Hard to get a hold of. No one but a painter on site during business hours. Help line did not offer to contact site staff or recommend anything so I took my storage needs elsewhere.

My experience was unexpectedly rewarding. Its a hassle to move and storage units can get complicated but everything that I wanted to get: I got. If there was thing to improve at there would be sweeping and mopping should be done more than once a week.

Came to purchase boxes and sign on door says back at 11:30am, it’s almost 1pm and door is locked. The phone number for the business just takes you to automated phone service purgatory with no simple press 0 customer service prompt so there’s no way to speak to an actual person. I’m sure they’ll show up 5 minutes after I drive away without boxes. The boxes that I can see through the glass door mocking me.

The keypad has registered incorrectly a few times my first visit. Currently I am locked out of the place cause the gate isnt working even though the code is right an days welcome Shawn. The people at the 800 number also could not get the gate to open. No one is at the desk though hours says there should be. Im actually scared to go back inside the place again to either get my stuff or drop off the filled car because I dont want to get locked in.

This facility is great, and the staff are great. Brandon was extremely helpful. Access is easy, and facility is clean and well maintained. The experience at the Redmond facility was exceptional. However, I give only 3 stars because of the lack of full disclosure of costs for the rental, which is a corporate policy issue, and not the fault of the Redmond facility.I only needed a place to store a small amount of stuff for about a week, so the $1 special (with $24 admin fee) sounded perfect. No where was there the mention of having to buy a lock from them (non-refundable), or mandatory insurance. After all fees, lock, and insurance was tallied it ended up costing me $57.89, Thats more than double what I was expecting to pay, and only for a week. Oh, and theres no refund on the lock that I only needed to use ONCE! Granted, it was still cheaper than any other place around, but hidden mandatory fees are a real pet peeve of mine.Advertise honestly. If a lock is required, and must be purchased from Public Storage, than say so when listing the price and in the advertisement. Same goes for the mandatory insurance. If it cant be waived, then you need to disclose that to the potential customer in the advertisement, and with something more than an asterisk and three words (*plus additional fees). FULL DISCLOSURE!

Ive been managing a multi-stage relication, different stuff moved at different times, then different stuff moved out at different times. Its taken two storage units, used dynamically. The people at this office have been super friendly and helpful. I still have one unit and an outside parking space, and will come back as storage needs arise. Great resource, reasonably priced.

There are some operations that just do it right. Public Storage, over the river from the Bella Bottega stores, is one of them. Brendon and crew have been helpful and informative. The processes they have make it relatively easy to deal with the issues of too many treasures.. I wouldnt hesitate to come back here if I ever leave - or to strongly recommend them to any friends.

There was initially some miscommunication with the check-in process and we almost missed being able to get our keys on our moving day. An employee named Alias really went above and beyond to help us by staying behind closing time by an hour to make sure we could come and check in. It wouldve been a horrible moving day had it not been for Alias.

Brandon has been a big help since Ive had a storage unit here. Im often frustrated when I come in and he has a very calming presence. He seems like a very dedicated employee, doing walk throughs, keeping the place clean... and hes there ALL THE TIME! Ive often wondered if he has a cot in one of the units to sleep in! I moved to Redmond, WA and needed to store my stuff for about a week while I looked for an apartment. This storage location was having a $1 rent for first month so I signed up thinking there must be a catch. Well there wasn’t! :) ... Rent really was $1 for first month, and because I only kept my stuff here for like a week, I literally just paid $1 rent! Brandon was the guy I dealt with and he did a great job of setting me up with a storage unit and made the move in and move out process really easy.

This place is awesome. When i needed storage Travis and Matt were exceptional!! They were able to get me into the perfect size unit for all my belongings. I would definitely recommend this location to anyone that needs storage. Very well lit, very clean and the management staff was great! Thanks again Travis and Matt! 😀

Storage with a smile! I rented a small unit for a few weeks and the process was very simple and hassle free. Prices are reasonable for Redmond. Hours of access are 6am-9pm, which is alright but slightly difficult to manage for those with busy schedules.

I came in looking for an odd shaped box. They didnt have it but Dawn was quick to suggest other ways to achieve the same size. She must be new because I havent seen her here before. I am really impressed with the Management at these Public Storages, they are top notch! Thank you, Dawn for helping me today!

Huge thank you to Brandon! In the midst of an extremely stressful last minute move (72hrs!!), he was so helpful. He greeted me immediately and was so friendly. He showed me around the property and helped me find the right size unit. I had never needed a storage unit before, so I didn’t know what to expect. It was very easy and the least stressful part of my day. Highly recommended.

Clean facility but the second floor is much warmer than the first one in the spring-summer months and sometimes the carts are nowhere to be found. Beware that you will be forced to buy their lock at whatever price they want to charge you. They will also force you to buy their choice of renter’s insurance first, even if you already have one. The last month’s rent is NOT prorated, even if you schedule your move out date in advance, which means that you will owe the full month if you leave 0:01 sec past midnight of the last day of the month.

Clean and secure location. Brandon, the manager of the location was very helpful and accommodating. We were storing all our belongings for a long time and Brandon was very helpful with the entire process. The checkin/checkout was made very simple and quick too.

When I arrived Stacie was just leaving on her lunch break but reopened the office to help me right away. She was incredibly friendly and helpful. She helped confirm my storage needs and walked me through the process quickly and professionally.The facility while not brand new looks solid and dependable and has excellent security features including secured gate, building and even floor access.Carts are provided for help when moving items and storage material such as tape, boxes, wrap, etc. were on sale at good prices if needed.Definitely would recommend based on friendly service, good facilities, and competitive prices.

I told him about how I would be moving in the next few months due to job change and needed a storage unit big enough for a studio apartment. I used the Redmond Public Storage for a month when moving between apartments. The staff were all very friendly and answered all of my questions. Moving in was super easy. The unit itself was very clean. I had a great experience overall and would use them again without hesitation.

I am not going to save the best for last. I want to lead off by talking about Travis, who works at this Public Storage and is the epitome of excellence. He is honest (upfront about all charges and options), hardworking (he stayed late to help facilitate my move after I had been delayed trying to weave my car-towing Uhaul through rush hour traffic), professional, thorough and amicable. I would hire him for any job, anywhere, as his personality guarantees that whatever he may not know going in, he will pick up quickly and apply effectively. Obviously, I really cannot say enough about how impressive his service was even up to my eventual relinquishing of the storage unit after moving everything into my new home.Now, as for the unit itself. It is a mixed bag, but mostly good. The negatives are that the location is offset a bit from a T-intersection and the front parking lot is a bit narrow. That makes entering the lot and maneuvering around slightly cumbersome especially in a large truck. Also, there is a small, but noticeable bump at the top of the ramp leading into the storage building that can cause some minor annoyance when wheeling things up the ramp into the building on a cart. Now, that said, there are many good things to list, including the aforementioned carts that are available to renters at the entrance to the building - a real godsend. Also, between the various pass codes, surveillance cameras and your own special cylinder lock, people should feel quite confident about the security of their items. I was also glad that the elevator was quite large, big enough to hold an entire three person couch.That about wraps it up. A good storage area at a reasonable price with a couple of minor issues, but the quality of the service is what propels this place into five-star territory. If they ever lose Travis, I am going to edit this review! ; )
