I purchased a mountain bike from Trinity. But that was just the beginning of my patronage.I have been back multiple times to get service and repairs done to my bike.Instead of dwelling on the obvious: that I am unskilled, and hard on equipment; they take the time to explain to me what can be done to prevent certain damage, and offer suggestions on things I can do to improve my riding experience. Everyone in the shop is knowledgeable and helpful. Mandy and Michelle, who are often running the sales floor, are in tune with the wide selection of products that they offer. From the technical bicycle components, apparel, accessories, and of course the wide range of bicycles themselves. They are ready to help with any of my questions, each time I visit.The maintenance and repair staff are true professionals, and take pride in their trade. Eric, and his team of mechanics, have taken great care of my bike, and work hard to minimize the turnaround time on repairs.They, also, are quick to stand by their products. I had a repair done that they promptly informed me would be taken care of on their end, as it was a manufacturer defect. Although my ignorance was obvious, and they could have easily charged me for this repair, they chose to operate with integrity.They have continued to reinforce their exceptional customer service.I brought my bike in on the Saturday of Memorial day weekend, and Tyler made sure to finish my repair by end of day, and saved me from not being able to ride over the long holiday weekend. This was as unexpected as it was appreciated. However, it is just one example of the premier customer service that Trinity prides themselves on offering to the community at large.I will continue to purchase my bicycles, and accessories, from Trinity Bikes, and I have full confidence that they will continue to fix and maintain them with a level of professionalism that is second to none.

I was looking to upgrade my mountain bike and spent quite a bit of time shopping around town and demoing bikes. They had my dream bike in stock, the demo terrain behind their store was perfect for seeing how well the bike handled uphill and obstacles and Michelle provided the best customer services out of any of the stores I visited in Redmond & Bend. I take my bicycles that I use for work in there and they’ve always made sure that everything is up and running the way it should be.This recent service was great! Plus they are up on all the latest safety equipment. Trinity is the best around. I have purchased 3 bikes from them in 20 years and they have done repairs on other bikes in my family. Here are my personal experiences I have had over the years doing business with them. Honest: One time they told me my old bike wasnt a wise decision getting it fixed up. They didnt try and sell me another one, just let me know it was going to be expensive and probably wouldnt last long and the ride would not be enjoyable for my needs. They let me know how much it would cost and said they would do the work if I wanted but advised against it. I decided to get it fixed anyways so they patched it up the best they could and sent me on my way. The bike ran decent for awhile but they were right. I was not happy. They are not about just taking your money. No high pressure sales tactics: They will give you the info and their opinion, use some of their own experiences and customer feedback when assisting you. They really do try and get you the best bike for what you want to do. Central Oregon has a lot to offer for bikers. They have it figured out. Its not the same when I was a kid. A ton more options and it can be a bit confusing. They are very knowledgeable and understand Central Oregon and know what you need after asking you a few questions. Local and involved in the community. Trinity Bikes is all about family and community. They hire young people and give them a good trade and get to know their customers. They are regular people helping make Central Oregon more enjoyable through biking and all things with wheels. :) Eric the owner is a first class person. Great family and very kind. I once bought a bike from a store in Bend and took it to Trinity for repairs and there was no problems. They are happy just to see people get outside. I STRONGLY recommend trinity bikes for your next purchase or repairs. You wont be oversold, undersold or lead wrong. They will get you on the right bike!

Went in to compare some bikes and prices, the staff (Trevor) were so nice and helpful. He spent a solid amount of time with us and answered all my questions. I left with out buying a bike(today), but so informed. I will definitely be back! Out of the three bike shops I went into; Sunriver, Bend and in Redmond, Trinity bikes was by far the best experience! I am now more excited to get my bike than before :)

These are stand-up guys. Id never stepped foot in their store, but stopped by their shop before they opened for the day, in the middle of the virus panic. He unlocked the door, met me in the parking lot and let me know they were booked out a week or so, but still took the time to look at my daughters cruiser bike. Not a high end bike, and I was in an old pickup... not their typical customer. He pointed out what he thought the problem was and explained it was most likely an easy fix to do myself. I ran home and indeed it was a pretty easy fix. I had a happy kid, and they have a future customer when her bike gets upgraded this summer. Highly recommend!

I always get top notch attention and service when Im there. I wish more retail (and all organizations) would bring back the days of good customer service, like Trinity provides. I was there for some chain lube. I thought it was a dire situation. Thanks to Trevor, I was delighted to learn that my situation was not fatal. Trinity is awesome. Trevors passion for his work is infectious! I have been to Trinity to have my bike boxed and built as well as other minor fixes. Most of the bikes at Trinity are mountain bikes/ commuter bikes My main bike is a TT/Triathlon bike. I went in last week since one of my bar bolts had snapped and the bottom was stuck in the hole. I had tried to get it out but was not able to do so and I was concerned that I might damage the carbon bars. New bars would have cost me at least $700. Trevor got it out in 15 minutes and charged me $8 for the service! Lifesaver!Every time I go in to the shop, those that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. They are also happy to just chit chat about bikes and offer recommendations of rides to try. Great Shop.

I’ve been wanting to get back on a bike for sometime. Trinity bikes made sure that I was able to get a bike that would fit me and be most comfortable riding. They built my new Trek over the weekend and I was able to purchase it before I had to leave for work out of state. I was able to ride it home with no issues. I will definitely be going back for any service needs and to purchase upgrades and accessories.
