Bought some sunglasses as a gift and also for myself, the employees are super nice and helpful, and they have great deals if you want to buy more than one pair!

October 3rd, around 6 15 pm i came into the store to check which versace glasses were in stock . a red haired man immediately started recording me . Id asked him where they were, and he was trying to usher me out of the store with an excuse I need to use the bathroom, I realized he had just been recording me and got angry because he was profiling me as a thief, although Id just purchased over 2k worth of glasses from another location, I left the store and he locked the doors, then stuck two middle fingers up at me. the store cameras saw it all! I also have a recording of him admitting to flipping me off. I called 15 minutes later . he assured me he could not be fired because he was the boss

Yesterday we had the most knowledgeable employee help us out. He had great suggestions and explained everything about the difference of lens and colors they enhanced. Thank you again!

The young gentleman that assisted me with my purchase was extremely professional, helpful, and spent a lot of time getting things out of the shelves and drawers looking to fit me with a replacement for the $400 Persols that my rat terrier chewed up.... I ended up with a nice set of cheap $200 polarized tortoise classic Ray-Bans for the win! Thank you.

I wanted a pair of Maui Jim glasses but the Sunglass hut I went to didnt have them in the color I wanted. They called the one in Redmond Town Center who had them and asked for them to hold them. I went and when I got there, they were $30 more than the other store. When I questioned this, they told me I was wrong. I went over to Macys next store and bought them at the same price that the Sunglass Hut in Alderwood Mall was charging. $30 less than Sunglass Hut in Redmond!!! I have had other issues with them and will never go to that location again.
