The Cotton Gin has a great selection of fabrics. When they didnt have enough yardage of one of the fabrics I needed, they ordered it for me. I was able to pick it up today. They are efficient, helpful, and friendly. Thank you!

BEWARE ❌The new service technician is HORRIBLE!! Don’t waste your money! The owner is just as bad, poor customer service! I took THREE machines in to be serviced totaling over $500 and still none of them work correctly. After expressing my concerns, the owner refuses to do anything about it. She is defensive and extremely rude. I’ll NEVER go back here again❌

My daughters take sewing classes here. They enjoy the classes. Teacher Ms. Brynn is very nice. Really all of the staff is friendly. Not to mention they know their stuff. They are a bit on the pricer side, but youre also getting top quality products along with top quality service.

After trying 2 terrible shops in Temecula, got referrals from local quilters for this place. Great phone manner, prices given over phone - much better than shady Temecula shops. Less than 24 hours, called with estimate and parts ordered. Will be completed as soon as parts arrive. Restored some faith in customer service.

Dont waste your time because you will waste your money! I spoke to the owner by phone who wouldnt offer any pricing over the phone but promised it would be worth the 45 minute drive because their prices were that good. So I made the drive only to find out that their prices were hundreds (HUNDREDS) of dollars higher than dealers much closer to me. The owner had told me on the phone that she would be there when I arrived, but wasnt so I called her from her store showroom hoping that there had been some mistake, and she seemed disinterested and unwilling to offer ANY deal!! HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!!

This place rocks! Mom had bought a sewing machine from another location, wanting to help out the local vendor folk. WHAT A MISTAKE!! He was only interested in selling off machines without any further contact or customer support. When we later needed a copy of our receipt because the moving company lost the machine, he said: I dont keep any sales records. And he calls himself a business man? (Translation: Go away! You bother me! I wanted Mom to have access to people who care about their customers AFTER they purchase a sewing machine, and these folks do!! If Mom has trouble at home, she can call for help. I dont mind driving her to their shop because its only about 15 minutes away on rather scenic streets. They come out and haul her machine in for help or for classes. I wish I could give this store SEVEN STARS, but I cant. A sewing machine just isnt a blender. Its a very important part of a household (well, I guess it used to be). My mother could not live without one, and Redlands Sewing Center keeps her going because sewing is her life and it keeps her brain happy and healthy. Gratia vobis omnibus! (Many thanks to you all!)

I dont mind driving out of my way, and have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. The staff is always willing to help with any issue; and the repair service is exellent. Many brands of machines are sold and you can find an expert for each one. The staff is very patient and the classes are worth the investment of time and money. It is like Cheers where everybody knows your name.

They were able to repair my sewing machine and get the broken piece. It was more expensive for service than I thought it would be-but Ive never had a machine serviced before so it could be the normal rate.

I have been a loyal customer for 21 years and return to this store for parts, repairs, and sewing products even though we moved 100 miles away. Always friendly, helpful staff.

I called this store told them what type of machine I had and the problem. They said bring it over our guy will work on it. Next day I drove 30 mins over there. I walked into the store told the lady my machine type and before I could say what was wrong with it she said her guy only did maintence on them and to take it to a different place. This place lies on the phone to get you in the store so they can sell you another machine. My husband was so mad about the gas at 3.29 a gallon to waste to be told by their uninterested staff to go somewhere else. I never even got to tell them in store what the problem was. They just want to sell an overpriced machine
