Trek Redmond is an amazing bike shop with super helpful and accommodating staff. I ended up buying a Trek because the staff were so great and I knew they would take care of me and my bike. Super important to buy from a shop you can trust…and Trek Redmond is my clear choice hands down.

Just got my first road bike (not from here) and went in to get a helmet and all the accessories. One of the folks at the store went isle by isle with me, got me fitted with a helmet, showed me everything I need, and even showed how to install a few things and how to use some accessories along the way. Even got a free inner tube with the repair kit. Really nice and helpful people all around. Will definitely be back for things as they come up and future service, and will pick up my next bike here too - definitely sold on this Trek experience.

Excellent bike shop. I drove 2 hours from Blaine, WA at the U.S. / Canadian border to Redmond, WA. Everyone that works there is friendly, helpful and really knows a lot about bikes. The staff is very professional and courtesy. They agree on Tuesday to hold the (2) bikes I wanted until Saturday when I could drive down. They easily could have sold those bikes to someone else, but they honored my phone call and held them for me. They had both bikes built and waiting for me with my name on them. The salesman even called me Saturday morning to let me know they were ready. Its very difficult to find a Verve right now, let alone two in the same size. The mechanic that did the final on our bikes even showed my wife and I the proper way to clean and lube the chain. I drove for the bikes, but the service was 5 STARS. I highly recommend this shop.
Pathetic and humiliating experience. Stood there for about half an hour and no staff bothered to help. Many of the bikes had sale receipts attached. I was not sure if I was supposed to get them out to try or not. Some help could have been better! Staff seemed to get busy with customers who actually came after me. Totally dissatisfied.

Went in to get my brakes checked, among other things. The team, both in sales and bike service, went above and beyond to look at my e-cycle without any upcharges. While also informing me how to better maintain my bike, how to use and upgrade it proper, and even what trails in the local area to try out.Theres not really any real way I can express my gratitude, so Ill just say my thanks, because these folk deserve it.Special shout out to Chris, too. Friendly, knowledgable and helpful staff, as well as a great collection of Trek bikes and accessories. Ive become a regular and recently sprung for my first road bike. They let me demo several bikes and patiently answered all my questions, helping me find just the right bike for my needs. Ive also used them for service/repairs and theyve always done a nice job and finished the work on schedule or ahead of time. Great shop.
Extremely poor management who lied about when the order would arrive, and inspite of calling them several times to follow up and sending emails, they hardly responded or picked up. The payment of the bike has been made. They finally picked up after 10 days of the initial ETA they gave when purchasing the bike only to inform me that they dont know when it will arrive and that their management is messed up with manager on vacation. Very poor customer service. I need my money back, and they wouldnt even do that without being in person which they never mentioned would be required to cancel when I ordered the bike. Would not recommend buying from here. Worth buying from REI, and other better local shops than from these guys.
The repair work was done promptly and for the agreed upon price. The team went the extra mile to make sure I was happy.
I had a tire emergency in the middle of a ride, the shop foreman Chris came out before they had opened and fixed the tire perfectly and got me back on the road. Outstanding service, highly recommend them.
Great experience with this shop today. Have been going to a local shop farther away for some time, but based on the level of service and engagement, will be happy to keep my business closer to home.

I bought a bike used online and took it in to have it checked out because it was an older bike and thought it would need some repair. The staff was incredibly helpful - I hadn’t ridden a bike in years, and they helped me get up to speed with all the questions I had about bikes, gear, etc. They made it fun, fixed the bike I brought in (needed tires and a new chain), and adjusted the seat for a more comfortable ride. Now I’m excited to get out and ride with confidence!*Note, the bike I brought in wasn’t even a Trek, but you wouldn’t know it from the enthusiasm the staff showed in helping me out. I highly recommend this store and its team of experts!
5 Star Service!!!! I brought my bike in after being in a dusty parking garage for at least 4 years and they explained the tires get indented because of being out of air for that long. I asked how much air is and they laughed and said well, air is free. Hahaha!! So he took it in for 10 minutes or so and removed a broken reflector for me and put air in the tires. I rode it in the parking lot and its good as new! Someone next to me at the service entrance also complimented my bike and they seemed like frequent shoppers and were very nice! I bought the bike at the now closed Performance Bike, so I was nervous finding a new bike shop. Greggs cycle would have been closer for me, but was not taking service orders at the moment. Trek has a new customer!

Not only is this place one of the most dangerous candy stores in town, it’s also run by a bunch of honest people who love biking more than anything.I have bought multiple bikes from the Trek Redmond store and every single time I have been there, I was treated like my time and questions were important and they answered them clearly and directly. They take care of service efficiently to get you back on the trail/road ASAP.If you are in the market for a new bike, please do yourself a favor and at least call the trek store in Redmond. They will answer all of your questions and get you on a perfect ride as soon as they can!!

If there is one thing that is special about this store, it is their Exceptional Customer Service. More than any other local bike shop in the Seattle area. Especially so when compared with other bike shops in Redmond. I visited this Trek store more than 10 times in the last year for various reasons- to enquire about purchasing the bike, to get various bikes fixed etc. Each and every one of those times, i came back satisfied. My questions were answered, concerns were listened to & issues fixed - All in a very respectful & friendly way. The technical staff are truly exceptional and can fix any problem in your bike. My Domane had a seat post slippage and I was very concerned if they will cover the warranty as it is expensive. To my surprise, they really took care of the problem - replaced the seat post without charging me a dime. Highly recommend.
Our first time to the store today. In our current new-normal of the pandemic, the Redmond location is not requiring appointments for in-store shopping, but to control the number of people in the store, they have the front doors cordoned off with line markers, and store staff greet you outside and escort you in once they have room to bring you into the building.The store is clean, has a great layout, a nice selection of bikes and accessories, and the ability to do custom orders as needed. Our salesperson today was very knowledgeable of the Trek line, in addition to being very courteous and professional. Overall, a great in-person experience of the Trek brand, and a great first experience in the store.

Best service with reasonable price.
Went there to buy a bike rack on a Sunday. The guy working there asked me to pay for bike rack right away but promised that he would get it from storage on Monday and give me a call before noon and would also take care of fixing it the same day. The call never came, I left a voice mail, no response. Sent an email, still no response. Finally took the bike there, and the response was we need 3 days to fix it and it will cost $37. Service guy just seems irritated. Maybe they are selective in treatment of their customers. Maybe they are too busy and and bikes are in high demand, so they can afford to be arrogant and still customers will come. Anyway, this is a place to stay away from.
Andrew did a great job keeping me posted on a complex project and was able to complete the work despite challenges with a non-standard frame. Id highly recommend him!

The employee who greeted me was nice, but I wasted time after reading the false advertising on the door that states “Service on all makes and models”. I was told they can’t replace a Rad Power Bike tire. At least they referred me to Element for anyone interested... Edit: Element won’t replace the Rad tire either. P.S. I changed it myself 💪🏻 Ride Rad!

Great customer service! I recently bought a new Emonda and absolutely love it! I highly recommend Trek Bicycle Redmond.Ive been buying Trek since I started cycling and racing in 2014. I came into the Redmond store with my husband to buy a new bike for my 50th birthday. Due to low inventory, there wasnt much in my size. However, David went above and beyond. A Project One bike (Madone) that had just come in. We wanted to see it, so he drove to their offsite warehouse to bring it back so we could take a peek. It was in the box and needed to be assembled. We put a deposit on it, and came back to pick up about 10 days later. When I arrived to pick it up, there was another Project One bike (Emonda) that had just been put on display. David set me to test ride both. I decided on the Emonda, which I absolutely love! David and the others Trek team members were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire process. So yes, I enthusiastically recommend Trek Bicycle Redmond... and will be back for a Checkpoint when I start gravel racing. :) --Gigi
Well informed and very personable staff, we were getting junky bar bikes fixed up and there was no snobbishness…just joy and celebration and even recommendations of bars to visit on our bikes!
I purchased two Roscoe 7s here in the fall, since this purchase I have had some minor issues with both my derailleur and cassette. These issues were all manufacturer based and were handled beautifully by the shop. Chris Sharp provided the best customer service I have ever received. He educated me on the ins & outs of the bike and reassured me continuously that he would get to the bottom of the issue. Thanks to Chris, my bike is riding like its brand new. I would recommend Chris and Trek @ Redmond to anyone, especially those who are new to biking. They will forever receive my business!
Very helpful on the tuneups. Examined it before and went over it with me, and did a good job in a couple of days.
They know the products well and took care of getting our 15 year old Trek back in good shape, adding new fenders, brake pads and gear shifters. They helped my daughter choose and test a new bike seat and adjust the handlebar fit to be comfortable for her riding position. Im glad we chose this store to help us so she can enjoy riding it to school year round.

I took my bicycle here for a tune up (level 2) and was very happy with the service and results. They took the care to explain to me what they did along with a document detailing all of the components on my bicycle and their status. There was a minor issue with the rear derailleur but they took care of it within a few days at no extra charge.
Scott my contact person in the store is one of the best in the business. Very nice guy so knowledgeable in bike stuffs even ask me to join in their rides.

I have test ridden and evaluated a lot of different brands and models of bikes before choosing the Trek Checkpoint. Theres lots of quality, suitable bikes in the marketplace to choose from, but for me the fit, range of uses, components and attachment options offered in that price range led to my decision to purchase the Checkpoint ALR5. At higher price points I was giving serious considerations to choosing an e-bike option instead.The staff, in particular Jake, were very knowledgeable and patient in helping me understand the characteristics of these bikes and not just pushing for a sale. I felt that Jake was truly most interested in helping me select a bike that would best suit my needs and that I would love to ride. I appreciate the professional guidance. From here forward its all on me to get on it and ride! Cheers and many happy rides!
The best bike shop in town! Trek completed some maintenance work on my Trek bike a few months ago and now after heavy riding my back brakes were mushy. I took it down and Chris their service manager took the 15 minutes to adjust the brakes on the spot and showed me how to do it myself. Truly excellent service. Chris and his team are great folks worthy of your business.

I stopped by this place to check my bike tire. Everybody was so friendly and helpful. My tire needed a new inner tube after it was replaced I realized I had forgotten my wallet at home which is only 10 mnts away. The person who repared my tire insisted that it is not worth it for me to go and come back he said after all its Christmas. I will definitely come back to this store for my biking needs and I strongly recommend this place. Made an appointment to replace flat tire with specific tire size with inner tube. When I actually showed up at the appointment time at the store, a person (technician/owner) took my bike but immediately came back and said no inner tube. He tried to sell the tire without inner tube. I asked how one person can confirm there is an inventory when there isnt, wasting time at both parties. He replied, we are busy now so I need to go back and work. No apology whatsoever. This store may have good service when things are calm but the customer service is worst when they are actually busy. Also, no apology means that there is no business moral in this store.To Owner: First of all, thank you for the response. But it isnt true that your shop offered me to patch the flattened tire free. No one mentioned it. Whether the patch can be applied to free or not, I think ultimately it is matter of service attitude. The technician/owner showed very callous attitude. Under such situation, I wouldnt get a service even if it is offered free. If the person *politely* apologized, I am quite certain that the outcome of this post would have been vastly different. Since then I dont go to your shop and strongly discourage my neighbors and co-workers to do the same.

I just bought a new bike online but it had a clicking noise from the derailleur. Took the bike to a local bike shop and was told that the bike needed a new derailleur but they couldnt fix it for another 2 weeks due to their busy schedule.This morning, I called Trek and they asked me to take the bike in for an assessment. I took it in and one of the staff looked at it, adjusted the derailleur arm (not sure what to call it), adjusted the cable tension to make sure the gears engage correctly, ... and all of that for free. I call that an awesome service! Guess where Im going to take my bike from now on.Thank you Trek. You guys are awesome!
U either get a review when I have a bad experience or an outstanding experience. I have been to two other Trek stores and I did not have the experience or treatment I got here. Mark and Jake both took their time to help size me and answered all of my questions. They were honest and did not push me one way or the other. Even though they didnt have the right size bike for me in their store they took the time to look around at their other stores. I have 3 other Trek stores closer to my house and I am willing to drive 40 minutes to this one in Redmond because these guys are outstanding! Thank u Mark and Jake.

Im new to the cycling world so after visiting several shops trying to figure it out on my own it was a relief to get some really helpful insight from the guys at Trek. Jake was the man and helped me through the whole process. He heard me out, asked the right questions, laid out several options and helped me pick out a killer bike.I was a little skeptical going into a corporate branded bike shop vs a local shop for fear of being pressured into their world (just the way it is sometimes) But I didnt feel sold at all, he even helped me save money by being straight up about what I needed to get started and cut out the noise and marketing jargon.I got my bike this week, the Trek team set it up and made sure I was 100% happy before leaving the store. I know the cycling community is tight and they look after one another. I look forward to coming back to Trek!

Dropped into the shop for the first time yesterday to buy some math tires. With the current COVID-19 precautions they aren’t able to have more than a customer or two in their store at a time but they worked hard to bring products to me and find me exactly what I was looking for. I really enjoyed my time their and can’t wait to browse when restrictions are lifted!
I had a tune up and some replacements done on an old Trek Fuel 90 bike. They did a good job and the Bike feels brand new now. Customer service was good and they contacted me and kept me in the loop.

I set out to find an Emonda SL7 in a size 56 during this pandemic and found 2 in the entire greater Seattle area. One was at the Trek in southcenter, but someone had crashed it during a test ride.. so that one was out. The other was in Redmond. The customer service at this location was fantastic. As someone who has worked in 4 different shops over a span of 10 years I really appreciated that all of the sales guys I talked to just enjoyed talking about cool bikes. They gave me the opportunity to go on a lengthy test ride, and were more than willing to install my seat and pedals from the old bike, and make little tweaks that as a shop guy I wanted. Highly recommend the service.

Dont know where to start. The dudes at the Redmond trek shop are legit. Jake and Jim have outstanding consumer service and knowledge. Came in with little knowledge of what I wanted. These guys were very informative without being pushy or acting like salesmen. Decided on a bike that had to come from the warehouse so they hooked me up with a demo until my bike got in. Couldnt make it to the shop till after closing so they stayed late for me to come pick it up and get me set up. Couldnt be more stoked on their product or costumer service. 10/10 recommend.
