Clean and nice facility. Excellent customer service. I requested to see multiple different size units and representative was helpful and kind. Was able to complete all required documentation within 10 mins. Definitely recommend to visit once.

StorQuest is the cleanest and most modern storage facility I’ve ever been in. Two year old facility, climate controlled and not a sign of mildew. Internal unit locks they use a far better than the old external master locks that can be cut or broken off with a hammer. The service staff are super nice and helpful. Highly recommend StorQuest and will look to them for my future storage needs. Hands down the best!

Its not amazing but also not terrible. The building is always clean access is easy. Pricing is convenient since its near home but definitely trending towards a moderate value for the area. Elevator is always functional and they have dollies to help move stuff to your units. Theyll continue to have my business but Ive never felt like theyve done anything to exceed expectations and make me feel like Im getting some extra value for my dollar.

StorQuest was great! The service was friendly and helpful. The storage facility is clean and well maintained. There are carts available to help you transport your stuff. The rates are also very competitive. Nothing more Id want from a storage place.

My husband and I came earlier since the day and the young lady was helpful. We then came back about 4:50pm and she took her time with us and explaining the policies. Phenomenal customer service and great storage space. Lowest price in the area.

I had a wonderful experience getting a unit. Cherry helped me and was very thorough about all the details. I stop by every now and then and she’s very welcoming. This place is sparkling clean!

I would give 5 stars for its cleanliness.I would give 3 stars for the service. The staff were friendly and helpful but a little disorganized. Nobody was there at the time of our appointment. We ended up having to make four trips to complete our paperwork.I would have given more stars if both elevators werent broken on our moving day. One elevator was already out of order the day before our move, but we didnt expect both of them to be out of order the following day. This made bringing our stuff to the 3rd floor unit on a hot day unnecessarily challenging.

Happy to turn my first negative review into a positive! I have to say the staff really came through and did what was expected from a customer service stand point.When it was time to move i provided advance cancelation notice as to not be charged for the following months. Later when reviewing my credit card statement i noticed I had been charged an additional month. I called the staff to let them know of the mistake (Not as polite as i could have been). They promptly addressed the situation and refunded the fee. I truly appreciate the proactive approach they took in addressing the claim. Mistakes happen but its businesses taking ownership and taking care of their customers that i really respect. Thanks guys for your approach.

Clean. Very well maintained. Im in the moving industry. Ive been to hundreds of storage units.The absolute coolest thing about this place bathroom on 1st and 2nd floor right by the elevator. GENIUS.

The first time there were a couple hickups but they were quick to sort it out and make sure everything was satisfactory. I ended up going back to rent a second unit as well. The facility feels safe, very clean and bright which was very important to me. I would reccomend Storquest to anyone looking for storage.

When I rented my unit online, I mistakenly reserved two units instead of one. When I arrived at the facility to check-in, April was incredibly helpful and helped me resolve the issue. She even offered me a unit closer to the elevator for easier unloading! Moreover, she gave me a tour of the facility and gave me tips on how to make the most of my unit. The quality of customer service that April provided and the clean, high-quality units at StorQuest make me confident that this facility was the right choice for my current and future storage needs. I recently moved, and had a Yamaha piano, among other household items and such to store. I have used Public Storage in the past, and had just assumed that was as good as it got. I was SO wrong. This facility is NICE. Very VERY clean. All metal (none of that plywood wall garbage), climate controlled, and at the best $$ value. Seriously, I had a 5x15 unit with Public Storage, but got a 10x15 unit for the same price with StorQuest! April was very helpful with move-in paperwork, and getting the details in order. Christine had helped me over the phone with everything I needed to reserve. Ive never had an easier time of renting a storage unit. Very, very happy with it all!

My husband and I just moved into an apartment in Redmond (from a condo with a garage space) so we need to downsize our stuff. I was excited about the location, being next to Costco is not bad in my book.Strike one was the multiple times it took for me to get through to someone. I tried calling the local (206) number multiple times but the automated service kept hanging up on me before I got to any options of speaking with someone. On the third call I was finally able to press the button to be able to leave a message.I also left my contact info via the website, and the manager called back to confirm my reservation. (I’d like to state that my complaint does not reach her phone demeanor, she was extremely pleasant and very helpful.)Strike two was me showing up with a carload of items right when they opened at 9am. The closed sign was up and there was no one in the locked office. I once again called the 206 number and spoke with a representative (indicative that this is a call center and not the direct phone number to the facility... in which case, why have separate numbers at all??)The representative I spoke with was very cordial and felt terrible that this had happened. He tried calling the facility manager’s cell phone, but there was no response. He checked the notes to see if business hours had changed; they hadn’t. He even emailed the manager while I was on the phone with him. He also offered to take my payment to at least finish the reservation, but I was unhappy about the idea of coming down there with my carload of stuff and not being able to unload it into the storage unit. Anyway, the rep apologized once more and said try to give it another 5 minutes. This was now 9:15 am, when the facility is supposed to open at 9.Strike three was when I received a work call that kept me in the parking lot for an additional 20 minutes. In that time, no employees showed up to open the facility.My husband and I have taken our business elsewhere, but we are sad about it.

If a unit is 5x4, then it should be advertised & rented as such... not 5x5. False advertising. Mandatory insurance, min. $12/mo.
