Went to the hearing center for a broken wire on one of my hearing aids. The reception took great car3 of me and fixed my hearing aid and cleaned my other one. All done without an appointment, I always get great service there.

Very nice and made me feel very comfortable the whole time I was there.

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The hearing aids they sold me have worked very well. When I have had minor problems they have quickly and efficiently addressed the issue I was having and got the devices back to full working order. I highly recommend My Hearing Centers for both a hearing evaluation and, if necessary, hearing aids.

The wire had come loose from one of my hearing aids. The Redmond office was able to fix it for me within 15 minutes which I would term as exceptional service. Since it was out of warranty I had checked with a couple of online repair companies before my visit and the fee charged by the Redmond office was half what the online companies were charging.Thanks again,Lonnie Stenberg

My Hearing Center on 7th & Antler, Redmond Oregon is the most friendly facility around. Clean, updated, informational. The gals that work there are awesome. I am hearing a lot better and have had no problems. Have told several people about the hearing center.
