My experience at evergreen speech and hearing is as nothing short of excellent. From scheduling an appointment, to check in and all. I thought it was gonna be a 3-hr procedure For my son (like I was told elsewhere) but it took about an hour or thereabout for the audiology. Very friendly staffs and there is a mini-playground for kids which helped keep my older daughter busy the entire time.I recommend this place.

Ive been a patient at ESHC for several years and 3 sets of hearing aids. Ive always been impressed with their knowledge of both hearing and devices, of how they keep up with the latest technology, and of their care for their patients. They have more services than Ive ever needed, including things like communication skill workshops. Ive also been impressed with how many students they have rotating through as interns - I think it speaks highly of them that theyre willing to take the time and energy to devote to the next generation of audiologists and technicians.

How professional the doctor and assistant there does not make up for several poorly mannered front desk lady.They would keep you waiting without saying anything, ignore you when you say something, and pressure you into appointments you clearly said you dont want to go to( by drilling you with personal questions and being passive aggressive with your reasoning).Very unhappy with how unprofessional they were.

The ESHC clinic is awesome!!! My son had an appointments one clinic, I mistakenly ended up at another location and they were kind enough to slot him in and we were able to go thru with the appointment! Such an amazing team!

They are wonderful. So many of my questions were answered. Very patient centered (I have a 9-yr old boy). Their tests were so comprehensive and we got a definite diagnosis, then easily signed up for the correct treatment.

Great experience during COVID. The team is super responsive via email, text or phone calls. The transition to remote was smooth and weve enjoyed our remote session. My 7 year old son has enjoyed his session and reached all his goals. THANK YOU for being an awesome office and so supportive during these crazy times!

Great experience. During COVID, they took extensive procedures to ensure there wasnt any overlap between patients to minimize risk. This appointment was for my toddler. All staff were incredibly friendly and fantastic. They reviewed all of my inputs prior to the meeting, ensuring a quick and productive discussion after the appointment began.The hearing tests were all completed successfully, even though my toddler was difficult at times. They were great with kids and maintained all COVID precautions throughout the meeting.If I ever need another hearing test for my son, I would not hesitate to rebook at this same organization/location.

I took my daughter in for a hearing exam. We had a great experience. The doctor was friendly and knowledgeable and audiologist who performed the testing was really great with my daughter who was nervous about being tested. Our results were provided immediately.

The people at ES&H are top notch, and so is the service they provide. My husband and I are both devoted fans.

We came for the language assessment of my 5-years-old son. The therapists are very very nice and friendly. The assessment techniques are very kids-friendly and the therapists were able to observe and quantify (scoring based on medical reference systems) exactly what we came here for.We received a thorough report about the assessment and we have just started our weekly sessions.I highly recommend this clinic.

I was greeted warmly as soon as i entered the office. The check in process and wait were short. The doctor was caring and accommodating throughout my hearing test. Results of testing, recommendations and options were clearly explained. Everyone i came into contact with was friendly, thorough, and patient. I’ve worked in healthcare for 30 years and from my experience, highly recommend Evergreen Speech & Hearing Clinic.

Excellent clinic with exceptional health professionals.

We went to the Bellevue office and the staff was very nice and friendly. My son don’t like new places or people and he warm up to them very welcome. They made him feel welcome and I think that helped him warm up to them.

Good clinic. Worked well with my infant, even didnt need sedation for the cochlea test like other places say you do. They had the awareness and patience to put the ear piece in and let me nurse her to sleep, and do the test that way! I highly recommend.

The staff were all kind and patient, and there was barely any wait. The front room was pleasant and the woman at the desk has a great sense of humor. Definitely recommend this clinic.

The facility was clean, easy to find and plenty of parking. Staff was friendly and helpful, and they had a few toys/books in the waiting room for children. My childs hearing test was done by an intern, not an actual audiologist, which no one informed me of until a day before our appt when it was too late to reschedule. Overall the clinic seems okay, but we wont be returning. Staff seemed pushy on making further, unnecessary appts.

Fast service. My son was a work in for hearing test. They were fast and professional. They worked very well with my 9 year old son.

I had a great and very professional experience with Evergreen Speech. The Drs and technicians were very cordial and also very thorough. They explained everything that they were performing and working on my ears. I am real thankful my Doctor selected Evergreen Speech to send me there.

Amazing staff from the front of the house reception to incredible therapist!

Evergreen S&H Clinic did the initial diagnosis for my grandson for CAPD when he was in elementary school. It made a significant difference for him regarding his IEP and his school placement. My grandson is now in middle school and received a reevaluation. We were shown that the progress we thought he was experiencing was validated by testing. We are using the current information for his IEP so that his placement is smaller schools, which are hard to find in the Seattle Public School District.

I went to have my ears checked. They were professional and friendly. I did not have to wait even though I was early.

Dont know much from S & H medicine, but the doctor was kind, honest, helpful, and reassuring.

If I could give no stars I would. In 2017, staff audiologist Cheryl Lokanis significantly misdiagnosed our middle-school child by not doing the full panel of tests. Her mistake was discovered 6 months later by a different audiologist.By then our child had gone through the rather difficult teenage experience of wearing hearing aids, lots of unwanted attention from her peers, school meetings for learning accommodations, etc.We were stunned that an objective deficit could be so improperly diagnosed. We should have questioned it more initially, but if a supposedly highly-trained audiologist is telling me something, I was inclined to believe her. This was my mistake and my childs burden.We did not sue ESHC. They did refund the cost of the $5000 hearing aids we had bought, and we then donated them to a non-profit for hearing-impaired children.The office staff was great and friendly, so the star can go to them.

The staff is very professional and very responsive and they are sensitive to patients needs. I am so thankful they were available and that I benefited from their expertise in my quick recovery and would highly recommend this group for speech and hearing needs.

When my son came to us at age 5 (we adopted him from foster care) his speech problems were so severe he was nearly unintelligible. We started at another clinic, but switched to ESHC after about a year. I cant tell you how thankful we are that we made the switch, and how grateful we are to everyone at ESHC! My son is 15 and now hes a confident and talkative teen. I credit that to his own hard work coupled with the fantastic therapists at ESHC. I highly recommend them!
