shirts. All the other places wanted to give me a yellow print they called gold or a silver that looked more like pewter. This guys a life saver!! I will be back to order from him again for all my custom clothing needs!

This is the best embroidery within a 60-mile radius. good work. Great customer service and exceptional work. This company does work for the county the sheriffs department the fire department, Public Works and unions. they do excellent embroidery and its not cheap. If you looking for a cheap place go to the mall and youll get cheap work.

We have been working with this company for over 15 years. Wayne and his crew always exceed our expectations. We wouldnt trust our embroidery needs to anyone else. Two thumbs up!

I should probably preface this review by saying that the quality of their work is actually above average...but their customer service leaves something to be desired.I had taken a job shirt/sweater in to A&W to get my name and job title embroidered given the exorbitant prices charged by most uniform shops. When I dropped my sweater off, the owner was very pleasant and seemed helpful. I was originally told it would take about a week and Id receive a call when they were done. It wound up being a day shy of two weeks, but whatever.When I went to pick up the sweater, I realized they had embroidered my name and title on the wrong side of the chest. I was told that clearly I had made the mistake and specified the wrong side....then I was told that I did not specify and they put it on the left side by default. I was then told that the only way they would remove it would be if I paid $20 (twice the original price) and waited an additional two weeks. They also refused to give me a refund on the original insisting I was at fault. All in all, it only cost me $12 to make a sweater completely useless...good job A&W. Thanks for restoring my faith in small businesses.

Absolutely the worst customer service. DO not go here. The old lady is wretched. I went there to order shirts with our company logo. The old man, Wayne, said 1 week and we will get a template made and ask for your approval. Yes, it was over a week, just shy of 2 when a lady called and said it was ready. went to review it the next day, doors were closed, nobody around and I was like, well maybe they had a family emergency. But no. Finally someone answered the phone at 2pm in the afternoon on Friday, posted hours of operation are M-F 8:30a-5p, and she said I could come back to review it now and offered no explanation for why the doors were shut when I went at 10:30am! I said, wait a minute, I am sorry but why did you not address the fact that I went down there, at $4.47/gallon a gas, and wasted time to boot? She said well, we are a small business, we have deliveries, we dont have a 100 employees and I really dont care what you think either, then hung up on me. WTF? Last time I checked, I was the customer? Needless to say, I flew, FLEW, down there, and she still wanted to hand me lie after excuse, I said, Maam I am not dealing with you, get me someone else. Wayne came out, also did not address the situation, and went straight into the embroidery, I said Wayne, I am not going to do business with a company that doesnt respect its clients. I will not be utilizing your company now or in the future, and I want a refund because you did not perform any work or provide any service for me. He said NO. I said I will dispute it with my bank. Thank you and have a nice day...Boy I wish I would have researched this company before going out there. What a RIPOFF! BTW, BofA gave me my money back already, so stick it to someone else A&W! Hopefully it wont be you!

Web sites says they are open . 11-5.. wed.. arrived at 11:42.. locked and lights off.. guess I will go somewhere else..
