Lanie who is the hearing aids specialist is a such a sweet young thing and is very considerate and wonderful. Her receptionist is also a sweet lady and both are great to work with. So accommodating and pleasant. Glad I found them. Wont go anywhere else ever.

All American Hearing has me come in every few months for a free cleaning of my hearing aids and my ears to check and make sure everything works properly. Great service! Because they keep track of me, my hearing aids and my protection plan!

I am still struggling with logistics of hearing aids - any hearing aid -- since the benefit is not always immediately noticeable to me (unlike my husbands experience of considerable hearing lost and immediate improvement). But I read the research and I do believe that I am protecting myself from at least part of my future increased hearing loss by wearing hearing aids. Meanwhile, these ladies couldnt be more patient with me! They answer my questions, accommodate my complaints and frustrations, and continue to provide wonderful customer service. I highly recommend them - they are knowledgeable and extremely pleasant and personable.

Of course my husband has put off getting his hearing aids updated, but finally thought he would try All American Hearing in Redmond. Lisa, at the front desk, was very friendly and welcoming. She started the exam procedure and I must say, put us at ease. Lane then did an extensive exam that included both of us. I wondered if it was just my voice he couldnt hear since I have to say everything at least twice. Lane was very good to explain everything to us and a week later my husband picked up his new aids. Improvement was unbelievable. The next day we took a drive from Redmond to Shanico (great sandwiches and ice cream). This was the most enjoyable drive we have taken in several years. Could actually carry on a conversation in the car with no repeats.I cant thank Lane and Lisa enough for giving my husband back his hearing. What a difference.Thank you!!

After checking out a couple of hearing aid companies I went with All American Hearing in Redmond. Boy am I glad, they not only made me feel comfortable, they treated me like I had been a customer for years. Excellent customer service, reasonable prices, and after the sale service that cant be equaled by any of them. I wont go anywhere else.

After two BAD experiences, one with a $$$ back guarantee the second and most expensive.....(no guarantees and 4K down the drain), I was referred to All American Hearing. I can not say enough good things about Lisa and Lane. Lane not only fitted me with HAs that FIT and I could get in as I have unusual ear canals (the two above didnt take that into consideration), the follow up, including an issue I had that got resolved over the phone by Lisa is great. They genuinely make you feel like you are a valued customer and really care. Only had mine a week and am thrilled. I highly recommend All American Hearing.

Lane was amazing in getting me the right hearing aids and ear plugs for my active lifestyle. The office did a great job of accommodating my busy work schedule to get me in for the appointment. The staff is amazing to work with. I experienced a loss of hearing from a brain injury in 2016. I was originally told I would never hear the tones I lost. The people were wonderful and the hearing aide demo in my ear was a great experience. I could hear my wife clearly from a long distance without interference from other voices and the office phone. However, Im very frugal and the price was prohibitive. Im currently trying and enjoying a much less expensive hearing aide.
