Used a storage unit in this facility throughout all of college and it never disappointed. Always had plenty of space to store everything I owned, and at a price that was super affordable. Plus on top of all that, renting and clearing a storage unit is incredibly easy- highly recommend it for anyone in the area :)

I want to thank all staff and management for helping me out and finding the best option for me while searching for a spot for my boat. I had some problems at the beginning related to not being able to enter the parking lot but Victor and Kevin helped me resolve the issues. Highly recommend.

What originally was a 4 month storage, turned into 16 month storage thanks to COVID. It was easy to pay our bills and everything was on perfect shape when we checked it out after all this time!

Ive use their storage units twice and both times were very easy and affordable! The most affordable Redmond that I could see! The staff is always very friendly and quick with the process of getting started/paying in person, online, and over the phone each month. They also usually have a few units in various sizes that have deals going on, which is always a bonus! I dont usually leave reviews, but I definitely want to see this place be known for their great service, prices, and location. Thanks guys!

Great place! My family and I have been going here for years for secured shredding. Victor was more than helpful with helping me unload the boxes and was a very genuine guy. No trash anywhere clean as heck. Great location better prices. BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE! Helpful and very very nice. I stored a collector car and other items here. Victor and team run the place well. I appreciated their cleanliness and overall tidiness very much. The place is secure with limited access. They have modern billing systems that I found refreshing. While I appreciate the staff I liked their billing system as it is very convenient with a good audit trail of prior billing and automated payment setup. Overall 5 stars. Id go there again. The team is friendly and informative. Well done Victor and team!

Clean, easy access for renters, reliable. A great storage facility.

I attend the local college in the area and during dorm move-in and move-out Victor was a huge help. I was able to easily secure a unit with a good price for a short storage time period and easily retrieve my items afterwards. The units are clean, well monitored, and secured. Victor, again, was a great help to a new renter like me and I would definitely recommend them to others.

I am a first time storage unit owner. I did a little research online and found that Redmond Mini had competitive pricing and am told by others that my unit is cheaper than theirs, which is great! I also found a coupon online to get the first three months half price, which was awesome. I have had my unit for about eight months and have had no problems with my unit or the staff. Victor, the manager, is friendly and very helpful. When I first came to them, he was willing to let me look at any unit I wanted and gave advice to what all would fit in what unit.

We have had a locker at Redmond Mini Storage for years and while there had been some turn over of personnel, they have always been courteous and helpful. We have a unit in the D building and have never had a leak or moisture problem. Just as importantly, the price is competitive and security seems to be pretty solid. This is what you look for in a locker.

I have had a unit here for more than three years and I too agree that it is relatively cheap, secure and the staff is very friendly here. I had a situation where I was moving my items overseas from the unit. The semi got stuck in the gravel near the storage and it took couple of hours to pull it out. It couldnt have happened without the help of one of the staff members, Victor, who helped timely to pull it out. I Would recommend this storage to anyone!
